Abstract

The object of the present invention is a modular structure for mounting decorative elements, particularly thin-film exterior decorations simulating realistic structures. The modular structure includes a support structure (15), wherein the support structure (15) includes at least one fastening element for securing the support structure (15) to an object (11) and / or at least one support element for abutting and supporting the support structure (15) against a solid substrate. The modular structure also includes at least one frame (1) for carrying decorative elements (3), which are detachably attached to the support structure (15), wherein the support structure (15) includes at least one guide profile (17). Each frame (1) includes at least one traveling mechanism (4) slidably movable on the guide profile (17), wherein the frame (1) is slidably movable relative to the support structure (15) via the traveling mechanism (4) and the guide profile (17).
