Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a corpus pillar with foundation extension and to its use.Such a corpus pillar is known from DE 20 2008 009 765 U1 and from AT 006 227 U2. The establishment of a satisfaction by a fence with a corpus pillar from this prior art is very complicated. For all conventional pillars made of different materials, such as bricks, clinker, metal or concrete, a special foundation is required. The pillars and fence fields are also very massive, since they must withstand a high wind pressure or mechanical stress due to the action of humans and animals. Therefore, for the installation of such a solid pillar, many working steps are necessary on site, such as, for example, the very complicated shelling and shelling out, and the maintenance of the setting time of the concrete. In addition, further working steps are added, such as priming the pillar and finalizing the surface, such as, inter alia, with plaster, apron, clinker or natural stone. These operations are not rarely made more difficult or even delayed by the weather conditions prevailing on site.A further disadvantage is that for conventional, non-segmented prefabricated columns made of concrete or a concrete clinker combination, a light crane is required for transport and construction due to the high weight. In principle, the construction of a stable enclosure is complicated and weather-dependent, and furthermore it cannot generally be carried out without corresponding specialists. The object of the present invention is therefore to further develop a corpus pillar of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that it is easier and more precise to handle when it is used. The object is achieved according to the invention by the features of claims 1 or 8.The inventive corpus post with foundation extension is composed of a corpus and at least one tube located therein, which is fixed within the corpus and suitable for receiving concrete (see FIG. 1 ). The corpus is made of a light to medium-heavy water-resistant material. Such a material could be e.g. plastic, surface-treated wood or press board. In principle, all water-resistant plates are suitable. These could be, for example, synthetic resin sheets, styrene sheets, EP5 sheets, melamine resin sheets, HPL laminated sheets, cement-bonded glass fibre-covered sandwich sheets, composite sheets, polyurethane sheets, polycarbonate sheets, particle board sheets, polypropylene sheets, ABS sheets and the like.Preferably, water-resistant medium-density fibre boards (MDF boards) are used. The corpus is designed as a prism or cylindrically, preferably cuboidally. Polygons such as a triangle, square, square, pentagonal, hexagon, seven corner, and so forth are conceivable as the base surface. As a fence post, the corpus is preferably rectangular with a square base, since this represents the most popular shape for fence posts. The at least one tube has a smaller diameter for a square base than the side length of the base, a smaller diameter for a non-square corpus than the smallest side length, or a smaller diameter for a round corpus than the diameter of the corpus, since it is fixed inside the corpus, as is illustrated in FIG. 2. Preferably, the tube is foamed with structural foam inside the corpus. For fixing, PUR foam is preferably used. All other substances or mechanisms, such as extruder foams or fixing by means of strips or spacer woods or the like, are likewise conceivable. In a preferred embodiment, the at least one tube is first fixed on each side by means of Styrodur strips, which simultaneously serve as spacers and then foam it in. The styrodur strips are fastened to all insides of the corpus between corpus and tube.Further advantages of the present invention are evident from the features of the dependent claims.Embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a schematic illustration of a corpus pillar as a compact component (prefabricated body) made of corpus and formwork tube, in an embodiment as a fence pillar; FIG. 2 shows a schematic illustration of the corpus pillar from FIG. 1 in plan view; FIG. 3 shows a schematic illustration of the corpus pillar from FIG. 1 in a side view; FIG. 4 shows a schematic illustration of the corpus pillar in an embodiment as a fence base; and FIG. 5 shows a schematic illustration of the corpus pillar from FIG. 4 in plan view.In a first embodiment of the invention, the corpus pillar with foundation extension forms a fence pillar, wherein the corpus 2 represents the visible part of the fence pillar, an inner pipe region 5 of the pipe 1 (concrete formwork pipe), its formwork and its foundation. For this purpose, the concrete formwork pipe 1 must protrude beyond the corpus 2, see FIG. 1. This protruding tube region 7 has a length of at least 50 cm, but preferably at least 80 cm, most preferably 100 to 120 cm, in order to be able to make the fence pillar frost-free. The optimum length is dependent on the corresponding climatic conditions and on the height of the fence pillar or of a fence field. The at least one concrete formwork tube 1 closes off at the top side with the corpus 2. This is open at the top side, that is to say that the cavity in the interior of the tube 1 is directly accessible. If the corpus pillar with foundation extension is introduced with the protruding pipe region 7 into the ground 6, the concrete formwork pipe 1 is filled with fresh concrete through the opening on the upper side, as shown in FIG. 3.This method produces a stable fence pillar. It is surprising that by means of a tube 1 made of light material, such as aluminum or plastic, for example, the high pressure of the concrete, which in particular also arises during its compaction, can be absorbed and held without a deformation of the corpus 2 arising. Suitable materials for the at least one concrete formwork tube 1 are all stable, lightweight materials, such as plastics of all types, metals and non-ferrous metals of all types, and rubber or else paper and cardboard, with or without additional substances for curing or bonding. As a particular variant, an extendable tube 1, for example an concertina tube, is suitable here (likewise see FIG. 1 ). An concertina tube made of aluminum is particularly preferred. This advantageously results in a relatively small product which, owing to the lightweight components, has a low mass and is easy to transport.A cover 8 is applied to the top side of the corpus 2. This protects the concrete and the corpus 2 from corrosion and weathering influences. The cover 8 may be made of any water-resistant material such as concrete (treated), plastic, natural stone, metal, wood, etc.Corpus 2 represents the visible part of the fence pillar. The soil 6 is finalized already before being introduced. This means that the surface of the corpus 2 has already been finished, so that no further step for finishing the external appearance as a fence pillar or fence base has to be carried out any longer. All surfaces are conceivable in this case. This is achieved, inter alia, by applying a mixture, such as, for example, coloured stone plaster, which simulates natural stone, for example sand stone, and by a special plaster, or by applying aprons, clinkers, tiles or other materials. Furthermore, a ringing table or similar additional objects can also already be applied to the corpus 2. In addition, it is possible to introduce required electric cables or the like into the interior region, between concrete formwork tube 1 and corpus 2.The zone is defined as a fence base, which constitutes a foundation between two fence pillars for applying a fence field. In a particular embodiment of the corpus pillar with foundation extension, the base of the corpus 2 is square and consists of water-resistant MDF plates 3, the outer wall of which has a thickness of 4 mm to 8 mm, preferably of 6 mm. The inner pipe region 5 of the concrete formwork pipe 1 preferably has a diameter which is 4 mm to 2.6 cm smaller than an outer side of the corpus 2.A further basic idea of the invention is that the corpus post with foundation extension forms a fence base. For this purpose, a fence base corpus 15 is of cuboidal design, with a lower height than length, and contains at least one fence base tube 9, 13, preferably at least two fence base tubes 9, 13, which are fixed at a defined distance from one another within the fence base corpus 15, see FIGS. 4 and 5. For this purpose, strips for fixing 14 the fence base tubes 9, 13 are preferably introduced within the corpus 15, but spacers made of other materials, such as Styrodur, plastics of all kinds, and the like can likewise be used. Here too, the fence base corpus 15 is finalized in a surface-ready manner. The interior fence base tubes 13 protrude at least 50 cm, preferably at least 80 cm, beyond the height of the fence base, so that frost-free foundation can be achieved.Likewise in this embodiment, the protruding regions 9 of the fence base tubes 13 are brought into the interior of the earth and filled with concrete 11 from the top side. This results in a massive foundation which forms a fence base.In one embodiment, the invention relates to a corpus post with foundation extension comprising a cylindrical or prism-preferably cuboidal corpus 2 in which at least one tube 1 is fixed, which tube protrudes at least 50 cm beyond the height of the corpus 2 on the underside of the corpus 2 or can be extended onto the latter and terminates on the upper side of the corpus 2 with the latter, wherein the corpus 2 is open on the upper side, so that a cavity with the diameter of the tube 1 results. The corpus post is preferably characterized in that the at least one tube 1 is an concertina tube.In a further embodiment, the corpus post is characterized in that the at least one tube 1 consists of a lightweight material, preferably aluminum. In a preferred variant of the invention, the corpus pillar is further characterized in that the base area of the corpus 2 is square.More preferably, the corpus 2 is made of a waterproof material. In another preferred embodiment, the at least one tube 1 is fixed within the corpus 2 by means of polyurethane foam 4.A further preferred embodiment is represented in that the corpus post is characterized in that at least two tubes 1 are fixed at a defined distance from one another. The shape is preferably a prism or particularly preferably a cuboid. In a very particular embodiment, the length of the prism or cuboid is greater than the height. This embodiment realizes a preferred variant for a fence base. The corpus 2 according to the invention is surface-finalized for the purposes of the invention. The invention further relates to the use of the corpus pillar according to the invention for establishing a fence pillar, a fence base and / or a depression.By using the corpus pillar with foundation extension as fence pillar as fence base, a prefabricated, special foundation is no longer required for the first time to establish a stable containment. The combination of the tube as formwork of the corpus as a shape transmitter results in a compact component. This can be acquired directly as a person skilled in the art or as a home shop and transported and set up itself. The corpus pillar with foundation extension is manufactured as a closed, ready-to-surface component made of corpus and at least one lightweight pipe which is foamed in as a formwork tool, and the transport and the construction of the fence pillar or the fence base without a lightweight crane is possible without any problems by the concrete being filled in on site. Furthermore, the finalization of the surface on site is no longer necessary and therefore likewise not dependent on weathering. In addition, a curing time of the concrete of 48 hours before shelling out no longer has to be maintained. When using the inventive corpus pillar with foundation extension, the fence field can be attached even after one day after the filling with concrete.Embodiment 1:For Constructing a Fence PillarInitially, an excavation must be created which slightly exceeds the circumference of the concrete formwork pipe 1, 5, 7.Next, the finished corpus (pillar) is placed on the excavated hole and fixed (levelled) in all directions by means of wooden battens.Subsequently, the concrete formwork tube 1, 5, 7 is filled with fresh concrete through the upper opening as far as the upper edge.An upper cover 8 is placed on the opening of the concrete formwork pipes 1, 5, 7 or the entire corpus 2.Embodiment 2:To make a depression with two fence pillars and one fence baseInitially, an excavation must be created which slightly exceeds the circumference of the concrete formwork pipes 9, 13.Next, the finished corpussis (pillar and base) is placed on the excavated hole and fixed (levelled) in all directions by means of wooden battens.Subsequently, the concrete formwork tubes 9, 13 are filled through the upper opening with fresh concrete 11 up to the upper edge.An upper cover is placed on the opening of the concrete formwork pipes 9, 13 or the entire corpus. After 24 h, the concrete 1 1 is tied to such an extent that the holding devices for the fence field or the like can be fastened in the concrete 11.List of reference characters1 Extendable pipe, round (concrete formwork pipe) 2 waterproof corpus 3 waterproof plate 4 foam 5 inner pipe region 6 soil 7 protruding pipe region 8 pillar cover 9 protruding regions 11 concrete 12 soil 13 fence base pipe 14 fixation / last 15 fence base corpus
