Description

The invention relates to a seat device of a motor vehicle.Seat devices are known from the prior art in various embodiments. These form, for example, a driver seat or, as a rear bench, a second seat row in a passenger car.In order to increase the comfort when using the seat device, seat devices are known in which air conditioning and massage components of a comfort unit are arranged within the seat device. The components to be installed in the back unit for this purpose, through which space must be provided within the upholstery of the back unit, which is otherwise filled with a compressible foam body, reduces the seating comfort for vehicle occupants. An object of an exemplary embodiment of the invention is to propose a seat device of a motor vehicle, with which a seat comfort of a vehicle occupant can be increased when using the seat device. This object is achieved by a seat device of a motor vehicle having a backrest unit or backrest, which comprises at least one contact surface on which a user sitting in the motor vehicle can be arranged in contact with the back, the at least one dimensionally stable, load-absorbing support means, the at least one comfort unit, which has at least one comfort element arranged between support means and contact surface, and the at least one control unit for actuating the comfort unit, wherein the control unit is arranged on the support means on a side of the support means facing away from the contact surface. The support means can absorb forces in particular in the event of a collision of the motor vehicle. In other words, the support means is a structural component of the backrest unit or backrest, which substantially gives the backrest unit rigidity and / or strength, wherein the comfort element is arranged on a front side of the support means and the control unit thereof is arranged on a rear side of the support means. As a result, no additional installation space is required for the control unit on a front side of the support means.Because the seat device comprises at least one control unit for controlling the comfort unit and the control unit is arranged on the support means on a side of the support means facing away from the contact surface, no installation space has to be provided for the control unit between the support means and the contact surface. As a result, seating comfort for a user of the seating device can be increased. As a result, cushioning of the seat device can be kept high even when using a comfort unit. The seat device may include a driver seat or a passenger seat or a rear seat device. The seat device can comprise at least one seat part on which a user of the motor vehicle can be arranged in a seated manner. The back unit or backrest can be rigid and immovable. Furthermore, the back unit can be transferred from the support position, in which the user of the motor vehicle can be arranged with the back contacting the contact surface of the back unit and the contact surface is arranged transversely or obliquely substantially without contact with the seat part, into a folding position, in which the back unit contacts the seat part with the contact surface. The dimensionally stable support means can be linear or planar. Forces can be absorbed by the support means, wherein the support means is fixed indirectly or directly on a supporting structure of the motor vehicle. If the support means is linear, it can be rod-shaped or beam-shaped. In a planar configuration of the support means, it can comprise a plate, a shell or a grid.In one embodiment of the seat device, it is provided that the comfort element of the comfort unit comprises at least one heating and / or cooling medium that can be controlled by the control unit.Because the comfort element comprises a heating and / or cooling medium that can be controlled by the control unit, a seat heating or seat cooling can be provided, whereby the comfort is increased at low ambient temperatures or at high ambient temperatures in the vehicle interior. The heating and / or cooling medium can be designed in any desired manner. It is conceivable for the heating and / or cooling medium to comprise a climate pad.In order to increase an efficiency of the comfort element of the comfort unit, an embodiment of the seat device comprises at least one filling structure which is arranged between support means and contact surface and which in particular comprises at least one passage section comprising a plurality of through openings which is arranged between contact surface and comfort element, in particular is arranged so as to contact surface and comfort element in a manner in which it lies in a manner in which it lies in a planar manner. The fill structure may comprise a compressible material or a resilient structure. For example, the filling structure can be configured in a honeycomb manner. Further, the filling structure may comprise a compressible plastic, rubber or foam body. The filling structure can also be referred to as a seat or backrest padding. By arranging the control unit on the rear side of the support means, the upholstery can be designed to be more voluminous and thus more comfortable.By means of the passage section comprising a plurality of through-openings, air circulation, in particular convection, is made possible. The passage portion may include a cut foam portion. The openings can be arranged extending from the contact surface to the comfort element. In order to further increase the efficiency of the comfort element, it proves to be advantageous if the comfort unit comprises at least one ventilation means, such as a fan, which can be controlled by the control unit and is arranged on the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface and which is in fluid communication with the comfort element, and / or if the comfort unit comprises at least one air conditioning unit, such as an air conditioning system, which can be controlled by the control unit and is arranged on the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface on the support means and which is in fluid communication with the comfort element. If the comfort unit comprises at least one ventilation means, such as aerators, which can be controlled by the control unit, air circulation can be ensured. This also allows forced convection in addition to convection. By means of the ventilation means, heat arising between a body of the user of the motor vehicle and the contact surface of the back unit can be transported away.Furthermore, cooler air can be guided through the ventilation means in the direction of the back region of the user of the motor vehicle. If the comfort unit comprises at least one air conditioning device, such as an air conditioning system, that can be controlled by the control unit, air cooling can be ensured in a simple manner.Because ventilation means and / or air conditioning device are arranged on the support means on the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface, installation space between support means and contact surface does not have to be reserved either for ventilation means or for air conditioning devices. This allows heat to be regulated without the seating comfort of the user of the tilting vehicle being reduced. In addition or as an alternative to the aforementioned design options, it is provided in an embodiment of the seat device that at least one of the at least one comfort element of the comfort unit comprises at least one massage device which is arranged between the contact surface and the support means and which can be controlled by the control unit.By providing at least one massage device between the contact surface and the support means, a user of the seat device can be massaged by the massage device during travel with the motor vehicle. This increases comfort, in particular during long journeys. The massage device can basically be designed in any desired manner. In principle, it is conceivable for the massage device to comprise mechanical or electromagnetic components which move relative to one another. In one embodiment of the seat device, it proves to be advantageous if the massage device comprises at least one massage bladder that can be filled with fluid, in particular air, and emptied. If the massage device comprises at least one massage bladder that can be filled with fluid, in particular air, and emptied, the massage device can be operated pneumatically and / or hydraulically. As a result, the comfort element designed as a massage device is arranged compactly in the back unit when it is not in operation.Furthermore, it proves to be advantageous when providing a massage device if the comfort unit comprises at least one pump means that can be controlled by the control unit and is arranged on the support means on the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface and which is in fluid communication with the comfort element configured as a massage device, in particular with at least one of the at least one massage bladder.By means of the pump means, fluid, in particular air, can be supplied in a simple manner to the massage device, in particular the massage bladder that can be filled with fluid, in particular air. Because the pump means is arranged on the support means on the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface, no installation space has to be provided between the support means and the contact surface for the pump means, whereby a loss of comfort of the seat device can be avoided. The contact surface forms an outer skin of the back unit. The contact surface can be fixed with its ends to the support means and can be spaced apart from the support means and kept under tension in the intermediate regions by the compressible filling structure. It has proven to be advantageous if the contact surface is formed by a flexibly bendable cover body, such as textile or plastic, artificial leather or leather.Because the contact surface comprises a flexibly bendable cover body, the contact surface can be tensioned by the filling structure. Moreover, the combination of cover body and filling structure enables this system to be deformed when a user of the seat device exerts a force on the back unit. The seat device can be used, for example, in a bus or transporter and thus protrude into the passenger interior both with the contact surface and with the support means. If the motor vehicle comprises a passenger vehicle, embodiments of the seat device are conceivable in which the back unit adjoins a passenger interior with the contact surface and a trunk with the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface. If the back unit with the contact surface on a passenger interior adjoins a trunk with the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface, the superstructures of the comfort unit arranged on the support means are arranged such that they do not influence leg freedom of vehicle occupants. The individual components of the comfort unit can be designed such that, when arranged on the support means, they do not project more than 60 mm, in particular not more than 50 mm, in particular not more than 40 mm, transversely to the surface of the support means. As a result, a stowage space present in the trunk is reduced to a reasonable extent if the back unit is arranged in the supporting position. In order to reduce damage to the individual components of the comfort unit, in particular if the back unit is arranged in the folded position, that is to say the trunk and the vehicle interior are no longer spatially separated from one another by the back unit of the seat device, but are instead connected to one another, it proves to be advantageous if the seat device comprises at least one housing part which is arranged on the support means on the side of the support means facing away from the contact surface and which encloses the control unit, the ventilation means, the air conditioning unit and / or the pump means in its entirety or at least in sections. The housing part can form a protective housing. In embodiments of the seat device, at least one ventilation slot is provided in the housing part. This makes it possible for the ventilation means, the air conditioning device and / or the pump means to be able to draw air from the environment or to be able to discharge air to the environment. In principle, it is conceivable for the seat device to comprise only a single seat part and a single back unit. Furthermore, embodiments of the seat device are conceivable in which a plurality of seat parts and a plurality of back units are joined together to form a back bench. In such a case, it is conceivable that each back unit of the rear bench comprises a control unit and a comfort unit or that each back unit comprises its own comfort unit, to which a single, common control unit is functionally assigned. In such a case, the seat device can be designed with a reduced component.Further features, details and advantages of the invention are evident from the appended patent claims, from the graphical representation and the following description of a preferred embodiment of the seat device. The drawing shows: FIG. 1 shows a side view of an exemplary embodiment of the seat device; FIG. 2 shows a schematic sectional view of a back unit of the seat device according to FIG. 1 ; FIG. 3 is a partially cut front view of the back unit according to FIG. 1 ; FIG. 4 shows a rear view of the seat device according to FIG. 1.The figures show an exemplary embodiment of a seat device, which is provided overall with the reference numeral 2, for a second or rear row of seats of a motor vehicle. In addition, the seat device 2 comprises a backrest unit or backrest 6, which is arranged in a supporting position in the exemplary embodiments shown in the figures. In the support position, a user of the motor vehicle can be arranged with the back touching an abutment surface 8 of the back unit 6. The contact surface 8 is arranged transversely or obliquely and substantially without contact with the seat part 4. The back unit 6 can be transferred from the supporting position into a folding position in which the back unit 6 rests with the contact surface 8 on the seat part 4. In the folded position of the back unit 6, a cargo space or trunk formed behind the second row of seats is widened. A rear side of the back unit 6 thus forms a floor of the cargo space. The back unit 6 comprises a compressible filling structure 10, i.e. a backrest padding, and a planar and substantially dimensionally stable support means 12.Furthermore, the back unit 6 comprises a comfort unit 14 which has at least one comfort element 16 arranged between the support means 12 and the contact surface 8.Furthermore, the back unit 6 comprises a control unit 18 with which the comfort unit 14 can be controlled. It can be seen with regard to FIG. 2 that the comfort element 16 of the comfort unit 14 can comprise a heating and / or cooling medium 20. The comfort element 16 formed in this way is arranged behind a passage section 22 which comprises a plurality of through-openings. The passage section 22 is arranged between the contact surface 8 and the comfort element 16 and lies in particular flat on the comfort element 16.FIG. 3 shows a sectional view in which a further comfort element 16 comprises a massage device 24.
