A full-automatic paint stripping all-in-one machine

Abstract

This application discloses a fully automatic paint stripping machine, relating to the technical field of automated mechanical processing. It includes a frame, a rotating platform rotatably mounted on the frame, multiple fixtures slidably mounted on the rotating platform in a vertical direction, positioning fixtures mounted on the fixtures for positioning coils, a paint stripping tank containing paint stripping fluid, a cleaning tank containing cleaning fluid, a flux tank containing flux, and a solder tank containing molten solder. The paint stripping tank, cleaning tank, flux tank, and solder tank are sequentially distributed along the circumference of the rotating platform. It also includes an automatic coil turning mechanism mounted on the fixtures and a solder scraping mechanism mounted on the frame. This application achieves automated operation of coil paint stripping, cleaning, flux application, and soldering, improving production efficiency and product quality. Simultaneously, it effectively scrapes away solder adhering to the inner wall of the solder tank, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
