Description

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a connection system for profile elements for forming a skeleton for furniture modules. The present disclosure particularly relates to internal and / or external skeletons for furniture modules that can be mounted in means of transport, such as caravans.

[0002] It is already well known that perforated walls are used in vans and mobile homes to secure objects such as furniture modules. These perforated walls generally have openings into which so-called clips can be inserted and secured. For use in vehicles, it is advantageous for the furniture modules and the associated mounting structure to be lightweight and stable. To achieve this, so-called metal skeletons are often used as the mounting structure for furniture modules, which can be securely connected to the perforated wall.

[0003] The skeleton can be designed as an internal skeleton, an external skeleton, or a combination of both. The internal skeleton forms a self-supporting framework, and the external skeleton forms a stabilizing framework. The combination complements each other to achieve optimal stability.

[0004] As in the Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the skeleton S, such as the exoskeleton, can be attached directly to a perforated wall 1 arranged on a vehicle wall. Clips 3 can be used for this purpose; these clips are inserted into holes 2 in the perforated wall 1 and secured therein. The furniture modules M are attached directly to the skeleton S. This allows the furniture modules M to be designed independently of the wall contour. The furniture modules M and the skeleton S stabilize each other.

[0005] It can be a challenge to adapt skeletons flexibly to a wall geometry, different furniture modules and customer wishes while ensuring stability and low weight.

[0006] It is an object of the present disclosure to provide a connection system for profile elements for forming a frame for furniture modules, as well as a frame with such a connection system, which enables flexible fastening of furniture modules even with different wall geometries. In particular, it is an object of the present disclosure to enable stable assembly of furniture modules with reduced weight.

[0007] This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims.

[0008] According to an independent aspect of the present disclosure, a connection system for profile elements for forming a skeleton for furniture modules is provided. The connection system comprises a disc-shaped base element with a plurality of through-holes; a first fork-shaped fastening element with a first base, a first fork projection, and a second fork projection, wherein the first fork projection and the second fork projection extend from the first base and form a first intermediate space, wherein the first base is connectable to a profile element, wherein the first fork projection comprises a first fastening hole and the second fork projection comprises a second fastening hole, which are opposite one another, and wherein the disc-shaped base element is positionable in the first intermediate space such that the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole, and a first through-hole of the plurality of through-holes are in line;and a first connecting member insertable into the first mounting hole, the second mounting hole, and the first through-hole to connect the disc-shaped base member to the first fork-shaped mounting member;

[0009] In one embodiment, the plurality of through-holes are arranged in an outer peripheral region of the disc-shaped base element. In some embodiments, the plurality of through-holes can be arranged at regular intervals, equidistantly, or at irregular intervals along the circumference of the disc-shaped base element.

[0010] In one embodiment, the disc-shaped base element further comprises a central through-hole arranged in a center of the disc-shaped base element and configured for connection to an end face of another profile element, such that a longitudinal axis of the further profile element is oriented substantially perpendicular to the disc-shaped base element. For example, profile elements that are attached to the through-holes in the outer peripheral region of the disc-shaped base element can extend radially, such that their longitudinal axes are oriented substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the profile element that is attached to the central through-hole.

[0030] In one embodiment, the threads of the connecting element are arranged at opposite ends of the connecting element.

[0031] In one embodiment, the connecting element is rod-shaped.

[0032] In one embodiment, the first end of the first rod element has a hook element that can be hooked into an eyelet of the first perforated wall in order to connect the first rod element to the first perforated wall.

[0033] In one embodiment, the first end of the second rod element has a further hook element which can be hooked into a further eyelet of the second perforated wall in order to connect the second rod element to the second perforated wall.

[0034] In one embodiment, the at least one clamping arrangement comprises two clamping arrangements which are arranged crossing one another in order to connect the first perforated wall and the second perforated wall to one another.

[0035] According to a further independent aspect of the present disclosure, a connection system for profile elements for forming a skeleton for furniture modules is provided. The connection system comprises a base element with multiple sides, wherein a first connection opening is formed on at least one side of the base element; an extension element that is connectable to the base element and a profile element; a first connection element that is connected to the extension element or connectable to the extension element and that is insertable into the first connection opening of the base element to connect the base element to the extension element; and a second connection element that is connected to the extension element or connectable to the extension element and that is further connectable to the profile element to connect the extension element to the profile element.

[0036] In one embodiment, two or more extension elements of the connection system can be connected or are connected to the same base body. For example, two, three, four, five, or six extension elements can be connected or are connected to the same base body simultaneously.

[0037] In one embodiment, at least two sides of the base element have a respective first connection opening. For example, a respective connection opening can be provided on two, three, four, five, or six sides of the base element.

[0038] In one embodiment, a respective extension element can be attached to each of the at least two sides of the base element. In particular, an extension element can be attached to each of the at least two sides of the base element by inserting, for example, screwing, a corresponding first connecting element into the respective first connection opening.

[0039] In one embodiment, the base element has a rectangular shape. In some embodiments, the base element can be a cuboid. For example, the base element can be a cube, i.e., a cuboid with equal-length edges. The cuboid can have six sides, wherein a first connection opening can be provided on at least two sides of the cuboid. In some embodiments, a first connection opening can be provided on each side of the cuboid, so that an extension element can be attached to each side of the base element.

[0040] In one embodiment, the first connection opening of the base element has a thread, in particular an internal thread. The first connecting element can have a thread, in particular an external thread, so that the first connecting element can be screwed into the first connection opening.

[0041] In one embodiment, the extension element has a rectangular shape. In some embodiments, the extension element can be a cuboid. For example, the extension element can be a cube, i.e., a cuboid with equally long edges. This allows one side of the extension element to lie flat against a corresponding side of the base body when the extension element is connected to the base body. This flat contact increases the stability of the connection system.

[0042] In one embodiment, the extension element has a first side that is connected to the first connecting element or can be connected to the first connecting element. Furthermore, the extension element can have a second side that is connected to the second connecting element or can be connected to the second connecting element.

[0043] In one embodiment, the first side and the second side of the extension element are opposite and / or parallel sides of the extension element, such as opposite and / or parallel sides of a cuboid. This allows the base body and the profile element to be attached to opposite sides of the extension element.

[0044] The term "parallel" refers to a substantially parallel alignment, e.g., of surfaces or axes. A deviation of a few degrees, e.g., up to 5° or even up to 10°, from exact parallel alignment is still considered a "substantially parallel alignment." Similarly, the term "perpendicular" refers to a substantially perpendicular alignment, e.g., of surfaces or axes. A deviation of a few degrees, e.g., up to 5° or even up to 10°, from exact perpendicular alignment is still considered a "substantially perpendicular alignment."

[0045] In one embodiment, the extension element has a second connection opening into which the first connection element can be inserted. The second connection opening can be arranged, for example, on the first side of the extension element. Thus, the first connection element can connect the base body and the extension element to each other by inserting the first connection element into both the first connection opening of the base body and the second connection opening of the extension element.

[0046] In some embodiments, the first connecting element can first be inserted (e.g., screwed) into the second connecting opening of the extension element and then into the first connecting opening of the base body in order to connect the base body and the extension element to each other.

[0047] In one embodiment, the first connecting element comprises a bolt and a head arranged at one end of the bolt.

[0048] In one embodiment, the bolt of the first connecting element comprises a thread, in particular an external thread, which can be screwed into the first connecting opening of the base element.

[0049] In one embodiment, the bolt of the first connecting element can be inserted through the second connection opening of the extension element into the first connection opening of the base body. The head can have a larger diameter than the bolt. In particular, a diameter of the bolt can be equal to or smaller than a diameter of the second connection opening, and a diameter of the head can be larger than the diameter of the second connection opening.

[0050] In one embodiment, the second connection opening is a through hole without a thread. For example, the head of the first connecting element can rest on a surrounding area of the second connection opening, so that the first connecting element, in particular the bolt of the first connecting element, protrudes outward from the second connection opening without, however, being able to fall out of the second connection opening.

[0051] In one embodiment, the extension element has a third connection opening into which the second connecting element can be inserted. This allows the extension element to be connected to the profile element by inserting and securing the second connecting element into the third connection opening.

[0052] In one embodiment, the second connection opening and the third connection opening are formed on opposite sides of the extension element. This allows the base body and the profile element to be attached to opposite sides of the extension element.

[0053] In one embodiment, the second connection opening and the third connection opening are connected to each other through the interior of the extension element. In particular, a channel can extend between the second connection opening and the third connection opening within the interior of the extension element.

[0054] In one embodiment, the first connecting element can be inserted into the second connecting opening via the third connecting opening and through the interior of the extension element, so that the first connecting element protrudes outward from the extension element to connect to the first connecting opening of the base body. For example, the head of the first connecting element can rest on a surrounding area of the second connecting opening inside the extension element, so that the first connecting element protrudes outward from the second connecting opening without, however, being able to fall out of the second connecting opening.

[0055] In one embodiment, the connection system further comprises fixing means configured to fix the second connecting element to the extension element. In particular, the fixing means can be configured to fix the second connecting element in the third connection opening after the second connecting element has been inserted into it.

[0056] In one embodiment, the fixing means comprise a fixing screw and a threaded bore into which the fixing screw can be screwed to fix the second connecting element to the extension element. In particular, the fixing screw can be tightened to fix the second connecting element after it has been inserted into the third connection opening.

[0057] In one embodiment, the fixing means, such as the fixing screw and the threaded bore, are arranged on a third side of the extension element, which connects the first side of the connecting element to the second connecting opening and the second side of the connecting element to the third connecting opening.

[0058] In one embodiment, the second connecting element has a recess for engagement with the fixing screw to fix the second connecting element to the extension element. In particular, one end of the fixing screw can protrude into the recess to prevent at least a longitudinal movement of the second connecting element.

[0059] In one embodiment, the recess is an annular groove. The annular groove can be arranged on a circumference of the second connecting element or extend along the circumference of the second connecting element.

[0060] In one embodiment, the second connecting element has a first section and a second section. The first section can be inserted into the third connecting opening of the extension element, and the second section can protrude outward from the third connecting opening of the extension element. The second section can be connectable to the profile element.

[0061] In one embodiment, the second connecting element has an external thread that can be screwed into a channel of the profile element. In particular, the second section of the second connecting element, which protrudes outward from the third connection opening, can have the external thread.

[0062] According to a further independent aspect of the present disclosure, a skeleton for furniture modules is provided. The skeleton comprises a plurality of profile elements; and a plurality of the connection systems described in this document that interconnect the plurality of profile elements to form the skeleton.

[0065] In the following, unless otherwise stated, the same reference symbols are used for identical and equivalent elements.

[0066] Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a profile element. Fig. 4 shows a sectional view of the profile element of the Fig. 3. Fig. 5 shows a sectional view of the profile element and a drill before a drilling operation. Fig. Figure 6 shows a sectional view of the profile element and the drill during the drilling process. Fig. Figure 7 shows a sectional view of the profile element and the drill after the drilling process.

[0067] In some embodiments, the skeleton for furniture modules according to the invention can be formed by profile elements 4, such as metallic profile elements 4. The profile element 4 can have a round or polygonal cross-section, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0068] The profile element 4 can be provided with one or more outer grooves 5 on an outer side. For example, a respective outer groove 5 can be provided on each side of the polygonal profile element 4. The outer grooves 5 can be longitudinal outer grooves 5 and extend along a longitudinal axis LA of the profile element 4. In one embodiment, the outer grooves 5 have a V-shape. The V-shape facilitates drilling transversely to the longitudinal axis LA of the profile element 4, as a drill 6 can be positioned more easily.

[0069] In some embodiments, a continuous channel 7 can be formed in the interior of the profile element 4. The channel 7 can reduce the weight of the profile element 4 without significantly compromising its stability. The channel 7 can have a geometry, in particular a cross-section with a diameter dimension, which allows a thread 8 to be introduced without having to additionally create a threadable channel by drilling.

[0070] A cross-section of the channel 7 can be partially round or have a round partial cross-section 9. The round partial cross-section 9 can facilitate the introduction of the thread 8.

[0071] Additionally or alternatively, the channel 7 can have one or more bulges 10 on an inner side of the channel 7. The bulges 10 can be longitudinal bulges 10 and extend along the longitudinal axis LA of the profile element 4. The bulges 10 can further reduce the weight of the profile element 4 without significantly compromising its stability. Furthermore, the geometry of the bulges 10 can be curved in the longitudinal direction, thereby enabling a favorable force distribution when the profile element 4 is subjected to bending stress.

[0072] Additionally or alternatively, the channel 7 can be provided on its inner side with one or more inner grooves 11. The inner grooves 11 can be longitudinal inner grooves 11 and extend along the longitudinal axis LA of the profile element 4. In one embodiment, the inner grooves 11 have a V-shape. The outer grooves 5 and the inner grooves 11 can extend essentially parallel and / or in the same plane. This can provide the drill 6 with additional guidance when drilling transverse holes, so that the drill 6 exits the profile element 4 centrally to its overall cross-section, as shown in the Fig. 7 is shown.

[0073] The following describes embodiments of the invention that allow profile elements to be connected longitudinally and transversely to form a skeleton that is improved in terms of weight, stability, and handling. The skeleton can be an exoskeleton, an inskeleton, or a combination thereof.

[0074] Fig. 8A-C show various views of the connection system 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 9A and B show different views of the connection system 100 and profile elements 4. Fig. 10 shows different views of the connection system 100 and profile elements 4. Fig. 11A-11F show various further views of the connection system 100 or corresponding connection nodes.

[0075] The connection system 100 comprises a base element 110 having a plurality of sides 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d, 112e, 112f, wherein a first connection opening 114 is formed on at least one side of the base element; an extension element 120 that is connectable to the base element 110 and a profile element 4; a first connection element 130 that is connected to the extension element 120 or connectable to the extension element 120 and that can be inserted into the first connection opening 114 of the base element 110 in order to connect the base element 110 to the extension element 120; and a second connecting element 140 (e.g. a connecting pin) which is connected to the extension element 120 or is connectable to the extension element 120, and which is further connectable to the profile element 4 in order to connect the extension element 120 to the profile element 4.

[0076] In some embodiments, two or more extension elements 120 of the connection system 100 are connectable or connected to the same base body 110. For example, two, three, four, five, or six extension elements 120 can be connected or connected to the same base body 110 at the same time, as shown in the Fig. 9, Fig. 10 and Fig. 11 is shown as an example.

[0077] For this purpose, at least two sides of the base element 110 can have a respective first connection opening 114. For example, a respective connection opening 114 can be provided on two, three, four, five or six sides 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d, 112e, 112f of the base element 110. In particular, as in Fig. 10, a respective extension element 120 can be attached to each side 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d, 112e, 112f of the base element 110 by inserting a corresponding first connecting element 130 into the respective first connecting opening 114.

[0078] In some embodiments, the base element 110 can be a cuboid. For example, the base element 110 can be a cube, i.e., a cuboid with equal-length edges. The cuboid can have six sides 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d, 112e, 112f, wherein a first connection opening 114 can be provided on at least two sides of the cuboid. In some embodiments, a first connection opening 114 can be provided on all sides 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d, 112e, 112f of the cuboid, so that an extension element 120 can be attached to each side 112a, 112b, 112c, 112d, 112e, 112f of the base element 110, as shown in the Fig. 10 is shown.

[0079] Adjacent sides of the base element 110 can be aligned at an angle of 90° to each other. Thus, the longitudinal axes LA of the profile elements 4, which are attached to the adjacent sides of the base element 110 via corresponding extension elements 120, can also be aligned at an angle of 90° to each other.

[0080] The first connection opening 114 of the base element 110 can have a thread 116, in particular an internal thread. In particular, the first connection opening 114 can be a threaded bore. The first connecting element 130 can also have a thread 132, in particular an external thread, so that the first connecting element 130 can be screwed into the first connection opening 114.

[0081] In some embodiments, the extension element 120 can be a cuboid. For example, the extension element 120 can be a cube, i.e., a cuboid with equal-length edges. This allows one side of the extension element to lie flat against a corresponding side of the base body 110 when the extension element 120 is connected to the base body 110. This flat contact increases the stability of the connection system 100.

[0082] The extension element 120 may have a first side 122a that is connected to the first connecting element 130 or connectable to the first connecting element 130. Furthermore, the extension element 120 may have a second side 122b that is connected to the second connecting element 140 or connectable to the second connecting element 140.

[0083] The first side 122a and the second side 122b of the extension element 120 can, in some embodiments, be opposite and / or parallel sides of the extension element 120, such as opposite and / or parallel sides of a cuboid. Thus, the base body 110 and the profile element 4 can be attached to opposite sides 122a, 122b of the extension element 120, as shown in the Fig. 8 to 11 are shown as examples.

[0084] In some embodiments, the extension element 120 has a second connection opening 124 into which the first connection element 130 can be inserted. In one embodiment, the second connection opening 124 is a through hole without a thread. The second connection opening 124 can be arranged, for example, on the first side 122a of the extension element 120. The first connection element 130 can thus connect the base body 110 and the extension element 120 to one another by inserting the first connection element 130 into both the first connection opening 114 of the base body 110 and the second connection opening 124 of the extension element 120. The first connection element 114 can be inserted first into the second connection opening 124 of the extension element 120 and then into the first connection opening 114 of the base body 110 in order to connect the base body 110 and the extension element 120 to one another.

[0085] In some embodiments, the first connecting element 130 may include a bolt and a head disposed at one end of the bolt. The bolt of the first connecting element 130 may include the thread 132 that is screwable into the first connection opening 114 of the base element 110.

[0086] In some embodiments, the bolt of the first connecting element 130 can be inserted through the second connecting opening 124 of the extension element 120 into the first connecting opening 114 of the base body 110, as shown in the Fig. 8 is shown.

[0087] The head of the first connecting element 130 may have a larger diameter than the bolt of the first connecting element 130. In particular, a diameter of the bolt may be equal to or smaller than a diameter of the second connecting opening 124, and a diameter of the head may be larger than the diameter of the second connecting opening 124. Thus, the head of the first connecting element 130 may rest on a surrounding area of the second connecting opening 124, as shown in the Fig. 8, so that the first connecting element 130, in particular the bolt of the first connecting element 130, protrudes outwards from the second connecting opening 124, but without being able to fall out of the second connecting opening 124.

[0088] In some embodiments, the extension element 120 may have a third connection opening 126 into which the second connection element 140 can be inserted. Thus, the extension element 120 can be connected to the profile element 4 by inserting the second connection element 140 into the third connection opening 126 and securing it therein.

[0089] The second connection opening 124 and the third connection opening 126 can be arranged on opposite sides of the extension element 120. This allows the base body 110 and the profile element 4 to be attached to opposite sides of the extension element 120.

[0090] In some embodiments, the second connection opening 124 and the third connection opening 126 are connected to each other through the interior of the extension element 120. In particular, a channel may extend between the second connection opening 124 and the third connection opening 126 within the interior of the extension element 120.

[0091] The first connecting element 130 can be inserted via the third connecting opening 126 and through the interior of the extension element 120 or through the channel from the inside into the second connecting opening 124, so that the first connecting element 130 protrudes outwardly of the extension element 120 in order to be connected to the first connecting opening 114 of the base body 110. For example, the head of the first connecting element 130 can rest on a surrounding area of the second connecting opening 124 inside the extension element 120, so that the first connecting element 130, in particular the bolt, protrudes outwardly from the second connecting opening 124, but without being able to fall out of the second connecting opening 124.For this purpose, a diameter of the second connection opening 124 may be smaller than a diameter of the third connection opening 126, and a diameter of the head of the first connecting element 130 may be equal to or smaller than the diameter of the third connection opening 126 and larger than the diameter of the second connection opening 124.

[0092] In some embodiments, the connection system 100 further comprises fixing means 150 configured to fix the second connecting element 140 to the extension element 120. In particular, the fixing means 150 may be configured to fix the second connecting element 140 in place after the second connecting element 140 has been inserted into the third connection opening 126.

[0093] The fixing means 150 may comprise a fixing screw 152 and a threaded bore 154 into which the fixing screw 152 can be screwed, in order to fix the second connecting element 140 to the extension element 120. In particular, the fixing screw 152 can be tightened or screwed in to fix the second connecting element 140 after it has been inserted into the third connection opening 126.

[0094] The fixing means 150, in particular the threaded bore 154, can be formed on a third side 122c of the extension element 120, which connects the first side 122a of the connecting element 120 to the second connection opening 124 and the second side 122b of the connecting element 120 to the third connection opening 126. The third side 122c can be oriented substantially perpendicular to the first side 122a and the second side 122b.

[0095] In some embodiments, the second connecting element 140 has a recess 142 for engagement with the fixing screw 152 to fix the second connecting element 140 to the extension element 120. In particular, one end of the fixing screw 152 can protrude into the recess 142 to prevent at least longitudinal movement of the second connecting element 140.

[0096] In some embodiments, the recess 142 may comprise or be an annular groove. The annular groove may be arranged on a circumference of the second connecting element 140 or extend along the circumference of the second connecting element 140. The annular groove may, for example, be designed such that the fixing screw 152, in particular a threaded pin with a point, positioned transversely to the second connecting element 140, draws the second connecting element 140 into the third connection opening 126 of the extension element 120 when screwed in and presses the end face of the second connecting element 140 against the head of the first connecting element 130. This creates a stable connection.

[0097] In some embodiments, the second connecting element 140 includes a first portion 144 and a second portion 146. The first portion 144 may be insertable into the third connecting opening 126 of the extension element 120, and the second portion 146 may protrude outwardly from the third connecting opening 126 of the extension element 120.

[0098] The first section 144 of the second connecting element 140 can include the recess 142. The second section 146 of the second connecting element 140 can be connectable to the profile element 4. For example, the second connecting element 140 can have an external thread 148 that can be screwed into a channel 7 of the profile element 4. In particular, the second section 146 of the second connecting element 140, which protrudes outward from the third connection opening 126 of the extension element 120, can have the external thread 148.

[0099] Fig. 12A-C show different views of a joint connection 200 for movably connecting a profile element 4 to a perforated wall.

[0100] The articulated connection 200 can comprise a first element 210 and a second element 220, which are connected to each other by a rotation axis DA. The first element 210 and the second element 220 can, for example, form a hinge. The articulated connection 200 allows, for example, compensation for slopes of a perforated wall and / or a vehicle wall.

[0101] The first element 210 may, in some embodiments, be connected to a clip 3 which can be inserted into a hole in a perforated wall and fixed therein ( Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). The second element 220 can be connected to a profile element 4. For this purpose, the second element 220 can be similar to the extension element of the Fig. 8 to 11, and can in particular comprise the third connection opening, the second connection element and the fixing means.

[0102] Fig. 13A and Fig. 1B show a skeleton S with connection systems 100 according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Fig. 14A and Fig. 14B shows a perforated wall 1, furniture modules M and a skeleton S with the connection systems 100.

[0103] The perforated wall 1 can be used in means of transportation to attach objects, such as furniture modules M of a mobile home. The perforated wall 1 can be used as wall paneling and / or floor and / or ceiling paneling.

[0104] The term "means of transport" typically includes transport vehicles such as trucks, buses, mobile homes, caravans, vans, etc., which are used to transport people, goods, etc. However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the term "means of transport" may also include, for example, ships and / or train wagons.

[0105] Fig. 15 shows a disc-shaped base element 310 of a connection system 300 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 16 shows a connection system 300 according to the further embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 17 shows a connection system 300 and a perforated wall 1 according to the further embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 18A-18E show a connection system 300 according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0106] The connection system 300 comprises a disc-shaped base element 310 or a counter disc with a plurality of through holes 314; a first fork-shaped fastening element 320 with a first base 322, a first fork projection 324 and a second fork projection 326, wherein the first fork projection 324 and the second fork projection 326 extend from the first base 322 and form a first intermediate space, wherein the first base 322 is connectable to a profile element 4, wherein the first fork projection 324 comprises a first fastening hole and the second fork projection 326 comprises a second fastening hole, which are opposite one another, and wherein the disc-shaped base element 310 is positionable in the first intermediate space such that the first fastening hole, the second fastening hole and a first through hole of the plurality of through holes 314 are in line;and a first connecting member 330 insertable into the first mounting hole, the second mounting hole, and the first through-hole to connect the disc-shaped base member 310 to the first fork-shaped mounting member 320;

[0107] The plurality of through holes 314 may be arranged in an outer peripheral region of the disc-shaped base member 310, as shown in the Fig. 15. In some embodiments, the plurality of through-holes 314 may be arranged at regular intervals or equidistantly or at irregular intervals along the circumference of the disc-shaped base member 310.

[0108] In some embodiments, the disc-shaped base element 310 further comprises a central through-hole 316, which is arranged in a center of the disc-shaped base element 310 and is configured for connection to an end face of another profile element 4', such that a longitudinal axis LA' of the another profile element 4' is oriented substantially perpendicular to the disc-shaped base element 310. For example, profile elements 4 that are fastened to the through-holes 314 in the outer peripheral region of the disc-shaped base element 310 can extend radially, such that their longitudinal axes LA are oriented substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis LA' of the profile element 4' that is fastened to the central through-hole 316.

[0109] The disc-shaped base element 310 includes a top surface 312a, a bottom surface 312b, and a side surface 312c connecting the top surface 312a and the bottom surface 312a. The plurality of through holes 314 can extend between the top surface 312a and the bottom surface 312b of the disc-shaped base element.

[0110] As in the example of Fig. 16, a first portion of the side surface 312c, which is opposite the first through-hole of the plurality of through-holes 314, can be configured for abutment against the first base 322 of the fork-shaped first fastening element 320 in order to fix the fork-shaped first fastening element 320 and thus the profile element 4 connected thereto in a predetermined (e.g. radial) position or orientation.

[0111] In particular, the side surface 312c may comprise a plurality of such sections, each section of the plurality of sections being opposite a corresponding through-hole of the plurality of through-holes 314 ( Fig. 15 and Fig. 16). Each section of the plurality of sections may be configured to abut against a base of a corresponding fastening element to fix the fastening element and thus the associated profile element 4 in a predetermined (e.g., radial) position or orientation.

[0112] In some embodiments, the first portion of the side surface 312c opposite the first through-hole of the plurality of through-holes 314 is planar. In particular, each portion of the plurality of portions may be planar. Furthermore, the first base 322 of the first fork-shaped fastening element 320 may include a stop portion 328 configured to abut against the portion of the side surface 312c of the disc-shaped base element 310.

[0113] The stop portion 328 of the first base 322 can be flat. Thus, the flat stop portion 328 of the first base 322 and the flat portion of the side surface 312c of the disc-shaped base element 310 can abut one another flatly or in a form-fitting manner, so that the fastening element 320 and thus the profile element connected thereto are aligned in a specific direction.

[0114] In some embodiments, the first connecting element 330 is a screw. The first and second fork projections 324, 326 and the projection 329 with the external thread may be arranged on opposite sides of the first base 322.

[0116] In some embodiments, the connection system 300 further comprises a clip 3 that can be inserted into a hole 2 of a hole wall 1 and fixed therein, wherein the clip 3 comprises a second fork-shaped fastening element 320' with a second base, a third fork projection and a fourth fork projection, wherein the third fork projection and the fourth fork projection extend from the second base and form a second intermediate space, wherein the third fork projection comprises a third fastening hole and the fourth fork projection comprises a fourth fastening hole, which are opposite one another, and wherein the disc-shaped base element 310 is positionable in the second intermediate space such that the third fastening hole, the fourth fastening hole and a second through-hole of the plurality of through-holes of the disc-shaped base element 310 are in line.

[0117] The previously described first fork-shaped fastening element 320 and the second fork-shaped fastening element 320' may be similar or at least partially identical.

[0118] In some embodiments, the connection system 300 further comprises a second connecting element insertable into the third mounting hole, the fourth mounting hole, and the second through-hole to connect the disc-shaped base element 310 to the second fork-shaped fastening element 320'.

[0119] The second connecting element can be a screw. For example, the third mounting hole and the second through-hole are unthreaded holes, and the fourth mounting hole has a thread into which the second connecting element can be screwed. Alternatively, the fourth mounting hole and the second through-hole can be unthreaded holes, and the third mounting hole can have a thread into which the second connecting element can be screwed.

[0120] Referring to the Fig. 18B to 18E, the disc-shaped base element 310 can be used as a solid disc ( Fig. 18B) or as a partial disc ( Fig. 18C, Fig. 18D and Fig. 18E). In some embodiments, the partial disc may be a half disc ( Fig. 18C and Fig. 18E) or a quarter-slice ( Fig. 18D). However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and it is conceivable to provide other partial discs, such as a three-quarter disc. The use of partial discs enables simple bracing of the inner skeleton and / or outer skeleton with high stability.

[0121] Fig. 19 shows a joint of the connection system according to the further embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 20 shows a joint of the connection system according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0122] The fork-shaped fastening element 320 of the connection system 300 can be connected to the disc-shaped base element 310, as shown in the Fig. 15 to 18. The fork-shaped fastening element 320 of the connection system 300 can also be used for other connections, such as a joint connection with a joint fastening element 340.

[0123] In some embodiments, the fork-shaped fastening element 320 can be connected or connected to a first profile element, and the joint fastening element 340 can be connected to a second profile element. For this purpose, the joint fastening element 340 can comprise a projection 342 with an external thread that can be screwed into the channel of the first profile element.

[0124] By connecting the fork-shaped fastening element 320 with the joint fastening element 340, the first profile element and the second profile element can be connected to each other in an articulated manner, as shown in the Fig. 20. To this end, the hinged fastening element 340 can comprise a hinge element 344 that can be inserted into the space between the fork projections of the fork-shaped fastening element 320. The hinge element 344 has a through-hole 346 that is aligned with the mounting holes of the fork projections of the fork-shaped fastening element 320 when the hinge element 344 is inserted into the space between the fork projections of the fork-shaped fastening element 320. A connecting element 350 can be inserted into the mounting holes of the fork projections and the through-hole 346 of the hinge element 344 to connect the fork-shaped fastening element 320 to the hinged fastening element 340.

[0125] The fork-shaped fastening element 320 and the joint fastening element 340 enable the first profile element and the second profile element to be freely aligned with each other and fixed by the connecting element 350.

[0126] Fig. 21A and Fig. 21B show a skeleton S with connection systems 300 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 22 shows a perforated wall 1, furniture modules M and a skeleton S with connection systems 300 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0127] The perforated wall 1 can be used in means of transportation to attach objects, such as furniture modules M of a mobile home. The perforated wall 1 can be used as wall paneling and / or floor and / or ceiling paneling.

[0128] In the following, with reference to the Fig. 23 to 31 different mounting systems are described, which can be combined with the previously described connection systems to attach furniture modules to the skeleton.

[0129] Fig. 23A and Fig. 23B show a mounting system 400 according to embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0130] The mounting system 400 can be used for closed furniture modules M, such as cooling modules, refrigerator cabinets, kitchen modules, sinks with cooking areas, wall cabinets, shelves, etc.

[0131] The mounting system 400 comprises a first holding element 410 and a second holding element 420, which sandwich and thus hold the profile element 4. For example, the first holding element 410 and the second holding element 420 can be screwed together to clamp and hold the profile element 4 therebetween.

[0132] Fig. 24, Fig. 25, Fig. 26A and Fig. 26B show a mounting system 500 according to further embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0133] The 500 mounting system can be used for flat furniture modules M, such as paneling, worktops, etc.

[0134] The mounting system 500 comprises, or is, a bracket element 510 configured to at least partially enclose the profile element 4. The bracket element 510 may have through holes 512 at its ends, into which connecting elements such as screws can be inserted to screw the bracket element 510 to a furniture module M. The through holes 512 may have a thread 514 and / or a countersink 516 on the top side of the bracket element 510.

[0135] Fig. 27, Fig. 28A, Fig. 28B, Fig. 29, Fig. 30 and Fig. 31 show a mounting system 600 according to further embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0136] The 600 mounting system can be used for a corner connection of flat furniture modules M, such as paneling, worktops, etc.

[0137] The mounting system 600 comprises a stepped mounting element 610 with a first section 612 and a second section 614. The first section 612 and the second section 614 can be arranged offset from one another. For example, the first section 612 and the second section 614 can each be cuboid-shaped and connected to one another at an edge region, so that a receiving space 616 for a profile element 4 is created between two sides of the cuboid.

[0138] The first portion 612 may include a first through-hole 620, and the second portion 614 may include a second through-hole 622. The through-holes 620 and 622 may each have a thread and / or a counterbore on the top of the respective portion 612, 614. In some embodiments, the longitudinal axes of the through-holes 620 and 622 may be aligned substantially perpendicular to each other.

[0139] The support element 610 can be fastened to one or more furniture modules M by means of suitable connecting elements such as screws, for example threaded screws 626 and / or wood screws 628. The connecting elements can be inserted or screwed into the through holes 620 and 622 from each side, as shown in the Fig. 29 to 31 as an example. The dimensions of the receiving space 616 can be minimally smaller than the outer dimensions of the profile element 4, so that when the connecting elements are tightened, the profile element 4 is clamped to the flat cladding and thus firmly secured.

[0140] Fig. 32 and Fig. 33 show a skeleton with connection systems according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 35 and Fig. 35 show detailed views of the connection system of the Fig. 32 and Fig. 33.

[0141] The connection system is intended for connecting opposing perforated walls 1 to form a skeleton for furniture modules. The opposing perforated walls 1 can be arranged substantially parallel, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0142] In some embodiments, at least one profile element 4 can be arranged between the opposing perforated walls 1 to define and maintain a distance between the perforated walls 1. In other words, the at least one profile element 4 can serve as a spacer. The connection system can be used to tension and thus fix the perforated walls 1.

[0143] The connection system comprises at least one clamping arrangement comprising a first rod element 631, a second rod element 632, and a connecting element 630 for the first rod element 631 and the second rod element 632. A first end of the first rod element 631 is connectable to a first perforated wall, and a second end of the first rod element 631 opposite the first end is connectable to the connecting element 630. A second end of the second rod element 632 is connectable to a second perforated wall opposite the first perforated wall, and a second end of the second rod element 632 opposite the first end is connectable to the connecting element 630.

[0144] A first thread is arranged at the second end of the first rod element 631, and a second thread is arranged at the second end of the second rod element 632. The first thread and the second thread have opposite thread directions and can be screwed into corresponding threads of the connecting element 630 in order to connect the respective rod element 631, 632 to the connecting element 630.

[0145] When the elements are twisted in opposite thread directions, the rod elements or connecting rods tighten or relax. This tensioning device allows the skeleton to be aligned and stabilized. This ensures the long-term stability of the delicate structure.

[0146] The first thread of the first rod element 631 can be a left-hand thread that can be screwed to a left-hand thread of the connecting element 630, and the second thread of the second rod element 632 can be a right-hand thread that can be screwed to a right-hand thread of the connecting element 630. Alternatively, the first thread of the first rod element 631 can be a right-hand thread that can be screwed to a right-hand thread of the connecting element 630, and the second thread of the second rod element 632 can be a left-hand thread that can be screwed to a left-hand thread of the connecting element 630.

[0147] The threads of the connecting element 630 can be arranged at opposite ends of the connecting element 630, which can be rod-shaped, for example.

[0148] Optionally, locknuts 633 can be provided to secure the screw connection of the threads. For example, a first locknut can be screwed onto the second end of the first rod element 631 and abut against the connecting element 630 or rotated to secure the screw connection of the first rod element 631 to the connecting element 630. Additionally or alternatively, a second locknut can be screwed onto the second end of the second rod element 632 and abut against the connecting element 630 or rotated to secure the screw connection of the second rod element 632 to the connecting element 630.

[0149] The first end of the first rod element 631 can have a hook element (or a hook) that can be inserted or hooked into an eyelet 629 of the first perforated wall in order to connect the first rod element 631 to the first perforated wall. Additionally or alternatively, the first end of the second rod element 632 can have a (further) hook element (or a further hook) that can be inserted or hooked into a (further) eyelet 629 of the second perforated wall in order to connect the second rod element 632 to the second perforated wall. Optionally, the hook elements can be fastened in the eyelets by fastening means, such as nuts.

[0150] In some embodiments, two clamping assemblies arranged in an intersecting manner can be provided to connect the first hole wall and the second hole wall. The intersection angle of the two clamping assemblies is greater than zero. For example, the intersection angle can be greater than 40°, greater than 50°, or greater than 60°, and in particular can be approximately 90°.

[0151] The embodiments of the present disclosure, in particular the skeletal system according to the invention, have at least some of the following advantages: - The furniture modules can be inserted into an exoskeleton, independent of the curvature of a wall, for example, in a mobile home. This allows for standardization of the furniture modules. The exoskeleton can be primarily tailored to the furniture modules. - The furniture modules can be manufactured with minimal weight. Any reduction in stability resulting from this reduction in weight is compensated for by the exoskeleton. - The skeleton is formed by coordinated structures of profile elements, connection systems and support systems, which enables an optimal ratio of stability to weight. - With just a few basic elements it is possible to create complex structures. - First, a technology can be installed in the exoskeleton, and then cladding can be attached to the exoskeleton, which simplifies assembly.
