A fabric defect marking device and method based on a vision inspection system

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of fabric defect marking equipment, and discloses a fabric defect marking device based on a visual inspection system. The device includes a mounting frame with connecting frames inserted into its upper and lower sides; a first motor mounted inside the frame; a visual inspection mechanism mounted on the front of the upper slider; a hook mechanism mounted on the front of the lower slider; moving blocks mounted on the left ends of the connecting frames, each passing through a slot; and a second motor mounted on the top left side of the mounting frame, with its rotor coaxially connected to a second lead screw. This fabric defect marking device, through multi-directional movement, allows the visual inspection mechanism and hook to more comprehensively inspect the fabric surface, reducing the problem of missed defects caused by the device being fixed in a single position. Simultaneously, the hook mechanism is equipped with water-soluble yarn as a mark, which can be subsequently removed by washing, solving the technical problem that physical marks are difficult to process or remove in the prior art.
