Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a locking mechanism for locking a backrest in a storage structure.
[0002] The prior art is cited as documents DE 101 33 707 B4, DE 10 2004 062 517 A1, EP 0 707 999 A1, US 2020 / 0 171 978 A1, US 2015 0 258 925 A1 and FR 2 663 889 A1.
[0003] The invention is based on the object of designing the structural connection of a backrest of a vehicle seat in a bearing of a bearing structure provided for this purpose in a simple, easy-to-assemble and safe manner.
[0004] The starting point of the invention is a locking mechanism for locking a backrest in a bearing of a bearing structure, wherein the bearing has a first receptacle in which a backrest-side locking element of the backrest engages in the assembled state.
[0005] According to the invention, the first receptacle and the locking element form a key-lock structure, which is disclosed in preferred embodiments in claims 1, 2 and 3 and the dependent claims.
[0006] The first receptacle forms a receiving opening in the manner of a lock, whereby the receiving opening has specific inner contour areas.
[0007] The locking element forms outer contour areas in the manner of a key, wherein the locking element has specific inner contour areas which are advantageously coordinated with one another, the coordination being discussed in more detail below.
[0008] The outer contour areas are designed in such a way that the locking element of the backrest can only engage in the receiving opening of the receptacle in an insertion direction in a predetermined mounting position of the backrest in an open position of the key-lock structure.
[0009] In a first engagement area, the closed position of the key-lock structure is achieved by pivoting the locking element and thus the backrest from the mounting position into a sitting position by a pivoting movement in a locking pivoting direction.
[0010] This advantageously achieves the effect that one of the inner contour areas of the first receptacle blocks one of the outer contour areas of the locking element, so that the backrest can no longer be removed from the receptacle of the bearing in the sitting position against the direction of insertion. Rotary latch with driver:
[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the locking mechanism comprises a rotary latch with a driver. The rotary latch is arranged on a side of the bearing of the support structure opposite the backrest.
[0012] The rotary latch also forms a receptacle with a receiving opening in the manner of a lock. The second receptacle of the rotary latch has a driver in the manner of a lock. In a second engagement area, the closed position of the key-lock structure is achieved by the locking element and thus the backrest pivoting from the installed position into the locking pivoting direction into the sitting position. The locking element contacts the driver of the rotary latch and takes the rotary latch with it into a locked position. The rotary latch moves from the installed position, in which the locking element of the backrest engages in the insertion direction into the second receptacle of the rotary latch, into the locked position within the second engagement area. An inner contour area of the rotary latch now blocks the receiving opening of the receptacle in its locked position in the first engagement area. This ensures that the locking element of the backrest cannot be removed from the first engagement area in the opposite direction to the insertion direction from the first receptacle of the bearing, neither in the assembly position nor in the sitting position, since it is additionally secured by the rotary latch within the second engagement area in the first receptacle of the bearing. Rotary latch with contour areas:
[0013] In another preferred embodiment, the locking mechanism comprises a rotary latch with specific contour areas. It is again provided that the rotary latch is arranged on the side of the bearing of the support structure opposite the backrest, with the second receptacle of the rotary latch forming the receiving opening in the manner of a lock.
[0014] The second receptacle has specific inner contour areas similar to a lock. In the second engagement area, the closed position of the key-lock structure is achieved by pivoting the locking element, and thus the backrest, from the installed position into the locking pivot direction into the sitting position. One of the outer contour areas of the locking element contacts one of the inner contour areas of the rotary latch, and the rotary latch is moved from an installed position, in which the locking element of the backrest engages in the insertion direction into the second receptacle of the rotary latch, into a locked position within the second engagement area. The other inner contour area of the rotary latch now locks the receiving opening of the first receptacle in the first engagement area when the rotary latch is in the locked position.
[0015] In both preferred embodiments of the locking mechanism with the rotary latch, the invention provides that the rotary latch can be moved from the blocking position into the mounting position by a tool in the second engagement region, so that the locking element of the backrest can be removed from the first receptacle of the bearing in the mounting position of the backrest within the first engagement region counter to the insertion direction, since the rotary latch in its mounting position releases the first receptacle of the bearing within the first engagement region.
[0016] Specific preferred embodiments of the locking mechanism for reversibly locking the backrest to at least one bearing are set out in the claims and explained in detail in the description with reference to the figures.

[0018] For the purposes of this description, the longitudinal direction of the vehicle will be designated "x." "y" denotes the horizontal direction of the vehicle perpendicular to the x-direction, and "z" denotes the vertical direction of the vehicle perpendicular to the x-direction. This notation of spatial directions in Cartesian coordinates corresponds to the coordinate system generally used in the automotive industry. The same reference symbols are used for the same components throughout the figures below, although not all previously introduced components are explained again using the reference symbols in each figure.
[0019] The Fig. 1, Fig. 2A and Fig. 2B and 3A and 3B show, in a synopsis, a locking element 1 fastened to the backrest side, in the form of a backrest bolt.
[0020] The locking element 1 is arranged at a predetermined position on a backrest structure 10 of a backrest 100 of a vehicle seat or a backrest part of a backrest mounting H, for example, of a rear seat bench, which has several backrest parts, for example, only a 1 / 3 backrest part F1 / 3 and a 2 / 3 backrest part F2 / 3. The associated seat part(s) is / are not shown.
[0021] The locking element 1 is inserted into a body-mounted bearing 4 during assembly of the backrest part. The bearing 4 has a receptacle 4', which will be shown and explained in detail below. This receptacle 4' is referred to as the first receptacle 4'.
[0022] A rotary latch bolt 3 is fixedly arranged at a predetermined position on the bearing structure 40.
[0023] A rotary latch 2 is located on the rotary latch bolt 3 and is arranged to rotate in a captive manner at a predeterminable lateral distance from the bearing structure 40 on the rotary latch bolt 3.
[0024] The Fig. 2A and Fig. 2B show a mounting position I of the backrest 100 and the Fig. 3A and Fig. 3B show a seating position II of the backrest 100, wherein the backrest 100 is already locked into the bearing-side first receptacle 4' by means of the locking element 1 (compare Fig. 4A, Fig. 4B) is inserted.
[0025] It is summarized in the Fig. 2A, Fig. 2B and Fig. 3A, Fig. 3B with the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B clearly shows that the outer surface of the cylindrical locking element 1 in the assembled state has two straight outer contour regions 1G and two circular outer contour regions 1R, which are each opposite one another, wherein the outer contour regions 1G, 1R in the assembled state lie at least in the plane of the first receptacle 4' and preferably in the plane of the rotary latch 2, that is to say at least in a first engagement region of the first receptacle 4' and preferably also in a second engagement region of the rotary latch 2.
[0026] Due to the fact that the outer contour regions 1G, 1R of the locking element 1 lie at least in the plane of the first receptacle 4' in the assembled state, the first engagement region is created which, even without the second engagement region, ensures that the backrest 100 is secured in the sitting position II of the backrest 100 in two spatial directions z (essentially vertical) and x (essentially horizontal) in the first receptacle 4'.
[0027] The locking element 1 forms a type of key in the first engagement region, while the first receptacle 4' forms a type of lock in the first engagement region, as will be explained further.
[0028] Due to the fact that the outer contour areas 1G, 1R also lie in the plane of the rotary latch 2 in the assembled state, the second engagement area is created which, in addition to the first engagement area, ensures that the backrest 100 is secured in the sitting position II of the backrest 100 once more, i.e. in addition to the two spatial directions z (essentially vertical) and x (essentially horizontal), by the rotary latch 2, as will be explained.
[0029] The locking element 1 thus forms a key which forms at least a first and preferably a second engagement area in a lock which forms at least the first engagement area in the first receptacle 4' and the second engagement area in the rotary latch 2.
[0030] This means that it is preferably provided that the circular outer contour regions 1R on the lateral surface side and the straight outer contour regions 1G on the lateral surface side on the cover surface 1D of the cylinder of the locking element 1 directed towards the rotary latch 2 have a length in the longitudinal extension of the locking element 1, so that they (1G, 1R) lie in the assembled state both in the plane of the first receptacle 4' and in the plane of the rotary latch 2.
[0031] In other words, the outer contour regions 1G, 1R are formed so long in the longitudinal extension of the locking element 1 that, in the assembled state, they extend both into the first receptacle 4' and into the rotary latch 2 and form the engagement regions explained.
[0032] It will also provide a summary of the Fig. 2A, Fig. 2B and Fig. 3A, Fig. 3B with the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B that the first receptacle 4' has two straight inner contour areas 4G, which are connected in the insertion direction P1 of the first receptacle 4' according to the arrow with the reference symbol P1 in Fig. 4A is followed by a circular inner contour area 4R.
[0033] The lock thus has two inner contour areas 4G and 4R in the first engagement area, which correspond to the outer contour areas 1G and 1R of the key.
[0034] A receiving opening of the straight slot-shaped contour region 4G of the first receptacle 4' has a spacing amount that corresponds to the spacing amount of the substantially opposite straight outer contour regions 1G of the locking element 1.
[0035] The basic solution is that the backrest 100 can only be mounted in a defined mounting position I.
[0036] By rotating the backrest 100 into the sitting position II, the already explained contour of the locking element 1, in particular the backrest bolt, prevents the locking element 1 in the two spatial directions x and z in the first engagement area from being able to disengage from the first receptacle 4' of the bearing structure 40 of the bearing 4.
[0037] Inserting the locking element 1 of the backrest 100 into the first receptacle 4' is comparable to inserting a key into a lock.
[0038] Turning the backrest 100 from the mounting position I to the seating position II is comparable to turning a key to lock the lock.
[0039] This fundamental solution of the inventive idea of the key-lock function of the key-lock structure is also realized according to the invention in the second engagement area in the plane of the rotary latch 2, as will be explained below.
[0040] Due to the rotating rotary latch 2, which is mounted so as to rotate when the backrest 100 is rotated from the assembly position I to the seating position II, the removal of the locking element 1, in particular of the backrest bolt, and thus of the backrest 100 is advantageously prevented in the two spatial directions (x and z) and additional crash safety is advantageously created for the backrest in the first receptacle 4' of the bearing 4 in the assembled state.
[0041] According to the invention, the rotary latch 2 is automatically actuated in the second engagement region by the rotation of the backrest 100 from the mounting position I to the seating position II. This automatic mechanism does not apply to the rotation of the backrest 100 from the seating position II to the mounting position I, as will be explained below.
[0042] In the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B illustrates the assembly sequence. The rotary latch 2 is in the Fig. 4A and Fig. 4B hidden.
[0043] A worker sets (compare Fig. 4A the arrow = insertion direction P1) insert the backrest 100 in its assembly position I into the first receptacle 4' of the bearing structure 40 of the bearing 4.
[0044] The backrest 100 is then (compare Fig. 4B the arrows = locking swivel direction P2) folded into the sitting position II.
[0045] The backrest bolt located on the backrest 100 closes like a key in a lock.
[0046] Only in the assembly position I does the backrest bolt reach the insertion direction P1 as indicated by the arrow. Fig. 4A, through the specific outer contour areas 1G, 1R into the correspondingly formed specific inner contour areas 4G, 4R of the first image 4'.
[0047] In other words, the two straight outer contour areas 1G of the locking element 1 correspond to the straight inner contour areas 4G of the first receptacle 4' in such a way that guidance of the backrest bolt and thus of the backrest 100 into the first receptacle 4' of the bearing structure 40 of the bearing 4 is ensured only in the intended assembly position I.
[0048] The circular inner contour area 4R of the first receptacle 4' in the exemplary embodiment corresponds to the circular outer contour areas 1R of the backrest bolt 1 in such a way that the circular outer contour areas 1R of the backrest bolt 1 lie in the circular inner contour area 4R of the first receptacle 4' after the rotational movement or pivoting movement of the backrest 100 into the sitting position II, wherein the circular outer contour areas 1R are moved by the rotational movement or pivoting movement of the backrest 100 into the sitting position II, according to the arrows in Fig. 4B in the locking pivoting direction P2 in the clockwise direction, can no longer leave the circular inner contour area 4R of the first receptacle 4', since the diameter of the opposing circular outer contour areas 1R is greater than the distance of the opposing straight inner contour areas 4G of the first receptacle 4'.
[0049] The following is based on the Fig. 5A to 5C and 6A to 6C illustrate the functionality of the key-lock structure of the rotary latch 2 in the second engagement area.
[0050] The Fig. 5A corresponds to the Fig. 2A. The Fig. 5B corresponds to the Fig. 2B.
[0051] The Fig. 5C shows the backrest 100 and the backrest bolt in the assembly position I, while the rotary latch 2 is in its locking position S.
[0052] The Fig. 6A corresponds to the Fig. 3A. The Fig. 6B corresponds to the Fig. 3B.
[0053] The Fig. 6C shows the backrest 100, the backrest bolt of the locking element 1 and the rotary latch 2 in an intermediate position M → S between the mounting position M and the locking position S.
[0054] The rotation of the backrest 100 from the mounting position I to the seating position II automatically activates the rotary latch 2. This automatic mechanism does not apply to the rotation of the backrest 100 from the seating position II to the mounting position I, as explained below.
[0055] The basic principle of the invention is based on the fact that the backrest bolt automatically moves the rotary latch 2 only in one direction, as will be explained below.
[0056] A design variant not shown consists in that the rotary latch 2 has a driver which is automatically carried in one direction by the backrest bolt during the rotational movement of the backrest 100 from the mounting position I to the sitting position II.
[0057] Below, another design variant is shown in which the contour of the backrest bolt already used in the first engagement area is also used in the second engagement area.
[0058] The rotary latch 2 is arranged opposite the bearing structure 40 on the rotary latch bolt 3, wherein the rotary latch bolt 3 is arranged at a predetermined position in a captive manner relative to the bearing structure 40 and thus rotatable relative to the backrest bolt.
[0059] The pivot point 3P of the rotary latch bolt 3 is located below the center of rotation of the rotary latch 2.
[0060] The rotary latch 2 also has a receptacle 2' with a receptacle opening, which is referred to as the second receptacle.
[0061] The rotary latch 2 has an inner contour which comprises a straight inner contour area 2G and a substantially circular inner contour area 2R.
[0062] The circular inner contour area 2R of the rotary latch 2 selected in the exemplary embodiment has an inner diameter which corresponds to the outer diameter of the circular outer contour areas 1R of the backrest bolt used and described as the locking element 1.
[0063] The backrest bolt is inserted through the receiving openings of the holders 4' and 2' of the bearing 4 and the rotary latch 2, compare Fig. 5B, in the mounting position I of the backrest 100 and the mounting position M of the rotary latch 2 (first step).
[0064] The straight inner contour area 2G of the rotary latch 2 and the straight outer contour area 1G of the backrest bolt form, as in a key-lock structure, a contact surface pair 1G, 2G.
[0065] Then, in a second step, the backrest 100 is folded down according to the Fig. 6C and Fig. 6B, whereby the backrest 100 and the backrest bolt as well as the rotary latch 2 in Fig. 6B reach their final position, while in Fig. 6C shows an intermediate position before the final position of the backrest 100.
[0066] The contact surface of the straight outer contour area 1G of the backrest bolt presses the contact surface of the straight inner contour area 2G of the rotary latch 2 into the locking position S, whereby the rotary latch 2 and the backrest bolt initially Fig. 6C assume the intermediate position M→ S. The rotary latch 2 rotates clockwise around the rotary latch bolt 3.
[0067] This opens the receiving opening of the holder 4' of the bearing 4 according to Fig. 6C partially and according to Fig. 6B completely locked by the rotary latch 2.
[0068] As in Fig. 6B, the circular inner contour area 2R of the rotary latch 2 and the circular outer contour area 1R of the backrest bolt now form a rattle-free contact surface pair, as in a key-lock structure.
[0069] When the seating position II of the backrest 100 is reached, the rotary latch remains in its locking position S, even if the backrest 100 is, for example, rotated back into the assembly position M, as in Fig. 5C is illustrated.
[0070] To dismantle the backrest 100 in the assembly position I according to Fig. 5C, the rotary latch 2 must first be moved by a worker into the assembly position M. In this position, the backrest 100 can no longer be removed because the rotary latch blocks removal. According to this key-lock structure, the backrest 100 can only be removed if a separate actuation occurs to unlock the key-lock structure by moving the rotary latch 2 from its locked position S to the assembly position M.
[0071] It is clear that the rotary latch 2 is automatically moved from the mounting position M to the locking position S by the rotation of the backrest 100 from the mounting position I to the seating position II. According to the invention, this automatic mechanism does not apply to the rotation of the backrest 100 from the seating position II to the mounting position I.
[0072] Each backrest 100 - compare Fig. 1 - comprises, in a known manner, two bearings 4 or bearing areas in a bearing structure 40. It is provided that at least one of the bearing areas, i.e., at least one bearing 4, is provided with the inventive key-lock structure of the locking element 1 and the bearing 4 with the specifically designed receptacle 4' and preferably with the extended key-lock structure of the crash-proof rotary latch 2 with the specifically designed second receptacle 2'.
[0073] The previous explanations make it clear that the backrest 100 in the sitting position II of the backrest 100 is secured a first time in the first engagement area and a further time in the second engagement area by the extended key-lock structure, i.e. additionally in the two spatial directions z (essentially vertical) and x (essentially horizontal), by the rotary latch 2.
[0074] In the y-direction, i.e. transversely to the horizontal x-direction, the locking mechanism of the backrest 100 is secured by not allowing a lateral movement of the backrest 100 in the y-direction with the locking elements 1 arranged on both sides, in particular the backrest bolts, so that it is prevented that the backrest bolt according to the invention arranged at at least one bearing point, for example at a central bearing 4M, can slip out of the receptacles 4', 2' of the two engagement areas of the bearing 4 and the rotary latch 2 of the locking mechanism.
[0075] When mounting a single backrest 100, the mounting in the y-direction is realized, for example, by an additional sheet metal, preferably U-shaped, attached to the first holder 4'.
[0076] In this respect, the backrest 100 is always mounted safely, in particular crash-safe, in all three spatial directions x, y, z in its seating position II.
[0077] The document DE 10 2004 062 517 A1 describes a foldable rear seat backrest that can be lifted out of a position. A bearing head is inserted into a U-shaped receptacle. However, this bearing head is not locked by folding / pivoting the backrest from a mounting position I to the seating position II. Thus, in the prior art, the backrest can be removed at any time. According to the key-lock structure according to the invention, it is provided that the backrest 100 cannot be readily removed at any time. According to the invention, the backrest bolt is locked until the key-lock structure is opened after closing—as explained.
[0078] EP 07 707 999 A1 describes a mechanism having a locking pawl that is manually rotated into the locking position using a screwdriver via a screw mechanism. The locking mechanism comprises a nut and a threaded element. In other words, the document also does not disclose that the automatic locking of the locking mechanism according to the invention is triggered by the pivoting movement of the backrest 100.
[0079] According to the publication FR 2 663 889 A1, a locking variant is shown in which a permanently rotating plastic sleeve is proposed, which locks or unlocks a backrest bolt depending on its position. In the folded position of the backrest, the opening of a bearing, in particular a center bearing, is unlocked and the rear seat backrest can be removed. The solution to the locking mechanism according to the invention ensures that the key-lock structure does not automatically reopen when the backrest 100 is folded back into the assembly position I after the locking mechanism has been closed, during which the backrest 100 folds into the seating position II.The key-lock structure of the locking mechanism according to the invention is only opened when a worker uses a tool, for example a narrow metal slider which engages in the plane of the second engagement region of the locking mechanism according to the invention, to unlock the rotary latch 2, so that the rotary latch 2 moves into its assembly position M (cf. Fig. 2B, Fig. 5B). This means that the key-lock structure remains locked until the receiving opening of the second receptacle 2' of the rotary latch 2 and thus the receiving opening of the first receptacle 4' of the bearing 4 is unlocked using a tool.
[0080] For further clarification, please refer again to the Fig. 1 received.
[0081] The Fig. 1 shows the backrest mounting H of a rear seat bench, which - as already explained - has several backrest parts, for example only a 1 / 3 backrest part F1 / 3 and a 2 / 3 backrest part F2 / 3.
[0082] In the exemplary embodiment, a locking mechanism according to the invention is implemented on the so-called central bearing 4M, wherein it is again pointed out that the central bearings, whose bearings 4 or bearing plates are arranged parallel to one another, can each be a locking mechanism which is designed in one embodiment without a rotary latch 2 and in another embodiment with the rotary latch 2.
[0083] It is understood that in the embodiment with rotary latch 2, the second engagement region is not present, so that a gap between the bearings 4 of the center bearings 4M can be made smaller compared to an embodiment of the locking mechanism with the rotary latch 2.
[0084] This gap occurs when the rotary latches 2 are arranged (in Fig. 1 not visible), which in the assembled state are also arranged parallel to each other between the bearings 4 or bearing plates, are somewhat larger, since in this embodiment there is space available for the rotary latches 2.
[0085] According to the invention, the gap between the backrest parts F1 / 3, F2 / 3 is ensured to be small by ensuring that the bearing plates of the bearings 4 and the rotary latch plates of the rotary latches 2 have only a small sheet thickness in the y-direction. This sheet thickness determines the width of the engagement areas and thus the length of the contours 1G, 1R of the locking element 1, in particular of the backrest bolt.
[0086] In the assembled state according to the first embodiment, the locking element 1 forms a locking contact in the first receptacle 4' of the bearing 4 in the first engagement region and, in the second embodiment, in which the rotary latch 2 is arranged, a locking contact in the second receptacle 2' of the rotary latch 2.
[0087] The width of the engagement areas can be selected depending on the load case, taking into account the desired gap between the backrest parts F1 / 2, F2 / 3, wherein it is preferably provided that the second engagement area has a smaller width in the y-direction than the first engagement area. In other words, the bearing plates of the bearing 4 have, for example, a thickness between 5 mm and 10 mm, while the thickness of the rotary latch plate of the rotary latch 2 is selected, for example, in the range between 3 mm and 5 mm. In principle, it can be said that the engagement areas are not necessarily the same, but, as explained, can have two different spacing amounts, so that the backrest bolt as locking element 1 is ultimately adapted to the width of the engagement areas.
[0088] Furthermore, the diameters of the inner contour areas 4R and 2R can be selected differently in the respective engagement areas, after which the outer contour area of the locking element 1, i.e., the backrest bolt, is adjusted accordingly in the engagement areas. In other words, the diameters of the inner contour areas 4R and 2R do not necessarily have to be the same, so that a key-lock structure with a type of stepped key 1 and a type of stepped lock 4, 2 is formed.
[0089] The assembly of a backrest 100, for example the backrest part F1 / 3 (compare Fig. 1) takes place in the assembly position I. The locking mechanism according to the invention with the explained key-lock structure is located in the central bearing 4M. Opposite is a conventional bearing 4, which has a backrest-side receiving element 5, in particular a receiving sleeve, as a receptacle, which extends in the y-direction. On the body side, a bearing element 6 is arranged in the manner of a bolt, which is also aligned in the longitudinal extension y and is fixedly attached to the outer bearing (in Fig. 1 right). In Fig. 1, the backrest bolt is already inserted into the receiving sleeve. The assembly is carried out in such a way that the body-side bolt in assembly position I is first inserted into the receiving sleeve of the backrest part F1 / 3 (compare the arrow with the reference symbol P1 = insertion direction in Fig. 4A) and then the backrest bolt 1 of the locking mechanism according to the invention into the first receptacle 4' of the bearing and, when the rotary latch 2 is arranged, additionally into the second receptacle 2' diagonally from above (compare Fig. 2A and Fig. 2B) is inserted.
[0090] The backrest part F1 / 3 is then folded into the sitting position II (compare the arrows with the reference symbol P in Fig.4B = locking pivot direction) and the backrest part F1 / 3 is mounted on both sides and locked by the locking mechanism in the center bearing 4M (reversibly removable) using the key-lock structure of the locking mechanism according to the invention. Disassembly is carried out in the reverse order, whereby in a preceding step, the rotary latch 2 in the second engagement area must be moved from its locked position S to the assembly position M by the tool before the respective backrest part F1 / 3, F2 / 3 can be removed. The folding of the respective backrest part F1 / 3, F2 / 3 from the sitting position II to the assembly position I can already take place before the tool is used.
[0091] It is understood that the locking mechanism according to the invention can be implemented as an outer bearing, while the conventional bearing can be implemented in the central bearing 4M. Finally, both bearings of a backrest part F1 / 3, F2 / 3 can be provided with the locking mechanism according to the invention.
[0092] In the embodiment shown, the two locking mechanisms are formed in the central bearing 4M, whereby the fact that the cover surfaces 1D of the locking elements 1, i.e. the backrest bolts, are arranged head to head and opposite one another, so to speak, automatically secures the backrest parts F1 / 3, F2 / 3 against displacement in the y-direction, since the backrest parts F1 / 3, F2 / 3 are also secured in the y-direction in the area of the outer bearings against displacement in the y-direction.
