Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a partition device for the interior of a motor vehicle and to a motor vehicle with such a partition device. The interiors of motor vehicles typically include one or more compartments for storing items. A compartment divider comprising a trunk cover is also known; this cover can be movable, for example, removable, and can be stored within the vehicle's interior, for instance. Such a trunk cover is disclosed, for example, in a 2020 Skoda Octavia (see, for example, the Skoda Octavia digital owner's manual dated July 20, 2020, chapter: Storage compartments and interior fittings, retractable luggage compartment cover, removal and insertion, https: / / digitalmanual.skodaauto.com / w / de_DE / show / 7fdfb758d05a2e81627267f987989a3f_2_de_DE?ct=1efe865655219b85ac1445251bd57c94_2_de_DE). German patent application DE 10 2012 009 675 A1 discloses an arrangement of a pivotally mounted flap on an instrument panel. German patent application DE 10 2012 208 275 A1 discloses a holding device for at least one bottle or cup container in a vehicle interior. German patent application DE 10 2012 208 909 A1 discloses a device for holding a tablet computer in a vehicle. German patent application DE 10 2011 115 373 B4 discloses a holding device with a cover for a vehicle interior. German patent application DE 10 2008 005 642 A1 describes a console for the interior of a motor vehicle. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide an improved partition device for an interior space for accommodating a trunk cover. This task is solved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Advantageous further developments are specified in the dependent claims. According to one aspect, a partition device is provided for the interior of a motor vehicle. The partition device comprises an interior paneling element, which is arranged in the interior of a motor vehicle, and a partition element. The separating element is designed to be joined with the interior trim element in order to partially separate a space in the interior of the motor vehicle when assembled, and the separating element includes a movable locking element designed to release the separated space in a first position in order to provide a receiving space for the interior trim element for a first movable space cover in the separated space of the motor vehicle, and to close the separated space in a second position. The space partition device initially comprises an interior trim element that is arranged in the interior of a motor vehicle, and a corresponding partition element that can interact with the interior trim element. The partition device serves in particular to open or close off a space within the interior of a motor vehicle as needed. Specifically, a portion of a first movable compartment cover can be accommodated in the space, and, if it is not, the space can be sealed against dust and external influences to prevent or avoid damage to the interior, especially to the interior trim element and / or the first movable compartment cover. The separating element is designed to be joined with the interior trim element in order to partially separate a space in the interior of the motor vehicle when installed. An interior trim element is a component located in the interior of a motor vehicle, providing a cover for, for example, a body panel. Specifically, an interior trim element is a fender or wheel arch liner, which is often found in the trunk or a rear section of the vehicle. The partition element can be mounted on and removed from the interior cladding element, particularly with a single movement. The partition element is designed to be removed in order to accommodate part of the first movable room cover within the room, or to accommodate it in a recess or receptacle provided on the interior cladding element, and then remounted to fix or secure the first movable room cover in the recess, as will be described later. The separating element includes a movable locking element which is designed to release the separated space in a first position in order to provide a receiving space for the interior trim element for the first movable space cover in the separated space of the motor vehicle and to close the separated space in a second position. The movable locking element can, for example, be designed as a flat element, in particular as a flap, and be movable back and forth between the first and second positions, in particular pivotable, in particular by a handle, in particular with a single hand. The movable locking element can be moved continuously between the first and second positions. According to the invention, the first movable compartment cover is encompassed by the compartment divider and is designed as a trunk cover. The compartment cover can, for example, also be a blind and / or a roller extension and, in particular, can be arranged in a first mounted state on or near the rear seat and, in a second disassembled state, stowed in the trunk. In particular, the first movable space cover is wider than the normal interior of the trunk, and the space separated by the partition element can accommodate part of this first movable space cover. In particular, on both sides, especially at the rear end of the trunk, such a partition device or a space that can be separated by a partition element is provided on both the left and right sides, in which a part of the first movable space cover can be accommodated when the partition element is removed. If the first movable space cover is not included in the recess or the separable space, the movable locking element closes the recess or the separable space, in particular tightly, for example waterproof and / or dustproof, as will be described further below. The room divider, together with a stationary interior cladding element and the movable or removable divider element, thus forms a system that enables or provides these two functions. The room partitioning device according to the invention makes it possible to open and close a room as needed and prevents damage to the first movable room cover and / or the partitionable room. According to further training, the movable locking element is pre-tensioned into the second position. In this context, "pre-tensioned" means that the movable locking element moves into the second position and / or remains there without external force and, in particular, can only be moved from the second position to the first position by an external force, such as a handle. This advanced training enables the separable space to be closed particularly securely, thus preventing damage to the first movable space cover and / or the separable space in a particularly effective way. According to further training, the movable locking element is pre-tensioned into the second position by means of a spring. The spring can be designed in particular as a torsion spring and pre-tension the movable locking element through the spring tension. This training makes it possible to close off the separable space in a particularly simple and space-saving way. According to further training, the first position is essentially perpendicular to the second position. In particular, the movable locking element is designed as a flat surface, and the plane of the movable locking element can be moved or pivoted by essentially 90°. The first position is designed to be essentially parallel to an underbody, trunk floor, and / or a road surface, and the second position is designed to be essentially perpendicular to it. This advanced training makes it possible to move the movable locking element from the second to the first position particularly easily, especially with a simple hand movement. According to a further development, the movable locking element is designed to cooperate in the second position with a sealing element of the inner lining element that is at least partially circumferential, in order to close the separated space. The interior lining element has a sealing element that extends at least partially around the recess and with which the movable locking element interacts in the second position to securely close the separated space. In particular, the sealing element is arranged in the second position along at least one, two and especially three sides of the movable locking element. This further development ensures that the movable locking element cannot be moved into the first position against the preload, even with a single movement, when the separating element is in the assembled state. This enables a particularly tight seal of the receptacle. According to a further development, the movable locking element is designed to interact with a retaining element of the inner trim element in the first position in order to hold the movable locking element in the first position. The retaining element can be designed, in particular, as a projection, lip, and / or ridge that extends, for example, along the receptacle or at least partially along it. In particular, the retaining element can be located on the upper surface of the receptacle. The retaining element acts in particular against the preload or spring force and holds the movable locking element in the first position. For this purpose, the movable locking element can be held in the first position, particularly during the assembly or arrangement of the separating element on the inner panel element, and attached to the inner panel element, whereby the movable locking element is then held in the first position by the retaining element. In particular, the movable locking element is held in the first position by the retaining element without any play. This advanced training enables the movable locking element to be securely fastened in the first position. In particular, it prevents the movable locking element from loosening due to vibrations, such as those occurring during vehicle operation, or from generating or absorbing such vibrations itself. According to further training, the separating element is designed to form a flat surface with a second movable space cover of the motor vehicle when assembled. The second movable cover can be designed, in particular, as a floor cover or base plate in the trunk. For this purpose, the second movable cover can be raised and / or lowered. Specifically, the first movable cover can be mounted or positioned beneath the second movable cover. The partition element has a cover element that covers or closes the partitionable space from above. When the partition element is installed, this cover element can extend along the second movable space cover, forming a flat surface with the movable locking element in either the first or second position. This further training makes it possible to stow the first movable space cover particularly well and to create a large storage space in the vehicle, for example in the trunk. According to further training, the separating element includes a fastening element designed to attach the separating element to the interior trim element in the assembled state. The fastening element serves for the temporary and / or, in particular by means of a handle, releasable fastening of the separating element to the inner trim element. For this purpose, one or more projections, locking lugs, locking hooks and / or recesses may be provided, which engage and / or interact with one or more corresponding elements on the inner trim element to enable a releasable fastening. This advanced training enables a particularly secure fastening of the separating element. According to another aspect, a motor vehicle is provided comprising a partition device according to one of the preceding claims. The motor vehicle according to the invention is preferably designed as a motor vehicle, in particular as a passenger car or truck, or as a passenger bus or motorcycle. The invention also includes combinations of the features of the described embodiments. The invention therefore also includes realizations that each exhibit a combination of the features of several of the described embodiments, provided that the embodiments have not been described as mutually exclusive. The following are exemplary embodiments of the invention. Figure 1a shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a partition element in a first position; Figure 1b shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a partition element in a second position; Figure 2 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a room partition device with a partition element from Figure 1a; Figure 3 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a room partition device with a partition element from Figure 1b; Figure 4 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a room partition device with a partition element from Figure 1a. The exemplary embodiments described below are preferred embodiments of the invention. In these exemplary embodiments, the described components each represent individual features of the invention, which can be considered independently of one another and each further develops the invention independently. Therefore, the disclosure is intended to include combinations of features of the embodiments other than those shown. Furthermore, the described embodiments can also be supplemented by further features of the invention already described. In the figures, identical reference symbols denote functionally equivalent elements. Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a separating element 100 in a first position, and Fig. 1b shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a separating element 100 in a second position. In both Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b, the separating element 100 is shown from below in perspective. The separating element 100 is designed to be joined with an interior paneling element 200, which is not shown here and is located in the interior of a motor vehicle, which is also not shown, in order to partially separate a space in the interior of the motor vehicle when assembled. The separating element 100 has a movable locking element 120, which is designed to release the separated space in a first position shown in Fig. 1a in order to provide a receiving space for the interior trim element for a first movable space cover (not shown here) in the separated space of the motor vehicle, and to close the separated space in a second position shown in Fig. 1b. Figures 1a and 1b show that the separating element 100 has a substantially planar cover element 110 and a locking element 120, which is also planar and arranged movably, in particular pivotably, to it. The movable locking element 120 has a substantially identical shape and / or contour to the receptacle (not shown here) or to the first movable space cover to be accommodated therein. The movable locking element 120 is pre-tensioned into the second position, as shown here by means of a spring 121 which runs along an axis 122 and is shown by way of example as a torsion spring. In the first position shown in Fig. 1a, the movable locking element 120 runs essentially parallel to the surface of the cover element 110, and in the second position shown in Fig. 1b, it runs essentially perpendicular to the surface of the cover element 110. The first and second positions are thus essentially perpendicular to each other or offset by 90° to each other. The separating element 100 also has several fastening elements, one of which, for example, is a fastening element 111 in the form of a snap hook with a reference numeral, and is designed to fasten the separating element 100 to the inner lining element 200 in the assembled state, in this case by snap engagement. Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a room divider 10 with a divider element 100 from Fig. 1a, i.e. in the first position, in the assembled state. The figure shows how the separating element 100 is joined with the interior trim element 200, which is arranged in an interior 1000 of a motor vehicle, in order to partially separate a space 1010 in the interior 1000 of the motor vehicle when assembled. The interior shown here is in particular part of the trunk, and the interior trim element forms a lateral boundary of the interior and covers a rear fender or wheel arch. As shown in Fig. 2, the movable locking element 120 is designed, in the first position shown here, to cooperate with a retaining element 220, which can be exemplified as a projection of the inner lining element 200, in order to hold the movable locking element 120 in the first position, against the preload of the spring. The cover element separates or closes off space 1010 from above when installed. The movable locking element 120 provides lateral access to the recess or space 1010, as it is in the first position. As can also be seen in this Fig. 2, the opening or the receptacle that opens the space 1010 has a shape corresponding to the movable closing element 120 shown in particular in Fig. 1b, or vice versa. Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a room divider 10 with a divider element 100 from Fig. 1b, i.e. in the second position, in which the room 1010 is closed by the movable closure element 120. As can be seen in particular in this Fig. 3, the movable locking element 120 in this second position works together with a sealing element 210 of the inner lining element 200, which here is shown by way of example on three sides, in order to completely close the separated space 1010. Also shown in this Fig. 3 is a second movable space cover 1200, shown here by way of example as a trunk floor, which can be adjusted in height, as will be explained in connection with Fig. 4. Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of an embodiment of a room divider 10 with a divider element 100 from Fig. 1a, i.e. in the first position. The second movable room cover 1200 and the separating element 100 are shown partially transparent. As can be seen in Fig. 4, a first movable compartment cover 1100, shown here as an example of a trunk cover, is partially received and attached in the compartment 1010. The second movable compartment cover 1200 is arranged above it and forms a flat surface with the separating element 100 or the cover element 110. Overall, the examples show how a storage tray can be provided in a trunk side panel with demand-oriented coverage of underlying contours in conjunction with load floors with variable height.
