Abstract

This device facilitates the cutting and segmentation of rubber materials of different widths, enabling continuous cutting operations and improving the cutting efficiency and practicality of the device. The cutting mechanism includes a cutting blade, a limiting plate fixedly installed between two support plates, a groove at the top of the limiting plate, and a slider slidably installed at the top of the groove. The outer wall of the slider is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the cutting blade via a connecting block. The bottom end of the cutting blade is in contact with and slidably connected to the outer wall of a first rotating roller. A locking block is rotatably installed at the other end of the outer wall of the slider via two rotating plates; a limiting mechanism is provided on the locking block.
