[0002] Such pendulum hoes are already known and in use in a variety of forms and designs. For example, US Patent 4,377,212 A discloses a pendulum hoe consisting of an elongated handle with a vertically inverted U-shaped support frame attached to its lower end. A second, upright, vertically arranged U-shaped shovel frame with a shovel section is pivotally attached to the support frame. This shovel section is pulled back and forth through the soil being worked, and its movement is limited by a rod element located between the side arms of the frames.
