Abstract
The present invention discloses the use of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens for use in the in vivo determination of the presence of Mtb infection in immunocompromised individuals or individuals co-infected with HIV and for the preparation of a diagnostic reagent for skin testing (a skin test reagent) for the reliable determination of the presence of Mtb infection in an individual, wherein the individual is an immunocompromised individual or an individual co-infected with HIV.
