Abstract

This invention discloses a digital twin control system for an immobilized microbial denitrification process. The system includes: a data synchronization module for collecting data from the immobilized microbial denitrification reactor and generating an operating status sequence according to the same sampling period; and a mass transfer state inversion module for inverting the mass transfer resistance coefficient, effective reaction depth, and clogging risk level by integrating the time delay from influent nitrogen disturbance to effluent nitrogen response, bed pressure difference changes, recovery time after flow disturbance, and dissolved oxygen changes on the ammonia nitrogen removal rate. This invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment technology. This digital twin control system for an immobilized microbial denitrification process, through the mass transfer state inversion module, integrates the time delay from influent nitrogen disturbance to effluent nitrogen response, bed pressure difference changes, and recovery time after flow disturbance to improve the ability to identify hidden states within the immobilized carrier.
