Liquid nitrogen rapid plugging rescue method under simulated tunnel leakage working condition

Abstract

This invention discloses a rapid liquid nitrogen sealing and emergency repair method for simulating tunnel leakage conditions. On the one hand, under different pressures and soil layers, the method allows for direct and / or indirect rapid freezing with liquid nitrogen through a rotatable insertion, achieving sealing simply, quickly, and effectively. This avoids disturbance to the surrounding soil caused by drilling, reduces risks, and is easy to operate. It also provides a technical basis for the practical application of rapid liquid nitrogen freezing in engineering. On the other hand, based on the plastic film seal, the inside of the freezing pipe is dry after it is inserted into the soil layer or other filling layer where water and sand are flowing, preventing freezing inside the freezing pipe after nitrogen supply and affecting the freezing efficiency and effect of the water and sand inflow area. Furthermore, freezing is implemented through a combination of contact freezing and venting. The insertion of the liquid nitrogen transmission pipe not only accurately delivers liquid nitrogen to the liquid nitrogen outlet location but also reduces the energy consumption of liquid nitrogen, achieving optimal freezing of the designated area.
