Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door device having a door opener arrangement and a door-side latch, wherein the door opener arrangement has a striking plate and a door opener, wherein the door opener has a door opener housing cover and a pivoting latch that can be pivoted into a door opener housing, and wherein the pivoting latch has an adjustable stop for receiving a latch.Prior ArtDoor openers with pivoting latches have long been known. Usually, in the locked state, a snap catch engages in the swivel catch and is held there by means of a stop. In the released state, the swivel latch is swivellable against a spring force and can thus release the snap latch. The release of the pivoting latch is generally effected electrically and is triggered by a person via keys or automatically by an access control system.Typically, the pivoting latches are arranged in the door opener housing on the side facing the snap latch and pivot outwards in the released state. A disadvantage here is that, due to the outward pivoting away, a recess must be present in the door opener housing cover so that the pivoting latch has space for pivoting. Such a recess results in an open, visually unnecessity door opener arrangement. To solve this problem, a pivoting latch is known which is designed to be pivotable into the door opener housing. As a result, the door opener housing can be designed closed. From DE 66 08 192 U a door opener arrangement is known in which the latch guide is formed on the door opener housing cover, wherein the door opener housing cover engages into the door frame and thus necessitates a machining of the door frame. An adjustable stop is not formed on the door opener.DE 79 11 713 U1 and DE 196 31 451 A1 disclose door openers, in which the latch guide is formed on the striking plate, on which a latch slides when the door is opened.Furthermore, a pivoting latch with an adjustable stop is known, for example from DE 196 46 490 A1 or from DE 33 08 154 A1, wherein the stop is adjustable substantially in the transverse direction to the door opener housing cover. This adjustability of the stop makes it possible to compensate inaccuracies during assembly without the entire door opener arrangement having to be displaced.A further measure for compensating inaccuracies during assembly without a door opener is known from GB 475 898 A and describes a striking plate with a displaceable adjustment block.FR 2 771 126 A1 describes an electromotive control device for a lock mounted in a striking plate. The electromotive control device is not a door opener. The electric motor control device controls an auxiliary latch of the lock. The electromotive control device has a manipulation protection device which is designed as a flap pivotably mounted on the striking plate. In practice, it has been found that the snap-action latch, after the release caused by the pivoting away of the pivot latch, frequently strikes against the inner edge of the door opener housing cover and cannot pivot over the latter. In the case of a reset stop, it may even occur that the swivel latch, after release, swivels back into its initial position and the snap latch is clamped between the inner edge of the door opener housing cover and the outer edge of the stop of the swivel latch and is seated there.Object Setting Up To AchieveIt is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a door opener arrangement in which the snap latch does not remain caught on the door opener housing and which is designed to be optically closed. This object is achieved according to the invention by the subject matter of claim 1. The solution provides that the door opener housing cover has a latch guide which can be integrated into the striking plate, wherein the door opener housing cover and the latch guide are formed in one piece and the latch guide has a guide plane which runs obliquely inwards into the door opener. Furthermore, the striking plate has a recess in the region of the pivoting catch, into which recess the catch guide can be fitted in a positive-locking manner and, after the catch guide has been fitted, closes off flush with the surface of the striking plate. The invention has the advantage that the latch bolt does indeed strike the latch guide, but is pressed inward against a spring force by the inclined plane. Thus, the latch slides along the latch guide until it is finally at the case height and is then released. The invention further has the advantage that the integration of the latch guide into the door opener housing cover ensures an optical closure of the system and at the same time a simple production process is present due to the one-piece embodiment. Furthermore, the optical closeness of the door opener arrangement is further improved in that the latch guide is fitted positively and flush on the surface into a recess of the striking plate. Due to this integrated construction, the door opener arrangement is perceived as a unit in the installed state. Furthermore, it is thereby possible to mount a continuous door seal. This is of advantage in addition to home-closing doors, especially in fire-protection doors, since the continuous seal improves the smoke-, sound- and heat-tightness properties of the door.It is essential in the invention that existing door openers can be retrofitted or already existing models can be supplemented with relatively little effort during production. For this purpose, only the replacement of the door opener housing cover and the production of a recess in the striking plate or the replacement of the striking plate are necessary. In the invention, the closing plate is designed as a flat closing plate. The recess for receiving the latch guide is formed in the interior of the striking plate, so that the latch guide is enclosed on all sides by the striking plate. This further increases the impression of optical closure. It is furthermore preferred that the door opener housing cover is made of zinc die casting. Due to its good shaping properties and durability, with simultaneous cost-effective production, it is advantageous to use this material for producing the door opener housing cover.Exemplary EmbodimentThe invention is described further below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing. They show schematically: FIG. 1 shows a perspective front view of a door opener arrangement with a latch guide integrated into the striking plate; FIG. 2 shows a section through a door opener arrangement according to the invention with a stop fully introduced and a latch accommodated by the stop; FIG. 3 shows the view from FIG. 2 with the pivot latch released; FIG. 4 is the view from FIG. 3 with the latch sliding along the latch guide; FIG. 5 is a perspective front view of a door opener arrangement with an angle closing plate; FIG. 6 shows a perspective front view of a door opener arrangement according to the invention with a flat closing plate and an inner recess; FIG. 7 shows the view from FIG. 6 with a latch received by the stop; FIG. 8 is a sectional view of a door opener arrangement according to the invention with a fully reset stop and a latch catch accommodated by the stop; and FIG. 9 is the view from FIG. 8, wherein the latch is clamped between the latch guide and the stop.In the various embodiments of the present invention illustrated below, the same constituent elements are provided with the same reference numerals.FIG. 1 shows a door opener arrangement 10 with a striking plate 11 and a door opener 12, the door opener housing cover 13 is screwed laterally onto the door opener 12, wherein the latch guide 14 integrated into the door opener housing cover is arranged flush with the surface of the striking plate 11. Furthermore, the door opener 12 shown in FIG. 1 has a pivoting latch 15 which can be locked or released by an electromagnetic control (not shown here) and can be pivoted into the door opener housing 12 after release. The swivel latch 15 is further provided with a stop 16 which is displaceable parallel to the striking plate 11 in the transverse direction and which can be fixed in the respectively desired position by means of two screws 17. The stop 16 is designed here for precisely fitting reception of a door-side latch (not shown here).FIG. 2 shows a door opener arrangement 10 according to the invention in section along the transverse direction of the door opener arrangement 10. In the example shown here, the end region of a door-side latch 18 is shown, which engages in the pivot latch 15 or the displaceable stop 16. The swivel latch 15 is in the locked state and thus holds the lock latch 18 firmly. In the lower region of the door opener 12 the mechanism for locking and releasing the pivoting latch 15 is arranged. As can be further seen from FIG. 2, an inclined plane 19 running from top to bottom and obliquely to the inside is formed on the inside of the latch guide 14. Furthermore, the displaceable stop 16 is set such that it is located in its foremost position and the latch 18 thus has the minimum possible distance from the latch guide 14.FIG. 3 shows the view from FIG. 2 with the pivoting latch in the released state. The pivoting latch 15 is pivoted into the door opener housing 12 counter to a spring force by a force applied by the latch 18 as a result of the opening of the door (not shown here). It can also be seen that the contours of the door opener housing cover 13 are adapted to the dimensions of the pivoting latch 15, together with the displaceable stop 16, so that the pivoting latch 15 can be pivoted freely even in the case of a stop 16 which is fully presented. By pivoting the pivoting latch 15 down, the latch 18 is released and can be pivoted out of the door opener 12. Due to the small distance between the latch 18 and the latch guide 14, the outermost region of the latch 18 abuts against the lower region of the latch guide 14 when pivoting out.FIG. 4 shows the view from FIG. 3, wherein the latch 18 is pressed inward into the door (not shown here) by the inclined plane 19 counter to the force of the latch spring (not shown here). As a result, the latch 18 slides along the inner inclined plane 19 of the latch guide 14 until, as shown in FIG. 4, it slides completely out of the door opener 12 via the striking plate 11.FIG. 5 shows an embodiment of the door opener arrangement 10, in which the striking plate 11 is designed as an angle striking plate. The striking plate 11 has a side part 20 angled by approximately 90°, which is formed on the longitudinal edge of the striking plate 11 facing the latch guide. The lock latch guide 14 is fitted into the striking plate 11 in such a way that it closes off both flush with the surface and flush with the side.FIG. 6 shows an embodiment in which the striking plate 11 is designed as a flat striking plate and in which the latch guide 14 is fitted in the interior of the striking plate 11 and not in its edge region. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the striking plate 11 shown has, in the region of the latch guide 14, an extended region which extends at right angles away from the striking plate and in the plane thereof. As a result, the latch guide 14 is surrounded on all sides by the striking plate 11 or on the inside by the pivoting latch 15.FIG. 7 shows the view from FIG. 6, wherein a latch 18 engages in the pivoting latch (here covered by the latch 18) and the displaceable stop 16. FIG. 7 shows the door opener arrangement 10 in the locked state, so that the pivoting latch 15 is in its normal starting position and is not pivoted into the door opener 12.FIG. 8 shows a section through a door opener arrangement 10 with a reset stop 16.FIG. 9 shows the view from FIG. 8, wherein the latch 18 is clamped between the latch guide 14 and the stop 16. This situation can occur when the stop is reset, since the pivoting latch 15, after it has pivoted inward and has released the latch 18 and has left the pivoting latch 15, pivots back into its starting position again. Since the stopper 16 is reset, a gap is formed between the stopper 16 and the latch guide 14 which is large enough so that the latch 18 engages and is clamped in this gap. The inclined plane 19 of the latch guide 14 presses the latch 18 inward against the latch spring (not shown here) and slides along the latch guide until it is at the frame height and is released.
