An electrode tab cutting die

Abstract

This application provides an electrode cutting die, including an upper cutting template, a guide assembly, a middle cutting plate, a bottom cutting plate, an upper cutter, an upper pressure plate, a lower cutter, and a support platform. The upper cutting template is mounted on the middle cutting plate via the guide assembly, the middle cutting plate is mounted on the bottom cutting plate, the upper cutter and the upper pressure plate are mounted on the bottom of the upper cutting template, and the lower cutter and the support platform are mounted on the middle cutting plate. By mounting the upper cutting template on the middle cutting plate via the guide assembly, this application utilizes the guide assembly to precisely guide the movement trajectory of the upper cutting template, significantly improving the stability and guiding accuracy of the upper cutting template during its up-and-down movement, preventing it from shifting or shaking during the cutting process. Simultaneously, when the upper pressure plate moves downward synchronously with the upper cutting template, it can form a stable pressing structure with the support platform on the middle cutting plate, reliably positioning and pressing the electrode before cutting, effectively preventing displacement or deformation of the electrode during the cutting process.
