Abstract

The embodiment of the present invention provides a light-emitting device comprising: a substrate; a luminescent chip arranged on the substrate; a phosphor encapsulation for encapsulating the chip, the phosphor encapsulation comprising a narrowband phosphor and comprising: a first luminescent layer covering the upper surface of the luminescent chip; and a second luminescent layer covering the first luminescent layer.In the light-emitting device of the present embodiment, the excitation efficiency and the heat dissipation performance of the narrowband phosphor can be improved by having the first phosphor layer cover the upper surface of the phosphor chip, wherein the first phosphor layer comprises the narrowband phosphor and the silicon matrix, and the narrowband phosphor is homogeneously dispersed in the silicon matrix, so that the narrowband phosphor is located close to the phosphor chip and has a high density in the silicon matrix.
