In response to the user touching or clicking the "Chat" button in the design 5 front view, the graphical user interface changes from the design 5 front view to the design 5 change state view to enter the agent group chat page and display the reply content of multiple agents to the user's sent question. In response to the user touching or clicking the back button in the lower left corner of the design 6 front view, the graphical user interface changes from the design 6 front view to the design 6 change state view to exit the agent group chat page. 7.
