Production method of TMCP easy-to-weld q460gjc super-thick steel plate

Abstract

This invention provides a method for producing 100mm-150mm thick, TMCP-type easy-to-weld Q460GJC extra-thick steel plates. This method uses a chemical composition primarily composed of 0.06%-0.08% C, 1.50%-1.65% Mn, 0.20%-0.30% Cr, 0.04-0.06% Nb, and 0.03%-0.050% V, with the addition of an appropriate amount of 0.06-0.08% Mo. It avoids using expensive alloy Ni and employs controlled rolling, large reduction per pass, controlled cooling, and high-temperature tempering processes to manufacture Q460GJC extra-thick steel plates for high-rise buildings with excellent comprehensive performance.
