Description

STATE OF THE ART

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a last which is used for the manufacture of a shoe.

[0002] Previously, a technology for manufacturing custom-made shoes according to the foot shape and requirements (such as fit, cushioning properties or the like) of each individual customer has been proposed (see, for example, patent specification 1 described below).

[0003] Patent Specification 1 discloses a technology for changing the shape of a last used to form an upper according to the shape of each customer's foot in order to manufacture custom-made shoes. In Patent Specification 1, the last is specifically comprised of a common part whose shape and position are fixed, and a first and a second variable part whose shapes are fixed and whose positions are variable. In the last, a toe section and a section extending from a midfoot to a heel section are part of the common part, with each section corresponding to a first toe tip and a fifth toe tip being a first position-changing part, and an instep section being a second position-changing part. The second position-changing part is configured such that an angle relative to the common part is variable.

[0004] Patent 1 describes how a transverse dimension of the last's midfoot is modified by changing the distance between the first positioning elements of a left and right pair using a positioning adjustment mechanism. The height of the last's midfoot is changed by moving the second positioning element up and down using the positioning adjustment mechanism. Furthermore, the shape of the last's instep is modified by changing the angle of the second positioning element relative to the common element using the positioning adjustment mechanism. Patent 1 thus adapts the last to each customer's foot shape by modifying the transverse dimension, the midfoot height, and the instep shape as described above. BIBLIOGRAPHY PATENT PAPER

[0005] PATENT ISSUE 1: Japanese patent application no. 2021-171321 SUMMARY

[0006] The last described above, however, has the problem that the structure of the position adjustment mechanism, which sets the positions of the first and second adjustment sections, is complex, and its manufacture is time-consuming and labor-intensive, resulting in significantly higher production costs compared to a standard last. While the width and instep height around the midfoot can be adjusted with the last described above, the width of any longitudinal section of the last and its shape cannot be adjusted. Therefore, in some cases, the last cannot be adapted to every customer's foot shape or meet every customer's requirements.Furthermore, in the strip described above, one dimension is increased by moving a corresponding position-change section away from the common section, creating a gap between the common section and the position-change section. In the strip described above, this gap is filled by inserting a plate element into the gap, but even when the gap is filled with the plate element, a step is created in the outer surface feature of the strip, and there is a possibility that the formation of this step will interfere with the forming of a shaft.

[0007] In view of the foregoing, the present disclosure was developed, and it is therefore an objective of the present disclosure to provide, in a simple and cost-effective manner, a last which conforms to the foot shape and requirements of every customer.

[0008] To achieve the above-described objective, according to one aspect of the present disclosure, a last for forming a shoe upper is provided, wherein the last comprises a last body with an outer surface shape corresponding to a predetermined standard foot model, and wherein the last comprises an additional part which changes the outer surface shape of the last by attaching the additional part to the last body into a shape different from the shape of the standard foot model.

[0009] The term "the specified standard foot model" here refers to a relatively small foot model selected from various foot models (different foot models that differ in size (foot length), width (foot width), and / or circumference (foot circumference)) assumed for each shoe size (e.g., in 1 cm increments). For example, if four sizes—25 cm, 25.25 cm, 25.5 cm, and 25.75 cm—are assumed to be distinct for a size of 25 cm, and ten types—A, B, C, D, E, 2E, 3E, 4E, F, and G—are assumed to have different widths and circumferences, then a foot model selected from 40 types of foot models, whose outer surface shape can be modified by attaching an additional part, and which is relatively small, i.e.,For example, a foot model measuring 25 cm in length with a width and circumference of type A (a foot model in the smallest size with the smallest width and circumference) can be used as the standard 25 cm foot model. It should be noted that a foot model in the smallest size with the smallest width and circumference (a foot model measuring 25 cm and of type A) is preferable as the standard foot model, but the standard foot model is not limited to this. A relatively small foot model whose outer surface shape can be modified by attaching an additional part can be selected from various foot models assumed for each shoe size and used as the standard foot model. It should be noted that the outer surface shape, which corresponds to a given standard foot model, does not only include a case in which the outer surface shape of the last body is identical to that of the given standard foot model, but also a case in which an outer surface shape, which has been deformed by changing a size, a width and other dimensions, is defined as the outer surface shape of the last body to improve the functions of shoes, such as the fit or similar, using the given standard foot model as a reference.

[0010] According to the last described in the first aspect, the outer surface shape of the last can be modified from that of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part to the last body, where the last body has the outer surface shape corresponding to a given standard foot model. The last configuration described above makes it possible to configure a single last body to accommodate different foot models for each shoe size, rather than producing a number of lasts corresponding to the number of foot models. This is achieved simply by producing the last body, which corresponds to the standard foot model, and by producing additional parts of various types.Compared to a scenario where lasts are produced in the same number as the various foot models assumed for each shoe size, the time, labor, production costs, and storage space required for last manufacturing can be significantly reduced. Therefore, according to the first aspect, a last can be provided easily and cost-effectively according to each customer's foot shape and request.

[0011] According to a second aspect, the additional part from the first aspect has an adjoining surface which extends along an outer surface of the last body and the additional part is designed to change the outer surface shape of the last from one shape of the standard foot model to another shape by attaching the additional part to the last body in a state in which the adjoining surface is in contact with the outer surface of the last body.

[0012] In the second aspect, the add-on part modifies the outer surface shape of the strip by being attached so that it rests against the outer surface of the strip body. The add-on part allows for easy modification of the strip's outer surface shape. Furthermore, the add-on part has a contact surface that extends along the outer surface of the strip body, enabling it to be easily positioned at a predetermined attachment point by connecting the contact surface and the outer surface of the strip body.

[0013] According to a third aspect, the additional part of the second aspect is designed in such a way that a size, a width, a span and / or a height of an arch part of the last differs from the standard foot model.

[0014] According to the third aspect, the size, width, span and / or height of the arched part of the molding can be easily changed by simply attaching the additional part to the specified attachment position on the outer surface of the molding body.

[0015] According to a fourth aspect, the additional part of the second aspect is designed to have a thickness that tapers towards an outer edge.

[0016] According to the fourth aspect, by shaping the add-on part, whose thickness decreases towards its outer edge, the outer surface of the last body and the surface of the add-on part can be designed to be smooth and continuous (without steps) when the add-on part is attached in a state where it rests against the outer surface of the last body. Accordingly, according to the fourth aspect, a last can be provided which has a smooth outer surface shape without steps and closely resembles a human foot model.

[0017] According to a fifth aspect, the additional part of the second to fourth aspects is formed by a 3D printer.

[0018] According to the fifth aspect, the add-on part is formed by a 3D printer, so that the add-on part with a complex shape can be formed simply and precisely.

[0019] According to a sixth aspect, the last body from the first aspect is formed from a first element on a medial side and from a second element on a lateral side, and the add-on part is configured to change the outer surface shape of the last to a shape with a greater width than that of the standard foot model by attaching the add-on part to the first element and the second element in a state in which the add-on part is positioned between the first element and the second element.

[0020] According to the sixth aspect, the last body is formed from two elements: the first element on the medial side and the second element on the lateral side. The additional part is attached in such a way that it is positioned between these two elements of the last body, thus modifying the outer surface shape of the last to a shape with a greater width than that of the standard foot model from front to back. According to the additional part described above, the outer surface shape of the last can be easily modified to a shape with a greater width than that of the standard foot model from front to back. Furthermore, the two-element configuration of the last body allows for easy mounting of the additional part, thus facilitating a simple modification of the last's outer surface shape. ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION

[0021] As described above, according to the present disclosure it is possible to offer a last simply and cost-effectively according to the foot shape and wishes of each customer. [0022] Embodiments of the present disclosure are explained in detail with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments serve only for illustration and are not intended to limit the scope or use of the present disclosure. <<Erste Ausführungsform> >

[0023] Fig. 1 and Fig. Figure 2 is a perspective view and a perspective exploded view, respectively, depicting a strip L for a left foot of strips L according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. Since the strip L for the right foot is symmetrical to the strip L for the left foot, the description of the strip L for the right foot is omitted, and only the one shown in Figure 2 is described below. Fig. 1 and Fig. The two depicted indentations L for the left foot are described. In the following description, the terms "anterior" and "posterior" represent a positional relationship along the longitudinal axis of the foot; and the terms "medial side" and "lateral side" represent a positional relationship along the transverse axis of the foot. Furthermore, in the following description, parts of the indentation L corresponding to a forefoot, midfoot, and hindfoot of a person's foot are referred to as forefoot F, midfoot M, and hindfoot H.

[0024] As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the strip L comprises a strip body 10 and an additional part 20, which is attached to the strip body 10. [Groin body]

[0025] The last body 10 is configured to have an outer surface shape corresponding to a predefined standard foot model. The predefined standard foot model refers to a relatively small foot model selected from various foot models (different foot models that differ in size (foot length), width (foot width), and / or circumference (foot circumference)), which are assumed for each shoe size (e.g., in 1 cm increments). In the first embodiment, the last body 10 is designed to have an outer surface shape corresponding to a standard foot model with a size of 25 cm.In particular, in the first embodiment, two types, namely 25 cm and 25.5 cm, are assumed to be types with different sizes for the size 25 cm, and ten types A, B, C, D, E, 2E, 3E, 4E, F, and G are assumed to be types with different widths and circumferences. A foot model with a size of 25 cm and a width and circumference of A (a smallest foot model among the foot models of the assumed 20 types) is a standard foot model of 25 cm. That is, in the first embodiment, the last body 10 is configured to have a size of 25 cm and an outer surface with a width and circumference of A.

[0026] For the last body 10, a material with relatively high hardness can be used, for example, a resin with relatively high hardness such as polyamide (PA), polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU), or the like; a metal such as aluminum (AL), or the like; wood, or the like. It should be noted that the material of the last body 10 is not limited to these and any material can be used as long as it develops a strength that prevents the last body 10 from deforming during the forming of a shaft. [Additional part]

[0027] The additional part 20 modifies the outer surface shape of the last L to a different shape than that of the standard foot model (the outer surface shape of the last body 10) by attaching the additional part 20 to the last body 10. In the first embodiment, the additional part 20 is configured such that, by attaching the additional part 20 to the last body 10 in a state where the additional part 20 rests against the outer surface of the last body 10, the width of the last L is increased to a greater width than that of the standard foot model, and the height of an arch portion of the last L is reduced to a lower height than that of the standard foot model. As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the additional part 20 is formed in particular from two side parts 21 and 22, that is, a lateral side part 21 and a medial side part 22.

[0028] The lateral side part 21 extends longitudinally along a lateral end part of the ridge body 10 and has a front surface 21a and a back surface 21b, each formed by a curved surface. The front surface 21a forms a section of the outer surface of the ridge body 10. The back surface 21b is shaped to extend along a section of the outer surface of the ridge body 10 to which the lateral side part 21 is attached. The back surface 21b serves as an abutment surface that rests against the outer surface of the ridge body 10 at an attachment point when the lateral side part 21 is attached to the ridge body 10.

[0029] The medial side part 22 extends longitudinally along a medial end part of the strip body 10 and has a front 22a and a back 22b, each formed by a curved surface. The front 22a forms a section of the outer surface of the strip L. The back 22b is shaped to extend along a section of the outer surface of the strip body 10 to which the medial side part 22 is attached. The back 22b serves as an abutting surface that rests against the outer surface of the strip body 10 at a fastening point when the medial side part 22 is attached.

[0030] The term "each of the back surfaces 21b and 22b of the side parts 21 and 22 has a shape extending along a section of the outer surface of the strip body 10" encompasses not only a case in which each of the back surfaces 21b and 22b has the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the strip body 10, but also a case in which the shape allows each of the back surfaces 21b and 22b to abut the corresponding section of the outer surface of the strip body 10 at the predetermined attachment position by bending a corresponding back surface 21b and 22b or the like. In the first embodiment, each of the back surfaces 21b and 22b of the side parts 21 and 22 is formed in the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the strip body 10, against which a corresponding back surface 21b and 22b abuts at the predetermined attachment position.

[0031] In the first embodiment, each of the two side parts 21 and 22 extends from a forefoot F to a rearfoot H of the insole body 10. More precisely, in the first embodiment, each of the two side parts 21 and 22 extends from a toe part to a heel part.

[0032] The lateral side section 21 is shaped in such a way that its thickness (the distance between the anterior 21a and the posterior 21b) increases longitudinally around an intermediate point in the forefoot F, so that the width of the insole L is greater than that of the standard foot model. The medial side section 22 is shaped in such a way that its thickness (the distance between the anterior 22a and the posterior 22b) increases longitudinally around an intermediate point in a midfoot M, so that the height of the arch portion of the insole L is less than that of the standard foot model.

[0033] Furthermore, each of the two side parts 21 and 22 is designed such that its thickness decreases towards a corresponding outer edge (a boundary of the corresponding front surfaces 21a and 22a and a corresponding rear surfaces 21b and 22b). Due to the design of the side parts 21 and 22 described above, the outer surface of the strip body 10 and each of the front surfaces 21a and 22a of the side parts 21 and 22 can be designed to be smooth and continuous (without steps) when each of the side parts 21 and 22 is attached in a position in contact with the outer surface of the strip body 10.

[0034] For example, a soft resin with a Shore A hardness of 70 or more and 90 or less can be used as the material for the two side parts 21 and 22. It should be noted that the material of the two side parts 21 and 22 is not limited to this and any material can be used that is sufficiently flexible to deform during the attachment of each of the side parts 21 and 22 to the strip body 10 so that it fits snugly against the outer surface of the strip body 10, and that does not deform during the forming of a shaft. In the first embodiment, the two side parts 21 and 22 are formed using a 3D printer. Since the two side parts 21 and 22 are formed using the 3D printer as described above, each of the side parts 21 and 22 can be easily produced in the intended shape, even if the shapes of the side parts 21 and 22 are complex curved shapes.

[0035] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, each of the two side parts 21 and 22 is attached to the strip body 10 at the specified attachment position. The lateral side part 21 is attached to the lateral end part of the strip body 10 at the specified attachment position, and the medial side part 22 is attached to the specified attachment position in the medial end part of the strip body 10. The two side parts 21 and 22 are configured such that each of the back surfaces 21b and 22b extends along the outer surface of the strip body 10 and rests against it without a gap at one of the specified attachment positions. The two side parts 21 and 22 are attached with a fastener, such as adhesive tape or the like, in such a state that the back surfaces 21b and 22b rest against the outer surface of the strip body 10.

[0036] It should be noted that the means for attaching the add-on part 20 to the last body 10 is not limited to adhesive tape, but can be any means by which the add-on part 20 can be attached to and removed from the last body 10. Besides adhesive tape, for example, a surface fastener, a resin bolt, a metal bolt, or the like can be used as a means for attaching the add-on part 20 to the last body 10. - Method for manufacturing a last for custom-made shoes -

[0037] Next, a method for manufacturing the last L is described, which is used to manufacture custom-made shoes according to the foot shape and requirements of each customer.

[0038] First, the customer's foot model is determined based on measurements, and then the last body 10 in a size that most closely matches the size of the determined foot model, and the additional part 20, which is required to manufacture the last L with an outer surface shape suitable for the determined foot model, are selected and prepared.

[0039] For example, if the customer's foot model has a size of 25 cm and its width and circumference are C, and it has a lower arch height than the standard foot model and a standard instep height, the last body 10 is selected with an outer surface shape that corresponds to the standard foot model in size 25 cm, and as an additional part 20, the two side parts 21 and 22 are selected, which bring the width and circumference of the last L to C by increasing the width of the last L to a greater width than that of the standard foot model and reduce the height of the arch part of the last L to a lower arch height than that of the standard foot model by attaching the two side parts 21 and 22 to the last body 10.

[0040] After selecting the strip body 10 and the additional part 20, the additional part 20 (here the two side parts 21 and 22) is attached to the strip body 10.

[0041] In particular, each of the two side parts 21 and 22 is arranged at a predetermined attachment position, along which a corresponding rear surface 21b and 22b, which are abutting surfaces, rests against the outer surface of the strip body 10. The two side parts 21 and 22 are then attached to the strip body 10 in such a way that the rear surfaces 21b and 22b rest against the outer surface of the strip body 10 at their respective predetermined attachment positions. In the first embodiment, the two side parts 21 and 22 are attached to the strip body 10 by wrapping adhesive tape around the strip body 10 and the two side parts 21 and 22, which are arranged together at the predetermined attachment positions on the outer surface of the strip body 10.

[0042] Thus, the last L in size 25 cm is produced with a width and circumference of C, a lower arch height than the standard foot model and a standard instep height suitable for the customer's foot model.

[0043] It should be noted that in the manufacturing process described above, if the selected accessory part 20 is changed, the strip L will be produced in the same size but with a different outer surface shape. Furthermore, in the manufacturing process described above, if the size of the selected strip body 10 is changed, a strip L of a different size will be produced. - Advantageous effect of the first embodiment -

[0044] As described above, according to the last L of the first embodiment, the outer surface shape of the last L can be changed from that of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the last body 10, which has an outer surface shape corresponding to a predetermined standard foot model. The configuration of the last L described above makes it possible to configure the last L according to different foot models using a single last body 10. This is achieved by not producing the same number of lasts as there are foot models for each shoe size, but rather by producing only the last body 10 according to the standard foot model and several types of additional parts 20.Compared to a scenario where lasts L are produced in the same number as the various foot models assumed for each shoe size, the time, labor, and production costs for manufacturing and storing the lasts L can be significantly reduced. Accordingly, in the first embodiment, lasts L can be provided easily and cost-effectively according to each customer's foot shape and request.

[0045] In the first embodiment, the additional part 20 is configured to modify the outer surface shape of the strip L by being attached so that it abuts the outer surface of the strip body 10. According to the additional part 20 described above, the outer surface shape of the strip L can be easily modified. Furthermore, the additional part 20 has corresponding rear surfaces 21b or 22b that serve as abutting surfaces, each extending along the outer surface of the strip body. Thus, the additional part 20 can be easily positioned at the predetermined attachment position on the outer surface of the strip body by joining the abutting surfaces 21b and 22b and the outer surface of the strip body 10.

[0046] In the first embodiment, the additional part 20 is configured such that the width and height of the arch portion of the last L differ from those of the standard foot model. Therefore, according to the first embodiment, the width and height of the arch portion of the last L can be easily changed simply by attaching the additional part 20 to the predetermined attachment position on the outer surface of the last body 10.

[0047] In the first embodiment, the additional part 20 is designed such that its thickness decreases towards its outer edge. Due to the design of the additional part 20 described above, the outer surface of the strip body 10 and the front surfaces 21a and 22a of the additional part 20 can transition smoothly and continuously into one another (without step formation) when the additional part 20 is attached in a state where it rests against the outer surface of the strip body 10. Accordingly, according to the first embodiment, a strip L can be provided that has a smooth outer surface shape without any step and closely resembles a human foot model.

[0048] In the first embodiment, the additional part 20 is manufactured by the 3D printer, so that the additional part 20 with its complex shape can be formed simply and precisely. <<Zweite Ausführungsform> >

[0049] A slat L of a second embodiment differs from the slat L of the first embodiment in that the additional part 20 has a different structure. Although the additional part 20 of the first embodiment is configured to change the width and height of the arch portion of the slat L compared to those of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the slat body 10, the additional part 20 of the second embodiment is specifically configured to change only the height of the arch portion of the slat L compared to the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the slat body 10.

[0050] As in Fig. 3 and Fig. As shown in Figure 4, in the second embodiment the additional part 20 consists of two vault parts 23 and 24, namely a lateral vault part 23 and a medial vault part 24.

[0051] The lateral arch portion 23 extends longitudinally along the lateral end portion of the ridge body 10 and has a front surface 23a and a back surface 23b, each formed by a curved surface. The front surface 23a forms a section of the outer surface of the ridge L. The back surface 23b is shaped to extend along a section of the outer surface of the ridge body 10 to which the lateral arch portion 23 is attached. The back surface 23b serves as an abutment surface that rests against the outer surface of the ridge body 10 at an attachment point during the attachment of the lateral arch portion 23 to the ridge body 10.

[0052] The medial arch section 24 extends longitudinally along the medial end portion of the liner body 10 and has a front surface 24a and a back surface 24b, each formed by a curved surface. The front surface 24a forms a section of the outer surface of the liner L. The back surface 24b is shaped to extend along a section of the outer surface of the liner body 10 to which the medial arch section 24 is attached. The back surface 24b serves as an abutting surface that rests against the outer surface of the liner body 10 at a fastening point when the medial arch section 24 is attached.

[0053] The term "each of the rear surfaces 23b and 24b of the arch parts 23 and 24 has a shape extending along a section of the outer surface of the main body 10" encompasses not only a case in which each of the rear surfaces 23b and 24b has the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the rib body 10, but also a case in which the shape allows each of the arch parts 23 and 24 to abut the corresponding section of the outer surface of the rib body 10 at a predetermined attachment position by bending a corresponding arch part 23 and 24 or the like. In the second embodiment, each of the rear surfaces 23b and 24b of the arch parts 23 and 24 is formed in the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the rib body 10, against which a corresponding rear surface 23b and 24b abuts at the predetermined attachment position.

[0054] Although each of the two arch parts 23 and 24, similar to the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment, extends from the forefoot F to the hindfoot H of the instep body 10, each of the arch parts 23 and 24 extends longitudinally centered with the midfoot M and has a shorter length than a corresponding side part 21 and 22 of the first embodiment in the longitudinal direction.

[0055] In particular, the lateral arch section 23 has a significantly shorter longitudinal length than the lateral side section 21 of the first embodiment and is designed such that, at the predetermined attachment position, its front end is positioned in the middle of the forefoot F behind the toe section of the last body 10, and its rear end is positioned in the middle of the hindfoot H in front of the heel section. Conversely, the medial arch section 24 is designed such that, at the predetermined attachment position, its front end is positioned in the middle of the forefoot F behind the toe section of the last body 10, while its rear end is positioned in the heel section.

[0056] In the second embodiment, the two arch parts 23 and 24 are designed such that the height of the arch part of the last L is smaller than that of the standard foot model, by attaching each of the arch parts 23 and 24 to the outer surface of the last body 10. In particular, the medial arch part 24, similar to the medial side part 22 of the first embodiment, is designed in a shape in which its thickness increases longitudinally around an intermediate point in the midfoot M (the distance between the front 24a and the back 24b increases).

[0057] Furthermore, similar to the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment, each of the two arch parts 23 and 24 is designed such that its thickness decreases towards an outer edge (a boundary of a corresponding front surface 23a and 24a and a corresponding rear surface 23b and 24b). By forming each of the arch parts 23 and 24 in the manner described above, the outer surface of the strip body 10 and each of the front surfaces 23a and 24a of the arch parts 23 and 24 can be made smooth and continuous (without step formation) when each of the arch parts 23 and 24 is fixed in a state in which each of the arch parts 23 and 24 rests against the outer surface of the strip body 10.

[0058] The material for the two arch sections 23 and 24 can be a similar material to that used for the two side sections 21 and 22 of the first embodiment. The fastening means for the two arch sections 23 and 24 can be a similar fastener to that used in the first embodiment.

[0059] Each of the other components is configured similarly to a corresponding component of the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment. If the additional part 20 required to manufacture the insole L with an outer surface shape corresponding to a customer's foot model is the additional part 20 (the two arch parts 23 and 24) of the second embodiment, and the additional part 20 is attached to the insole body 10 in a similar manner to the first embodiment, the insole L is manufactured that is suitable for the customer's foot model, in which the height of the arch part is less than that of the insole body 10 according to the standard foot model (a moderate curve of the arch part), as shown in Fig. Figure 3 shows similar effects to those of the first embodiment. Similar effects can also be achieved with the strip L, which is configured in the manner described above. <<Dritte Ausführungsform> >

[0060] A slat L of a third embodiment differs from the slat L of the first embodiment in that the additional part 20 has a different structure than that of the first embodiment. In particular, the additional part 20 of the third embodiment is configured such that it changes the clamping height of the slat L compared to that of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the slat body 10.

[0061] As in Fig. 5 and Fig. As shown in Figure 6, in the third embodiment the additional part 20 is formed from a single front flap part 25. The front flap part 25 is designed in a size that largely covers a dorsal part of the last body 10.

[0062] The anterior part 25 extends along the dorsal part of the last body 10 largely in the longitudinal and transverse directions and has a front 25a and a back 25b, each formed from a curved surface. The front 25a forms a section of the outer surface of the last L. The back 25b is shaped to extend along the dorsal part of the outer surface of the last body 10, where the anterior part 25 is attached. The back 25b serves as an abutment surface that rests against the outer surface of the last body 10 at a fastening point when the anterior part 25 is attached.

[0063] It should be noted that the term "the back 25b of the toe cap part 25 has a shape extending along the instep part of the last body 10" encompasses not only a case in which the back 25b has the same shape as the instep part of the last body 10, but also a case in which the shape allows the toe cap part 25 to abut the instep part of the last body 10 at a predetermined attachment position by bending the toe cap part 25 or the like. In the third embodiment, the back 25b of the toe cap part 25 is formed in the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the last body 10, against which the back 25b abuts at the predetermined position.

[0064] The vamp section 25 is designed such that the height of the instep section of the last L is greater than that of the standard foot model by attaching the vamp section 25 to the instep section of the last body 10. Similar to the two side sections 21 and 22 of the first embodiment, the vamp section 25 is designed such that its thickness decreases towards its outer edge (a boundary between the front 25a and the back 25b). The design of the vamp section 25 described above ensures that the outer surface of the last body 10 and the front 25a of the vamp section 25 are smooth and continuous (without steps) when the vamp section 25 is attached in a position where it rests against the outer surface of the last body 10.

[0065] The material for the front blade part 25 can be a similar material to that used for the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment. The fastening means for the front blade part 25 can be a similar fastener to that used in the first embodiment.

[0066] Each of the other components is configured similarly to a corresponding component of the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment. If the additional part 20 (the front plate part 25) of the third embodiment is selected as the additional part 20 required to manufacture the last L suitable for a customer's foot model, and the additional part 20 is attached to the last body 10 in a similar manner to the first embodiment, the last L suitable for the customer's foot model, where the span is greater than that of the last body 10 corresponding to the standard foot model, is manufactured as shown in Fig. Figure 5 shows similar effects to those of the first embodiment. Similar effects can also be achieved with the strip L, which is configured in the manner described above. <<Vierte Ausführungsform> >

[0067] A slat L of a fourth embodiment differs from the slat L of the first embodiment in that the additional part 20 has a different structure than that of the first embodiment. In particular, the additional part 20 of the fourth embodiment is configured such that it changes the size (foot length) of the slat L compared to that of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the slat body 10.

[0068] As in Fig. 7 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, in the fourth embodiment the additional part 20 is configured as a single toe part 26. The toe part 26 is formed in a shape that largely covers the front of a front end part (toe part) of the insole body 10.

[0069] The toe section 26 extends in a curved transverse direction along the anterior end portion of the last body 10 and comprises a front surface 26a and a back surface 26b, each formed from a curved area. The front surface 26a forms a section of the outer surface of the last body 10. The back surface 26b is shaped to extend along the anterior end portion (toe section) of the outer surface of the last body 10, where the toe section 26 is attached. The back surface 26b serves as an abutment surface that rests against the outer surface of the last body 10 at an attachment point when the toe section 26 is attached.

[0070] The term "the back 26b of the toe part 26 has a shape that extends along the anterior end part of the last body 10" encompasses not only a case in which the back 26b has the same shape as the anterior end part of the last body 10, but also a case in which the shape allows the toe part 26 to abut the toe part of the last body 10 at the predetermined attachment position by bending the toe part 26 or the like. In the fourth embodiment, the back 26b of the toe part 26 is formed in the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the last body 10, against which the back 26b rests at the predetermined position.

[0071] The toe section 26 is designed such that the size (foot length) of the last L is larger than that of the standard foot model by attaching the toe section 26 to the anterior end part of the last body 10. Similar to the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment, the toe section 26 is designed such that its thickness decreases towards its outer edge (a boundary between the front 26a and the back 26b). The design of the toe section 26 described above allows the outer surface of the last body 10 and the front 26a of the toe section 26 to be formed smoothly and continuously (without step formation) when the toe section 26 is attached in a state where each toe section 26 rests against the outer surface of the last body 10.

[0072] The material for the toe part 26 can be a similar material to that used for the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment. The fastening means for the toe part 26 can be a similar fastening means to that used in the first embodiment.

[0073] Each of the other components is configured similarly to a corresponding component of the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment. If the additional part 20 (the toe part 26) of the fourth embodiment is selected as the additional part 20 required to manufacture the last L suitable for a customer's foot model, and the additional part 20 is attached to the last body 10 in a similar manner to the first embodiment, the last L is manufactured that is suitable for the customer's foot model, the size (the foot length) of which is larger than that of the last body 10, which corresponds to the standard foot model, as shown in Fig. Figure 7 illustrates this. If, for example, last bodies 10 are manufactured such that their sizes differ by 1 cm, and if the last body 10 configured so that its size at the toe part 26 is 0.5 cm larger than the size of the last body 10 corresponding to the standard foot model is manufactured, lasts L can be produced in two sizes, namely one last L in size 25 cm and one last L in size 25.5 cm. Similar effects to those of the first embodiment can also be achieved with the last L configured in the manner described above. <<Fünfte Ausführungsform> >

[0074] As in Fig. 9 and Fig. As shown in Figure 10, a strip L of a fifth embodiment differs from the strip L of the first embodiment in that each strip body 10 and the additional part 20 have a different structure than in the first embodiment.

[0075] In the fifth embodiment, the insole body 10 is obtained, in particular, by dividing the insole body 10 of the first embodiment into two parts and comprises a first element 11 on the lateral side and a second element 12 on the medial side. The first and second elements 11 and 12 comprise outer surfaces 11a and 12a, which each serve as the outer surface of the insole L and each have a standard foot model shape, as well as inner surfaces 11b and 12b, each formed from a longitudinally extending vertical surface.

[0076] In the fifth embodiment, the additional part 20 is configured to change the width of the last L compared to that of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the last body 10. As in Fig. 9 and Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the additional part 20 in the fifth embodiment consists in particular of a single base model plate 27.

[0077] The foot model plate 27 is formed in the same shape (foot model) as the inner surfaces 11b and 12b of the first and second elements 11 and 12. The foot model plate 27 comprises a first surface 27a on the lateral side, which abuts the inner surface 11b of the first element 11, and a second surface 27b on the medial side, which abuts the inner surface 12b of the second element 12. In the fifth embodiment, the foot model plate 27 is configured to have a constant thickness t.

[0078] The foot model plate 27 is shaped such that it changes the outer surface shape of the strip L into a shape with a greater width than that of the standard foot model by attaching the foot model plate 27 to the first and second elements 11 and 12 in a state in which the foot model plate 27 is positioned between the inner surfaces 11b and 12b of the first and second elements 11 and 12 of the strip body 10.

[0079] Similar to the material of the last body 10, the material of the foot model plate 27 can be a material with relatively high hardness, i.e., for example, a resin with relatively high hardness, such as polyamide (PA), polyethylene (PE), polyurethane (PU), or the like; a metal, such as aluminum (AL), or the like; wood; or the like. It should be noted that while the material of the foot model plate 27 is not limited to these, preferably the same material as that of the last body 10 is used.

[0080] As described above, the base plate 27 is fixed in a state in which it is positioned between the inner surfaces 11b and 12b of the first and second elements 11 and 12 of the strip body 10. The base plate 27 is fixed in a state in which the first surface 27a rests against the inner surface 11b of the first element 11 and the second surface 27b rests against the inner surface 12b of the second element 12. In the fifth embodiment, the base plate 27 is fastened to each of the first and second elements 11 and 12 by a metal bolt (not shown). Specifically, two insertion holes h1 and h2 are provided through which the metal bolts are inserted inwards and outwards into each of the base plates 27 and the first and second elements 11 and 12.

[0081] It should be noted that the tool for attaching the accessory part 20 (the base plate 27) to the strip body 10 is not limited to the metal bolt and any tool capable of attaching and detaching the accessory part 20 from the strip body 10 can be used. In addition to the metal bolt, tools such as adhesive tape, surface adhesive, resin bolts, or similar materials can be used to attach the accessory part 20 to the strip body 10. - Method for manufacturing a last for custom-made shoes -

[0082] In the fifth embodiment, a customer's foot model is first determined by measurement, and the last body 10 in a size that most closely matches the size of the determined foot model, and the additional part 20, which is required to manufacture the last L with an outer surface shape suitable for the determined foot model, are selected and prepared.

[0083] For example, if the customer's foot model has a size of 25 cm and a width and circumference of C, a larger heel width than the standard foot model, and a standard arch height and instep height, the last body 10 is selected, which has an outer surface shape corresponding to the standard foot model in size 25 cm and is formed from the first and second elements 11 and 12, and as an additional part 20, the foot model plate 27 is selected, which is configured such that the width of the last L from a front end to a rear end is greater than that of the standard foot model by attaching the foot model plate 27 to the last body 10, with the width and circumference of the last L each being C and its heel width being greater than that of the standard foot model.

[0084] After selecting the last body 10 and the additional part 20, the additional part 20 (the foot model plate 27) is attached to the last body 10.

[0085] In particular, the base plate 27 is arranged between the first and second elements 11 and 12 of the strip body 10, with the first surface 27a abutting the inner surface 11b of the first element 11 and the second surface 27b abutting the inner surface 12b of the second element 12. In this state, the metal bolts are inserted through the two insertion holes h1 and h2, which are provided to penetrate the first element 11, the base plate 27, and the second element 12 in the inward and outward directions, respectively, in order to connect the first element 11, the base plate 27, and the second element 12 to one another with the bolts or the like. Thus, the base plate 27 is fastened to the first and second elements 11 and 12 in a state in which the base plate 27 is arranged between the first and second elements 11 and 12.

[0086] The last L is manufactured in size 25 cm and with a width and circumference of C, a larger heel width than the standard foot model and a standard arch height and instep height.

[0087] It should be noted that in the manufacturing process described above, if the selected accessory part 20 is changed, for example by using the foot model plate 27 with a different thickness or multiple foot model plates 27, the last L will be produced that has the same size but a different outer surface shape (different width, circumference, and heel width). Furthermore, in the manufacturing process described above, if the size of the selected last body 10 is changed, the last L will be produced in a different size.

[0088] As described above, in the fifth embodiment, the shank body 10 is formed from two elements 11 and 12, i.e., the first element 11 on the lateral side and the second element on the medial side. The additional part 20 is configured to change the outer surface shape of the shank L to a shape with a greater width than that of the standard foot model from the front end to the rear end by attaching the additional part 20 in a position where it is positioned between the two elements 11 and 12 of the shank L. According to the additional part 20 described above, the outer surface shape of the shank L can be easily changed to a shape with a greater width than that of the standard foot model.Furthermore, by forming the strip body 10 of the two elements 11 and 12, the additional part 20 can be easily mounted onto the strip body 10, so that a change in the outer surface shape of the strip L can be easily carried out. <<Sechste Ausführungsform> >

[0089] As in Fig. 11 and Fig. As shown in Figure 12, a strip L of a sixth embodiment is obtained by partially modifying the structure of the additional part 20 of the strip L of the fifth embodiment. In particular, the additional part 20 of the sixth embodiment is configured such that it changes not only the width of the strip L, but also the span of the standard foot model by attaching the additional part 20 to the strip body 10.

[0090] As in Fig. 11 and Fig. As shown in Figure 12, in the sixth embodiment, the additional part 20 consists of the foot model plate 27 and a front blade part 28. The front blade part 28 is designed similarly to the front blade part 25 of the third embodiment. In particular, the front blade part 28 comprises a front surface 28a, which extends largely along the instep part of the shank body 10 in the longitudinal and transverse directions and is formed from a curved surface that forms a section of the outer surface of the shank L, and a rear surface 28b, which is formed in a shape that extends along a section of the outer surface of the clamping section of the shank body 10. The rear surface 28b serves as an abutting surface that, when the front blade part 28 is attached to the shank body 10, abuts at a fastening position on the outer surface of the shank body 10. As shown in Figure 12, the additional part 20 consists of the foot model plate 27 and a front blade part 28. Fig.As shown in Figure 12, the front blade part 28 is attached to the base plate 27 in the sixth embodiment.

[0091] In the sixth embodiment, the toecap part 28 is also designed such that the height of the instep part of the last L is greater than that of the standard foot model. This is achieved by attaching the toecap part 28 to the instep part of the last body 10, with its thickness decreasing towards its outer edge (a boundary between the front 28a and the back 28b). By shaping the toecap part 28 in the manner described above, the outer surface of the last body 10 and the front 28a of the toecap part 28 are smooth and continuous (without steps) when the toecap part 28 is attached in a position where it rests against the outer surface of the last body 10.

[0092] The material for the front blade part 28 can be a similar material to that used for the front blade part 25 of the third embodiment. In the sixth embodiment, the front blade part 28 is attached to the base plate 27. The front blade part 28 and the base plate 27 can be joined together after their forming and can be integrally formed during resin molding if both the base plate 27 and the front blade part 28 are made of resin materials (the base plate 27 is made of a resin with relatively high hardness, and the front blade part 28 is made of a soft resin).

[0093] Each of the other components is configured similarly to a corresponding component in the fifth embodiment. - Method for manufacturing a last for custom-made shoes -

[0094] In the sixth embodiment, a customer's foot model is first determined by measurement, and the last body 10 in a size that most closely matches the size of the determined foot model, and the additional part 20, which is required to manufacture the last L with an outer surface shape suitable for the determined foot model, are selected and prepared.

[0095] For example, if the customer's foot model has a size of 25 cm and a width and circumference of C, a larger heel width than the standard foot model, a standard arch height and a greater instep height than the standard foot model, the last body 10 is selected which has an outer surface shape corresponding to the standard foot model in size 25 cm and which is formed from the first and second elements 11 and 12; and as an additional part 20, the foot model plate 27 and the vamp part 28 are selected, which are configured such that the width and instep height of the last L are completely larger from the front end to the rear end than those of the standard foot model, so that the width and circumference are C, the heel width is larger than that of the standard foot model and the instep height of the last L is larger than that of the standard foot model, by attaching the foot model plate 27 and the vamp part 28 to the last body 10.

[0096] After selecting the last body 10 and the additional part 20, the additional part 20 (the foot model plate 27 and the front blade part 28) is attached to the last body 10.

[0097] In particular, the base plate 27 is arranged between the first and second elements 11 and 12 of the strip body 10, with the first surface 27a abutting the inner surface 11b of the first element 11 and the second surface 27b abutting the inner surface 12b of the second element 12. In this state, the metal bolts are inserted through the two insertion holes h1 and h2 to penetrate the first element 11, the base plate 27, and the second element 12 in the inner and outer directions and to connect the first element 11, the base plate 27, and the second element 12 to one another with bolts or the like. Thus, the foot model plate 27 is attached to the first and second elements 11 and 12 in a state in which the foot model plate 27 is arranged between the first and second elements 11 and 12 and the front blade part 28 is also arranged at a predetermined attachment position (the instep part) on the outer surface of the last body 10.In the sixth embodiment, the front leaf part 28 is attached to the strip body 10 by wrapping an adhesive tape around the strip body 10 together with the front leaf part 28 arranged at the predetermined attachment position on the outer surface of the strip body 10.

[0098] This results in the last L in size 25 cm with a width and circumference of C, a larger heel width than the standard foot model, a standard arch height and a larger instep height than the standard foot model.

[0099] In the manufacturing process described above, even in the sixth embodiment, if the selected additional part 20 is modified, for example by changing the thickness of the foot model plate 27 and / or the vamp part 28, the last L is produced in the same size but with a different outer surface shape (different width, circumference, and heel width). Furthermore, in the manufacturing process described above, if the size of the selected last body 10 is changed, the last L is produced in a different size.

[0100] As described above, similar effects can be achieved in the sixth embodiment as in the fifth embodiment, and similar effects can also be achieved in the third embodiment. <<Weitere Ausführungsformen> >

[0101] In the first embodiment, the width and height of the arch part of the last L are changed using the two side parts 21 and 22 as additional part 20; in the second embodiment, the height of the arch part of the last L is changed using the two arch parts 23 and 24 as additional part 20; in the third embodiment, the instep height of the last L is changed using the vamp part 25 as additional part 20; in the fourth embodiment, the size (foot length) of the last L is changed using the toe part 26 as additional part 20; in the fifth embodiment, the width of the last L is changed using the foot model plate 27 as additional part 20; and in the sixth embodiment, the width and instep height of the last L are changed using the foot model plate 27 and the vamp part 28 as additional part 20.

[0102] However, the additional part 20 can be any additional part that causes at least the size, width, span and / or height of the arch part of the last L to differ from that of the standard foot model, and is not limited to the features of the first to sixth embodiments.

[0103] For example, the additional part 20 can be used, which is short in the longitudinal direction by forming the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment and is configured so that it only changes the width of the strip L.

[0104] The two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment or the two arch parts 23 and 24 of the second embodiment can be combined with at least one of the front part parts 25 of the third embodiment and the toe part 26 of the fourth embodiment and thus used as an additional part 20.

[0105] Furthermore, the foot model plate 27 of the fifth embodiment, in which the last body 10 is designed as a split structure, can be combined with the two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment or the two arch parts 23 and 24 of the second embodiment and thus used as an additional part 20; and likewise, in the case of a last body 10 designed as a split structure, the foot model plate 27 of the fifth embodiment can be combined with the toe part 26 of the fourth embodiment and thus used as an additional part 20.

[0106] The two side parts 21 and 22 of the first embodiment or the two arch parts 23 and 24 of the second embodiment can be combined with the vamp part 25 of the third embodiment and / or the toe part 26 of the fourth embodiment and furthermore with the last body 10 designed as a split structure; the foot model plate 27 of the fifth embodiment can also be combined with a combined body of the two side parts 21 and 22 or the two arch parts 23 and 24 and thus be used as an additional part 20.

[0107] As described above, by using the various parts 21 to 28 in combination as an additional part 20, and by changing the combination with a single last body, 10 lasts L with different shapes can be produced. Accordingly, a last can be provided easily and cost-effectively according to the foot shape and request of each customer.

[0108] In the first to fourth embodiments, the rear sides 21b to 26b of the additional parts 20 (the side parts 21 and 22, the arch parts 23 and 24, the front part 25 and the toe part 26) are formed in the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the last body 10, against which the additional part 20 rests at a corresponding predetermined attachment position.

[0109] However, as described above, the back sides 21b to 26b of the additional parts 20 may not have the same shape as the corresponding section of the outer surface of the strip body 10, against which the additional part 20 rests at the corresponding predetermined position.

[0110] Since each of the additional parts 20 is formed, for example, from a soft resin, a corresponding back surface 21b to 26b can be attached to the outer surface of the strip body 10 by bending the additional part 20 or the like, even if the additional part 20, which is formed in the same shape as a corresponding section of the outer surface of the strip body 10 with a size of 25 cm, is used as an additional part 20 for the strip body 10 with a size of 26 cm. According to the configuration described above, the additional parts 20 for different sizes can be used together, thereby reducing the number of additional parts 20. Accordingly, not only the time, labor, costs, and storage space required for the manufacture of the strip body 10, but also for the manufacture of the additional part 20, can be reduced.

[0111] In the fifth and sixth embodiments, the foot model plate 27 is configured to have a constant thickness t, but the thickness of the foot model plate 27 can vary longitudinally. For example, the thickness of the foot model plate 27 can decrease uniformly from the front end to the rear end. It should be noted that the first surface 27a and the second surface 27b of the foot model plate 27 and the inner surfaces 11b and 12b of the first and second elements 11 and 12 of the strip body 10 are configured to be adjacent to one another.

[0112] In the first to sixth embodiments, a foot model in the smallest size, width, and / or circumference (for example, a foot model in size 25 cm and of type A) is selected from various foot models (different foot models that differ in size (foot length), width, and / or circumference) assumed for each shoe size (e.g., in 1 cm increments). An example is described in which the last body 10 is manufactured using the selected foot model as the standard foot model. It is preferable to select the foot model in the smallest size, width, and circumference, as described above, as the standard foot model, but this is not the only possible standard foot model.Any foot model of a relatively small size, whose outer surface shape can be changed by attaching the additional part 20 to different foot models assumed for each shoe size, can be used as a standard foot model.

[0113] In particular, as in the first to sixth embodiments, if, for example, twenty types of foot models (two types with different sizes and ten types with different widths and circumferences) are assumed for size 25 cm, a foot model in size 25 cm with a width and circumference of B, C, D, E, 2E, 3E, 4E, or F can be used as the standard foot model. Furthermore, for example, in a case where a foot model in the smallest size with the smallest width and circumference (foot model in size 25 cm and type A) can be used as standard foot model 1, and a foot model in the smallest size with medium width and circumference (e.g., foot model in size 25 cm and type 2E) is used as standard foot model 2, or the like, foot models of different types can be selected from the various foot models assumed for each size and used as standard foot models.

[0114] The number of foot model types considered to have different sizes is not limited to two and can be three or more. For example, if four sizes—25 cm, 25.25 cm, 25.5 cm, and 25.75 cm—are considered to have different sizes for the 25 cm size, and the ten types described above are considered to have different widths and circumferences, then a foot model whose width and circumference are not only medium-sized, but whose size is also medium-sized (in the case described above, a foot model of size 25.5 cm and type 2E or the like) can be used as the standard foot model among the 40 foot model types. Likewise, the number of foot model types considered to have different widths and circumferences is not limited to ten. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
