Anti-tumour compounds based on nitrogenous heterocycles with oxane ring, their medicinal use, and pharmaceutical preparations that contain them

Abstract

The present invention describes nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with an oxane ring of the general formula I, where the meanings of individual substituents are given in the claims. The compounds are suitable for the treatment of cancer, especially glioblastoma. The compounds can be used in monotherapy and in combination therapy, for example together with temozolomide.
