Special-shaped head ring winding device

Abstract

The application discloses a special-shaped head ring winding device, which is installed on one side end surface of a gantry frame and comprises a horizontal transverse cylinder, a vertical guide mechanism, a yarn feeding mechanism and a wire guide end mechanism. The horizontal transverse cylinder is slidably connected to one side end surface of the gantry frame, and drives the yarn feeding mechanism and the wire guide end mechanism to move horizontally. The vertical guide mechanism is vertically connected to one side end surface of the horizontal transverse cylinder, and drives the yarn feeding mechanism and the wire guide end mechanism to move vertically. The yarn feeding mechanism is installed on one side end surface of the horizontal transverse cylinder, and is connected to a yarn supply frame to supply yarn. The wire guide end mechanism is installed on one side end surface of the yarn feeding mechanism, and comprises a servo yawing mechanism, a plurality of guide sleeve pairs and a shaft pressing base. The special-shaped head ring winding device can automatically wind a special-shaped head in a ring shape, and is suitable for high-precision ring winding and weaving of an elliptical special-shaped composite head and other complex structural members.
