Abstract

This invention discloses a downhole injection device with adjustable polymer flow rate and its usage method, relating to the field of downhole tool technology. The downhole injection device includes a shaft, a polymer injection chamber, a damping chamber, and a shaft rotation speed control device. The shaft passes through the polymer injection chamber and the damping chamber. Polymer injection blades are disposed within the drive chamber of the shaft, and damping blades are disposed within the damping chamber. The shaft rotation speed control device can control the volume of the damping chamber. This invention can improve the downhole flow rate adjustment effect of high-viscosity polymer flooding.
