Activation auxiliary power supply circuit for self-locking shutdown in hybrid inverters

Abstract

This application provides an activation auxiliary power supply circuit for self-locking shutdown of a hybrid inverter. The circuit includes a self-locking auxiliary power supply circuit, a main control module, and an auxiliary winding module. The self-locking auxiliary power supply circuit consists of a comparator Q1, a transistor Q2, an optocoupler U1, and an activation auxiliary power supply chip. One end of the comparator Q1 is connected to the charging circuit, and the other end is connected to the optocoupler U1 through the transistor Q2. When the optocoupler U1 is closed, the activation auxiliary power supply chip enters the working state. The activation auxiliary power supply chip is connected to the main control module, and the auxiliary winding module provides power to the activation auxiliary power supply chip. This circuit enables automatic locking and shutting off of the VCC power supply after the auxiliary power supply is powered on. When the system shuts off the auxiliary power supply via an OFF signal, the system needs to be powered on again to resume operation. Through precise power management and a self-locking control mechanism, the shutdown operation can be effectively achieved in the hybrid inverter system, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system.
