Description

The present invention relates to a pulp mixture and to a resource-preserving method for producing the same.Pulp blends and methods for their production are known in the art. For example, WO 2014 / 059113 A1 describes a method for processing biomass. In recent years, however, the demand for pulp mixes which have a higher quality and at the same time consume less natural resources has increased tremendously. In addition, the demand for pulp mixes in the production of which the output of CO 2, the water consumption and the use of fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides can be significantly reduced has also increased. In order to achieve the climate goals of Deutsche Federal Government and the International Community, decarbonization of all commercial branches is urgent. With a proportion of around 22% in the German greenhouse gas emissions in recent years, the industrial sector is of an important role. In the analysis of economic branch emissions, it could be shown that the paper industry ejects the third-most CO 2- emissions of all commercial branches and causes enormous water consumption both in the production of raw materials and within the fiber and paper production itself. In the past, wood was primarily used for the recovery of cellulose, and this was mostly in the form of plantations and monocultures and using herbicides and pesticides. In addition, it takes an average of 40 to 60 years after the impact of forest areas until they can again make a comparable contribution to the CO 2 storage as before the impact. In the time after the impact these surfaces and soils are then exposed to direct solar radiation due to the lack of and protective tree crowns, which leads to additional drying out and to an increased waste and increased erosion of the soils. For these and other reasons, the forests should no longer be used in the future for producing cellulose, but rather rather better than natural CO 2 sink and air conditioning for the world. Therefore, with a view to the general importance of forest areas for CO 2 reduction and storage as well as erosion protection, water storage and cooling effect, alternatives to wood have recently been increasingly sought and tested. In this connection, IN 202041038570 A describes the use of coconut products for pulp production. The advantage of this invention is that coconut waste is used instead of wood to produce high quality pulps therefrom. However, the growing of coconut alone is not a realistic alternative to wood pulp purely quantitatively. The mass required worldwide cannot be approximately covered by coconut shells. In addition to the environmental, CO 2- and water problems, the main disadvantage of the materials used in the prior art is their lignin content. Lignin interferes with the production of pulp material, in particular the paper production, and has to be removed in a complicated manner before the further processing of the pulp. This is very energy and water-intensive and can only be realized by using additional chemicals. Thus, for example, WO 2013 / 066196 A1 and US 2012 / 116063 A1 describe technologies for removing lignin from pulp mixtures which have been obtained from wood. With the use of alternative vegetable materials, moreover, the ethical question has become increasingly the focus of whether it is acceptable to use vegetable material, which can be used as food directly or indirectly as feed, for cellulose extraction. An alternative in this context is the use of straw. The use of straw, however, has the disadvantage that the composition of the ingredients can vary very greatly. Furthermore, straw is required to be discharged onto soils. If this use of straw remains, this leads over time to a creeping waste of the humus soils. Thus, CN 102677530 A describes a method for papermaking straw. The great disadvantage of this technology is that the straw is extracted from the natural circulation in the field and thus important and natural nutrients are present in the field.Normally, the straw is incorporated directly into the soil or, indirectly after use, brought back to the field as litter in stables and later as fertilizer, in order to feed natural nutrients to the soil and build up humus. If this is not the case, because the straw is processed into paper and the paper is not discharged on the field, the nutrient supply must be compensated in another way, mostly based on artificial fertilizer. Artificial fertilizer is mostly made of natural gas; this fact thus defeats or even worsens all the described ecological advantages.WO 2023 / 101 986 A1 relates to compositions and products from arando grass plants and methods for their production. US 2022 / 0 304 252 A1 relates to various embodiments for controlled environment agriculture using a vertically stacked multilevel system. DE 699 11 653 T2 relates to the separation and recovery of components from plants, wherein the material is at least partially broken down into fibers and is subsequently separated into a fiber fraction and into a vegetable juice stream. US 2003 / 0 019 594 A1 relates to composite sheets and technical products made from Arundo donax (a grass variety) as well as pulp and paper produced from Arundo donax. WO 2016 / 138 075 A1 relates to a method and a system for hydroculture, which comprises a hydroculture cultivation zone, as well as a plurality of plants and a nutrient supply system for supplying a nutrient supply solution to the plurality of plants. It is therefore an object of the present invention to solve this problem and to provide a resource-saving high-quality pulp mixture. This object is achieved with the features of claim 1.The present object solves the described problem by providing a pulp mixture which is obtainable by a method comprising the following steps: cultivating vegetable material in at least one housing for cultivating plants, automated harvesting of the vegetable material adapted to the desired intended use, cutting of the vegetable material, homogenization of the cut vegetable material and processing of the pulp mixture. In this case, the crop cut is preceded by a preliminary cut and / or calibration cut with the aim of increasing the uniformity of the fibre or the aim of harvesting blades of the same length, and the crop cut is preceded by a calibration cut which has the aim of preliminary cutting the possibly different lengths at the tips of the blades to the same height. Only then is the crop cut carried out in the length selected for this purpose. The invention is distinguished in that the breeding is carried out under permanent and / or temporary artificial illumination in 2 to 100, preferably 10 to 80, particularly preferably 20 to 60, and very particularly preferably 40 to 50, parallel layers one above the other. As a result, the present invention offers a surprising and very effective solution to the problem problem mentioned above and is additionally not location-bound and therefore implementable worldwide, which enables production at the location of demand and thus shortens transport paths and optionally prevents import dependencies across landing limits.Due to the fact that the present invention uses starting plants which are illuminated with artificial light permanently and / or temporarily, i.e. 20 to 24 hours per day, for five to seven days per week, and moreover the temperature, the air humidity and the nutrient supply can be adapted to the optimum growth requirements of the biomass, and this is effected in a plurality of parallel layers one above the other in the greenhouse, a surprising, particularly rapid and continuous growth with constant quality compared to field breeding is achieved, which in turn meets the industrial requirements and facilitates the further processing of the pulp and makes downstream processes more efficient.Within the scope of the present invention, the casing for breeding forms a self-contained system which is characterized in that the supply and exhaust air can be controlled in response to its advantageous composition with respect to the growth requirements of the biomass. In this case, parameters such as the temperature, the air humidity, the air pressure and the CO 2- content in the air surrounding the biomass can be measured, monitored and regulated. Furthermore, in addition to the CO 2 content in the air present at the respective location, the feed air can be added by, for example, enriching the feed air with CO 2, for example from industrial CO 2 separation plants, in accordance with the optimum conditions for the growth and growth phase of the biomass. CO 2 acts in combination with the light and the photosynthetic process of the plants as a natural fertilizer and is taken up and stored by the biomass or converted into other usable carbon compounds such as glucose C 6 H 12 O 6 for example. Thus, the production process of the pulp mixture can be actively used for removing CO 2 from the atmosphere and / or direct separation from CO 2 intensive production processes such as e.g. the production of cement or steel. Furthermore, the concept of a closed system enables the possibility of recovering more than 90% of the water used for the growth and returning it to the next growth phase of the biomass. This water evaporates unused on field surfaces, wherein the water content in the air, which steadily increases due to the global warming, has an equivalently poor influence on the global warming as the CO 2 itself and must therefore be the aim of reducing the water content in the air.Advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims. It is advantageous in this case if the vegetable material is obtained from the group of the Bembeagens (Angiospermae), particularly preferably from the order of the Popales, and very particularly from the family of the Poaceae. It is advantageous here if the plant material is obtained from the group of plants comprising the species Acenatherum hymenoides, Aegilops squarrosa, Agropyron cristatum, Agropyron dasystachyum, Agropyron repens, Agropyron smithii, Agropyron subsecundum, Agropyron trichophorum, Agrostis alba, Agrostis giganta, Agrostis palustris, Agrostis scabra, Agrostis stolonifera, Agrostis tenuis, Andropogon gerardii, Andropogon scoparius, Anthoxanthum oodatum, Aristida stritica, Arrhenatherium elatius, Arundinaria gigantea, Arundo donax, Avena sativa, Bouteloua cutipendula, Bouteloua gracilis, Bouteloua hirsuta, Brachypodium pinnatum, Brachypodium sylvaticum, Braza media, Bromus inermis, Bromus pumpellianus, Bromus tectorum, Calamagrostis canadensis, Calamagrostis epigejos, Calamagrostis inexpansa, Calamagrostis rubescens, Calamagrostis villosa, Cenchrus longispinus, Chasmanthium latifolium, Chasmanthium sessiliflorum, Cornucopiae cuclulatum, Aegilops squarrosa, Cortaderia selloana, Ctenium aromaticum, Cymbopogon citrateus, Cynodon dactylon, Dactylis glomerata, Danthonia intermedia, Danthonia parryi, Deschampsia cespitosa, Deschampsia flexuosa, Digitaria decumbens, Digitaria ischaemum, Distchlis spicata, Echinochloa colona, Echinochloa crus-galli, Ehrharta erecta, Elymus cinereus, Elymus elymoides, Elymus innovatus, Elymus junceus, Elymus mollis, Elymus virginicus, Elytrigia atherica, Eragrostis uvula, Festuca arundinacea, Festuca gigantea, Festuca halleri, Festuca idahensis, Festuca ovina, Festuca pratensis, Festuca puccinellii, Festuca rubra, Festuca scabrella, Festuca scabriculamis, Festuca sylvatica, Helictrichon pratense, Hilaria jamesii, Hilaria rimida, Holcus lanatus, Hordeum vulgare, Imperata cylindricala, Koleeria cristata, Lolium perenne, Lolium rigidum, Lycurus phleoides, Manisuris rugosa, Melica uniflora, Melinis minutiflora, Miscanthus sinensis, Molinia caerulea, Muhlenbergia richardsonis, Nordus striticta, Oryzae, Oryza sativa, Oryzopsis asperfolia, Panicum amarum, Panicum commutatum, Panicum maximum, Panicum estusum, Panicum repens, Panicum texanum, Panicum vigatum, Paspalum dilatatum, Paspalum urvillei, Paspalum vaginateum, Paspalum betsteinii, Pennisetum clandestinum, Pennisetum purpureum, Phalaris arundinacea, Phalaris tuberosa, Phleum pratense, Phragmites australia, Phragmites communis, Pleioblastus quino, Poa chaixii, Poa compressa, Poa pratensis, Poa secunda, Puccinellia maritima, Puccinellia phryg anodes, Saccharum officinarum, Sasa nipponica, Secale cereale, Setaria geniculata, Setaria italica, Setaria magna, Setaria sphacelata, Sorghum nutans, Sorghum bicolor, Sorghum halepense, Spartina alterniflora, Spartina anglica, Spartina cynosuroides, Spartina patens, Sporobolus cryptandrus, Stipa commata, Stipa richardsonii, Stipa sparea, Stipa viridula, Trichoachne californica, Tripsacum dactyloides, Triticosecal spp., Triticum aestivum, Triticum boeoticum, Triticum dicoccioides, Triticum percicumx, Uniola paniculata, Zea mays, Zizania aquatica, Zoysia japonica.Among all of these varieties, the following miscantus-type varieties, namely pennisectum-type varieties and zea-type varieties are preferred. For the purposes of the present invention, Poaceae fibers mean the fibers of plants which belong to the group of the Betsamigen (angiospermae), from the order of the Popales, from the family of the Poaceae. These may be, for example, fibers of one of the different types listed above. It is also advantageous if bound substances are recovered in the vegetable material. It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the recovered substances are water and / or nutrients and / or secondary substances.Furthermore, an advantageous embodiment is envisaged in which, in addition to water, by a suitable method, for example by rolling or pressing the biomass, further secondary substances such as proteins or phosphates can be recovered, which are necessary for the optimum growth of the biomass and do not have to be compensated by the addition of natural fertilizer or artificial fertilizer, since in a first alternative of use the pulp mixture itself and thus mainly its carbon compound is of use as the main fibre constituent. In this case, in an advantageous embodiment, it is provided to press out the biomass between rollers or to press the water and the nutrients out of the cell membranes of the plant by centrifugal forces. In a further process step, thermal drying can then also be carried out, it additionally also being possible for the water to be separated from the air by a suitable method, such as, for example, condensation, and therefore only technically dry air is led out of the greenhouse. This air is otherwise enriched by oxygen which is formed by the process of photosynthetic process and thus additionally improves the atmospheric air.It is advantageous if the state of the vegetable material is assessed in at least one growth characteristic. It is of particular advantage in this case if the growth characteristic is the length of the plant fibre and / or the weight of the plant fibre and / or the lignin content of the plant fibre and / or the nutrient content and / or the strength of the plant fibre. It is advantageous to harvest the biomass at a point in time which is most advantageous for further use and the respective purpose of use. With respect to the pulp mixture for further use in paper processing, this is the case when the technically required fiber lengths are reached. The invention is distinguished in that harvesting takes place when the biomass has a fiber length of 0.05 mm to 400 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 200 mm, particularly preferably 1 mm to 100 mm, and very particularly preferably 2 mm to 50 mm.At the same time, by harvesting-while maintaining a preferred fiber length-care is taken to keep the constituent of lignin in the biomass to a minimum. The invention thereby makes it possible to obtain a lignin-free or lignin-poor material. The mixtures available in the prior art all contain lignin, which interferes with the paper production and has to be removed in a complicated, energy- and water-intensive manner with the aid of chemicals. As a result of the daily illumination with artificial light for up to 24 hours, the regulation of temperature, atmospheric humidity and CO 2- content in the air, such a high yield of rapidly and continuously growing plant material arises, so that the plants can already be harvested very youngly and continuously in a rapid sequence. Young grass plants contain no or almost no lignin, especially if the crop is cut before the straw begins to knot. Lignin is formed only at a later growth stage to enhance plant rigidity and enable the ability to grow upright. In the case of wood, the proportion of lignin in the dry weight of the wood can be between 25% and 45%, depending on the type of tree. And only the remaining part of the tree can then be used for pulp production. In the growing conditions for grass customary in the prior art, it is not possible to harvest the grass already before the beginning of knot formation. It has proven advantageous if the breeding takes place in a housing of the plant factory with artificial lighting (PPAL) and / or controlled environment agriculture (CEA) and / or container farm and / or greenhouse and / or in store farm and / or appliance farm / smart garden and / or vertical farm. The term plant factory with artificial lighting (PPAL) denotes a warehouse-like structure with artificial lighting. Frequently, PFALs have thermal insulation up to controlled environmental factors (CEA).Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) refers to the cultivation of plants under control of all environmental factors; for example, light, temperature, humidity and CO 2 are automatically controlled and adjusted. Advantages of this technique are optimum growth conditions, high production efficiency and high plant quality as well as annual biomass production. For container farm, containers such as ship containers are used and equipped with vertical systems. These farm devices are mobile and frequently have controlled environment agriculture technology. Such systems are used, for example, in aeroponic systems for the cultivation of lettuce plants, berries, herbs and leaf vegetables. In addition to PFALs or farm with controlled environmental factors (CEA), greenhouses are also used for vertical cultivation. However, if artificial light and natural light are used, deep plant inventories hardly receive light. This problem can be solved, for example, by vertically rotating planes. In store farms are vertical production units at the point of consumption. They have artificial lighting in such in-store farm, for example, herbs and leaf mice are produced on site in supermarkets or restaurant. An appliance farm or smart indoor garden is a plug-and-play system for the end user; a vertical indoor garden frequently referred to as smart. The goal group of such systems are households and offices. At little expense, the end user can hydroponically culture and harvest herbs, leafy vegetables and small fruit vegetables at home.Vertical Farming Systems describes the arrangement of the plant within a vertically arranged infrastructure. The most important types of systems can be divided into two categories: vertical systems using only artificial light (PPAL) and systems using a mixture of sunlight and artificial light.By growing in a plurality of parallel layers, artificial illumination, regulating further parameters relevant to the growth of the biomass and the closed concept, the consumption of energy and water for heating and watering the greenhouse can be significantly reduced. At the same time, different plants can be cultivated and harvested simultaneously in respectively single-grade layers one above the other or in separated regions. The recovered plant material can also be used for feeding to animals such as cows. Due to the lack of lignin or reduced lignin, this plant material is substantially more common to plant feeding persons than conventionally obtained, later obtained plant material with an increased lignin content. The animals thereby expel considerably less methane, which represents a decisive advantage for the climate balance, since methane has a climate influence about 27 times more harmful than CO 2 itself. In addition, the plant material obtained can be fed, transported and stored directly as fresh feed, in preserved form as silage or else in dried and optionally pressed form as dry matter. In a particular way, the transport of silage, because still provided with a high water content, can be used for feeding in regions with little water for impregnating animals and thus also ensure the production of foods in regions with water shortage.By using a greenhouse, in particular the technical farm technique and the fact that it is a fixed, weather-independent and closed plant, harvesting can be done continuously, i.e. 24 / 7, automatically, in constant quality and specification. It is also advantageous if the cutting of the vegetable material is effected by roll and / or scissors and / or centrifugal cutting. The crop cut can be carried out in a single cut or else in a plurality of cutting stages or cutting heights. The biomass obtained in the preliminary cut or calibration cut can be separated from the actual crop cut by the selection of a suitable device and can be used in a form mentioned in this invention, for example as feed. After harvesting the plant material, it can either be stored directly in a single species or made ready for transport. However, the plant material can also be mixed with another plant material, for example with a different fiber length or a different fiber material of a different plant genus or a different growth phase of the same or a different plant genus. Furthermore, it is provided that water and / or secondary substances such as nutrients are removed from the plant material after harvesting in a single- or multistage process, with the aim of returning these completely or partially to the breeding circuit, so that no unnecessary water and / or nutrient consumption arises and the benefit of a closed system can be fully exploited. Depending on the desired result or end product specification, whether pulp for paper production, pulp as wet or dry feed, pulp as filler for, for example, construction material, pulp as permanent CO 2- storage, for example for final storage on the seabed at at least more than 2,000 m depth, as energy storage for regenerative energy carriers such as wind, water and solar energy for use in a combined heat and power plant or as pulp for producing high-purity technical carbon, for example for graphene production, the pulp itself can be removed in a targeted manner in one of the above-described process steps. It has furthermore proved to be advantageous if homogenization of the cut vegetable material takes place either according to the plant genus of one of the genera Poaceae, Cyperaceae or, in general, monocotyledonous plants and / or according to the desired fiber length if this is selected from 0.05 mm to 400 mm, preferably 0.5 mm to 200 mm, particularly preferably 1 mm to 100 mm, and very particularly preferably 2 mm to 50 mm.It is of particular advantage if the processing of the pulp mixture is subsequently also carried out in such a way that the biomass is subjected to mechanical and / or thermal drying depending on the intended use and the substances obtained in this way from the biomass, such as water and / or nutrients, are fed back to the new growth process. It has also proven advantageous if the illumination with light takes place at 20 to 24 hours per day and / or at 5 to 7 days per week.It is particularly advantageous here if the lignin content of the pulp mixture is 0.01 to 50%, preferably 1 to 30%, particularly preferably 3 to 10%, and very particularly preferably 4 to 5%, or the pulp mixture is lignin-free. This makes the pulp mixture particularly environmentally compatible, avoiding CO 2- and usual for animals, for which reason they emit less methane, which additionally enhances the advantageous climate effect of the invention. The problem underlying the invention is also solved by a method for the industrial recovery of pulp mixes, which comprises the above-mentioned steps: culturing vegetable material in at least one greenhouse, automated harvesting of the vegetable material, homogenization of the cut vegetable material, and processing of the pulp mix.The invention is distinguished in that the breeding is carried out under permanent and / or temporary artificial illumination in 2 to 100, preferably 10 to 80, particularly preferably 20 to 60, and very particularly preferably 40 to 50, parallel layers one above the other. The problem underlying the invention is also solved by the use of the pulp mixture, obtainable by the method described above, as wet and / or dry feed and / or as filler for construction material and / or as permanent CO 2- storage and / or for the final storage of CO 2 on the seabed and / or as energy storage for regenerative energy carriers, preferably wind, water and solar energy and / or for use in a plant for power-heat coupling and / or for the production of high-purity technical carbon, preferably for graphene production.FIG. 1 shows a device for fiber production 1. a substrate carrier 2 serves as a carrier of the substrate 3 with roots. The plant shown in FIG. 1 is grass 7. Prior to the actual crop cut 5, a preliminary cut or calibration cut 4 is carried out. In addition, a renewal cut 8 may be made if necessary. If necessary, the pulp mixture can also be used as feed 9.Exemplary Embodiment:For the method of recovering a pulp mix, a vertical farming system is provided, comprising: a plant storage frame including a plurality of guide members vertically spaced apart from one another, the plant storage frame having at least one open end to allow access into the storage frame. In addition, the system comprises a plurality of plant receiving trays accommodated on a corresponding guide element for receiving a plurality of plants, wherein the plant receiving trays are arranged side by side and substantially in a common plane to define a vertical crop layer, and the plant receiving trays are laterally movable. They extend along the guide elements towards one of the open ends of the storage frame and away from the latter, wherein the plant receiving trays are connected to one another in such a way that the movement of one of the plant receiving trays in the lateral direction can move the remaining plant receiving trays therein. The plant receiving trays are arranged in a lateral direction, and the plant receiving trays are further separable from each other so that each plant receiving tray can be removed from the storage frame through one of the open ends to be independently or simultaneously maintained with the other plant receiving trays. The system has an illumination system which ensures that all plants are supplied with light in such a way that optimum conditions for the recovery of biomass are present. Exposure is preferably carried out for 24 hours for 7 days a week.In the exemplary embodiment shown, plants from the group of the Poaceaare used. Each plant receiving tray comprises a floor and may be divided into a plurality of sections and a plurality of plant containers containing the plants, each section being sized and shaped to removably receive a respective plant container. The system has 45 vertical layers. In addition, the system comprises at least one care unit for the care of plants, a plant receiving tray, a displacement assembly which is arranged locally to the plant storage frame in order to selectively move at least one of the plant receiving trays from or in the plant storage frame to or below one of the at least one care unit. This allows the user or the plant himself to take care of the plants accommodated therein and one of the plant receiving trays and of the at least one care unit to the plant storage frame in order to feed the at least one of the plant receiving trays for storage in a corresponding vertical cultivation layer. In addition, the plant care unit can contain an irrigation or nutrient supply unit for irrigation and for supply of the plants accommodated in the plant receiving tray, a lighting unit, a monitoring unit and a measurement or sensor unit.Due to the continuous and intensive illumination, irrigation and optimum supply of nutrients, the vegetable material can be harvested and further processed after a few hours or days. For this purpose, the vegetable material is harvested by means of roll cutting. The present invention provides a pulp mix and a process for its production which is economically as highly environmentally advantageous and meets modern requirements with respect to CO 2- storage.List of reference numbers:1 Fiber production 2 Substrate carrier 3 Substrate with roots 4 Preliminary cut / calibration cut 5 Crop cut 6 Defined fiber length 7 Grass gem.
