[0001] The invention relates to a method and a device for manufacturing individual model dolls, comprising: a scanning device for three-dimensional, non-contact scanning of the human body, a memory connected to the scanning device for storing the body surface scanning data, a computer connected to the memory for processing the body surface scanning data into the body mold data required for body mold production, wherein the computing unit comprises: means for calculating and storing body mold data of the entire body or body parts derived from body surface data, means for calculating and storing for modifying the original body surface data, and means for computer-controlled mold creation based on the body mold data.

[1] Device for the production of individual model dolls, wherein the following is provided: a) a scanning device for three-dimensional, non-contact scanning of a person's body surface and for supplying body surface data that represent the body surface in three dimensions, b) a memory connected to the scanning device for storing the body surface scanning data, c) a computer for processing body surface data which has the following: i) a processor which calculates the mold data necessary for mold manufacturing based on the body surface scanning data, ii) a storage device for storing the mold body data calculated by the processor, d) a manufacturing facility which, from the stored mold data, computer-controlled creates a three-dimensional mold which corresponds to the body shape of the scanned person. [2] Method for determining body shape data for individual model dolls, comprising the following steps: a) Bringing the person into the measuring chamber of the scanning device b) Positioning the person in a posture c) Performing the scanning and storage of the person's body surface data d) Processing of body surface data interactively or automatically to determine the shape of the model doll and saving the processed body surface data e) Calculation of the molded body data from the body surface data in the format of the computer-controlled manufacturing equipment [3] Device according to claim 1 or method according to claim 2, characterized by , that the body surface data of several people are stored and a resulting body shape data set is calculated from this.
