Abstract

This utility model discloses a hot acid pickling equipment for steel balls, including a frame and a hoisting assembly, a transfer assembly, and arranged processing tanks installed within the frame. The processing tanks have loading and unloading stations at both ends. The hoisting assembly is mounted on the transfer assembly, and the workpieces are moved between the processing tanks using the transfer and hoisting assemblies. The frame has connecting holes for connection to an external gas collection device. This utility model reduces the acid mist content within the frame by connecting the external collection device through the connecting holes, thus reducing acid mist corrosion and extending the equipment's service life. The transfer assembly and hoisting assembly are externally mounted and separated by partitions and film to reduce acid mist leakage. An opening and closing assembly is installed inside the frame to separate the processing area from the loading and unloading stations, further reducing leakage during loading and unloading.
