Abstract

This invention discloses a high-strength, high-toughness flame-retardant cellulose nanofiber membrane and its integrated preparation method, aiming to solve the problems of poor flame retardancy and insufficient mechanical properties of traditional cellulose nanofiber membranes. The specific preparation steps are as follows: (1) High-polymerization degree fiber raw materials are prepared using a eutectic solvent system, and lignin is removed by bleaching; (2) Cellulose fibers are sulfonated using an aminosulfonic acid / urea eutectic solvent (DES) system under oil bath or microwave-assisted heating conditions; (3) The modified fibers are nanofiberized under mild mechanical shearing to obtain CNF; (4) CNF is assembled into a dense film through vacuum filtration, pressing drying and hot pressing molding processes. The obtained film has excellent tensile strength (>280 MPa), high elongation at break (>21%), and ultra-high toughness (>38 MJ / m). 3 Flame-retardant film (LOI > 31%).
