A method for machine pump failure prediction and related products

Abstract

This application discloses a method for predicting pump failures and related products. The method includes: real-time acquisition of vibration signals from the target pump; obtaining preliminary fault diagnosis results based on the vibration signals, a vibration spectrum baseline library, and a fault feature rule library; the vibration spectrum baseline library includes the baseline spectra of the target pump under various operating conditions; and cross-validating the preliminary fault diagnosis results to obtain the final fault diagnosis results. The vibration spectrum baseline library of this application overcomes the problem of insufficient adaptability of general thresholds or templates in multi-operating-condition scenarios, enabling accurate identification of early, subtle faults. The cross-validation mechanism significantly reduces the vulnerability of a single diagnostic path and significantly improves the robustness and reliability of the final fault diagnosis results. Overall, this application achieves a leap from "single-point judgment" to "multi-dimensional collaborative verification," effectively controlling the false alarm rate while ensuring high sensitivity.
