本发明公开一种基于离散事件仿真闭环的机队预测性维修分层决策方法及系统。方法首先构建机队维修全流程的离散事件仿真底座,将飞行任务、保障活动、维修执行等全流程建模为离散事件演化系统;采用高层与低层的分层决策架构,高层以预设长周期为单位,基于机队聚合态势生成门控配额与优先级偏好指令,约束低层动作空间,低层在飞机落地形成地面窗口时触发,生成窗口内可执行的维修作业计划;构建事件驱动的闭环决策机制,扰动事件触发时仅对受影响子集执行局部重规划。本发明显著提升维修计划的可执行性与扰动鲁棒性,兼顾全局统筹与落地执行,为机队预测性维修提供高效稳定的决策方案。
