Abstract

The application discloses a kind of caprolactam fixed bed hydrogenation catalyst activation hydrogen recycling device, it is related to caprolactam production technical field, the device includes fresh hydrogen buffer tank, fresh hydrogen regulating valve, fixed bed reactor, circulating hydrogen main pipe, reactor outlet pipeline, the fresh hydrogen regulating valve is respectively fixedly connected with fresh hydrogen buffer tank, circulating hydrogen main pipe by two first conveying pipelines, recovery mechanism for tail gas dehydration recovery is provided on the reactor outlet pipeline.This application realizes the closed circuit recovery and recycling of catalyst activation hydrogen, only a small amount of unqualified tail gas is discharged by torch, which greatly reduces the hydrogen tail gas burning discharge amount, reduces harmful gas and energy waste, and hydrogen recovery rate is ≥95%, only 5%-10% fresh hydrogen of circulating amount needs to be supplemented to maintain system stable operation, which greatly reduces the consumption of fresh hydrogen, reduces production energy consumption and production cost, with significant economic benefits.
