Abstract

This disclosure relates to heterocyclic compounds, their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and their pharmaceutical preparations. It also describes the compositions and use of these compounds in methods for treating diseases and conditions mediated by CFTR deficiency, particularly cystic fibrosis.
