本发明提供基于CT三维重建的桡骨远端骨折分型方法及手术规划方法,包括步骤:S1.获取患者桡骨远端CT断层图像序列,重建得到包含舟骨窝、月骨窝及尺骨乙状切迹完整解剖结构的三维立体模型;S2.在三维模型上定位桡骨茎突最高点和尺骨乙状切迹中点,以两点为端点在对应三维坐标系中创建虚拟基准轴线;S3.分别定位舟骨窝、月骨窝最低点,过两点各作一条平行于基准轴线的第一虚拟分割线、第二虚拟分割线,再作一条垂直于基准轴线且穿过两窝解剖交界区域的垂直辅助线,将桡骨远端关节面关键承重区划分为四个独立解剖区域;S4.根据骨折线空间走向与骨折块移位范围,判断骨折累及的解剖区域,完成桡骨远端骨折分型。本发明提升了诊疗精准性与效率。
