Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of waste heat recovery, in particular to an exhaust waste heat recovery device, an exhaust system and a vehicle. The exhaust waste heat recovery device comprises an exhaust pipe, the two ends of the exhaust pipe being respectively an air inlet end and an exhaust end; the middle part of the exhaust pipe is a heat exchange section; a heat exchange pipe is internally used for flowing cooling liquid; the heat exchange pipe passes through the heat exchange section and is used for heat exchange with the heat exchange section; a bypass pipe is connected and communicated with the air inlet end and the exhaust end at the two ends; a first valve is arranged at the air inlet end and is used for opening and closing the air inlet end; when the air inlet end is closed by the first valve, the air inlet end is communicated with the bypass pipe. When the exhaust gas temperature is relatively high, the first valve is opened, the exhaust gas enters from the air inlet end of the exhaust pipe, passes through the heat exchange section, the heat in the exhaust gas is recovered by the heat exchange pipe, and the recovered heat can be reused; the exhaust waste heat recovery device is small in size, simple in structure and easy to assemble.
