[0042] A pair of fastening elements 34a and 34b, projecting from the rear surface of the cover wall 31 towards the rear, are formed on the rear (-X-side) surface of the cover wall 31. The two fastening elements 34a and 34b are cylindrical columns. Fastening element 34a is located on the right (+Y-side) of the three second projecting walls 35, with a gap between them. Fastening element 34b is located on the left (-Y-side) of the second rib 36b of the support rib 36, with a gap between them. Each of the two fastening elements 34a and 34b has an internally threaded hole 34c to which a bolt is attached, securing an internal element 60, which will be described later.
[0043] A projecting plate 39 is formed on the surface at the rear (-X-side) of the cover wall 31, projecting from the surface at the rear of the cover wall 31 towards the rear. In the present embodiment, the projecting plate 39 is a long rectangular plate. One surface of the projecting plate 39 is oriented in the Y direction from left to right. The projecting plate 39 is arranged on the right side (+Y-side) of the plurality of second projecting walls 35, with a gap between them. A dimension of the projecting plate 39 in the Z direction from top to bottom is smaller than a dimension of the second projecting wall 35 in the Z direction from top to bottom. An end at the top of the projecting plate 39 is located closer to the bottom than the end at the top of the second projecting wall 35.One end on the underside of the projecting plate 39 is closer to the top than the end on the underside of the second projecting wall 35.
[0044] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the projecting plate 39 is located on the right side of the inner element 60 (to be discussed later), with a gap between them. The projecting plate 39 extends further forward towards the rear (-X side) than the inner element 60. A position of the projecting plate 39 in the left-to-right direction (Y) lies between a position of the inner element 60 in the left-to-right direction (Y) and a position of the refrigerant sensor 52 (to be discussed later). An end at the rear of the projecting plate 39 is located closer to the rear than an end at the front (+X side) of the refrigerant sensor 52.By providing the projecting plate 39, it is possible, for example, to increase the creepage distance required to reach the refrigerant sensor 52 or the like, even if static electricity or the like flows through the slot 33 to a surface on the back of the cover wall 31. In this way, it may be more difficult for static electricity flowing through the slot 33 into the interior of the housing 10 to reach electronic components such as the refrigerant sensor 52 or the like.
[0045] As mentioned previously, the cover 30 is detachably attached to the main housing body 20. An operator removing the cover 30 from the main housing body 20 opens a covered section 32a of the cover 30 to expose the head of a bolt that secures the cover 30 to the main housing body 20 and removes the bolt. Accordingly, the operator can remove the cover 30 from the main housing body 20.
[0046] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the alarm device 100 comprises the first substrate unit 40 and the second substrate unit 50. The first substrate unit 40 and the second substrate unit 50 are housed inside the casing 10. As shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the first substrate unit 40 is held by the main housing body 20 and spans a left and an upper side section of its segments. The second substrate unit 50 is held by the substrate support section 29.
[0047] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the first substrate unit 40 comprises the alarm element substrate 41, a loudspeaker 42, a terminal block 43, a switching element 44, the light sources 45, a first connector 46 and capacitors 47a, 47b and 47c.
[0048] The alarm element substrate 41 is a plate with a surface oriented in the X direction from front to back. The surface of the alarm element substrate 41 intersects the X direction from front to back. The loudspeaker 42, the terminal block 43, the switching element 44, the light sources 45, the first connector 46, and the capacitors 47a, 47b, and 47c are attached to a surface on the front (+X-side) of the alarm element substrate 41. The loudspeaker 42, the terminal block 43, the switching element 44, the light sources 45, the first connector 46, and the capacitors 47a, 47b, and 47c are electrically connected to the alarm element substrate 41. The loudspeaker 42, the terminal block 43, the switching element 44, the light sources 45, the first connector 46 and the capacitors 47a, 47b and 47c are, for example, electrically connected to the alarm element substrate 41 by soldering. The alarm element substrate 41 is a printed circuit board with a conductive wiring pattern.
[0049] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the alarm element substrate 41 has a first section 41a, a second section 41b, a third section 41c, a fourth section 41d, and a fifth section 41e. The first section 41a extends downwards in the direction Z. The second section 41b projects to the left from an upper end of the first section 41a. The third section 41c projects to the right from the first section 41a. An upper end of the third section 41c is located closer to the bottom than an upper end of the first section 41a. The fourth section 41d projects to the left from a bottom of the first section 41a. The fourth section 41d is located at a distance from a bottom of the second section 41b. The fifth section 41e projects to the right from a bottom of the first section 41a.A right end of the fifth section 41e is located closer to the left side than a right end of the third section 41c. The fifth section 41e is located at the bottom of a left end of the third section 41c at a distance from it.
[0050] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 4, bolt holes 48a and 48b are formed in the alarm element substrate 41, penetrating the alarm element substrate 41 in the X direction from front to back. Bolt hole 48a is formed at a left end in a lower end of the third section 41c. Although not shown in the drawings, a bolt attached to the internal threaded hole of a substrate mounting section 24a is inserted through bolt hole 48a. Bolt hole 48b is formed at a connecting section of the first section 41a and the fifth section 41e. Although not shown in the drawings, a bolt attached to the internal threaded hole of the substrate mounting section 24b is inserted through bolt hole 48b.
[0051] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the alarm element substrate 41 is held by the main housing body 20. In the present embodiment, the alarm element substrate 41 is attached to the main housing body 20 by the elastic claw 25c and the fixed claws 28c and 28d engaging the edges of the alarm element substrate 41 from the front (+X-side), and by bolts inserted through the bolt holes 48a and 48b being fastened to the internal threaded holes of the substrate mounting sections 24a and 24b. The elastic claw 25c engages an edge on the right side of the third section 41c from the front. The fixed claw 28c engages an edge on the left side of the second section 41b from the front. The fixed claw 28d engages an edge on the left side of the fourth section 41d from the front.
[0052] The loudspeaker 42 has a cylindrical shape with an axis extending from front to back in the X direction. The loudspeaker 42 is positioned so that it spans the first section 41a and the fourth section 41d. The loudspeaker 42 is an alarm element capable of indicating whether refrigerant is detected by the refrigerant sensor 52, which will be discussed later. When the refrigerant sensor 52 detects refrigerant, the loudspeaker 42 informs the user or other person that the refrigerant sensor 52 is detecting refrigerant by emitting a sound. The loudspeaker 42 could, for example, be a simple buzzer that produces a continuous tone. For instance, if the refrigerant sensor 52 detects refrigerant, a simple continuous tone will be emitted from the loudspeaker 42 as an alarm to inform the user that refrigerant is leaking from the indoor unit of the air conditioner. The loudspeaker 42 can also be a loudspeaker that produces a sound to inform the user or the like that refrigerant is escaping from the indoor unit of the air conditioner when the refrigerant is detected by the refrigerant sensor 52.
[0053] The terminal block 43 is located on the third section 41c. Although not shown in the drawings, the terminal block 43 has a plurality of wires connected to it. The plurality of wires are electrically connected to the alarm element substrate 41 via the terminal block 43. The plurality of wires is, for example, pulled out of the housing 10 by passing through the hole 22a formed in the inner circumferential wall 22. The plurality of wires includes the wire that supplies electrical energy to the alarm device 100.
[0054] The switching element 44 is arranged in the middle of the direction Z from top to bottom in the first section 41a. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the switching element 44 has a housing 44a and a switch body 44b. The housing 44a is connected to the alarm element substrate 41. The switch body 44b is a cylindrical shaft that projects from the housing 44a to the front (+X-side). By sliding its front from the front to the rear (-X-side), the switch body 44b can be pushed into the interior of the housing 44a. By sliding the switch body 44b backward relative to the housing 44a, the switching element 44 is actuated and the alarm device 100 is stopped.
[0055] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the light sources 45 are arranged on an upper side section of the first section 41a. The light sources 45 are, for example, light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In the present embodiment, a plurality of light sources 45 are arranged with intervals between them in the direction Z from top to bottom. Three light sources 45 provided in the present embodiment are light sources 45a, 45b, and 45c. Light sources 45a, 45b, and 45c are arranged next to each other in such a sequence that a gap exists between them when approaching the underside from the top. Each of the light sources 45a, 45b, and 45c is located on the inside of the housing 10.
[0056] Of the luminaires 45, luminaire 45a indicates the status of the electrical supply to the alarm device 100. Luminaire 45a emits light when the alarm device 100 is receiving electrical power. Luminaire 45b is an alarm element capable of indicating whether the refrigerant is being detected by the refrigerant sensor 52, which will be discussed later. Luminaire 45b emits light when the refrigerant is detected by the refrigerant sensor 52. Of the luminaires 45, luminaire 45c indicates whether a malfunction is occurring in the alarm device 100. Luminaire 45c emits light when a malfunction occurs in the alarm device 100. Light emitted by each of the luminaires 45a, 45b, and 45c is emitted to the outside of the housing 10 through each opening of the second opening 31b formed in the cover 30.Accordingly, the user or the like can visually confirm the light emitted by each of the light sources 45a, 45b and 45c from the outside of the alarm device 100.
[0057] The first connector 46 is located at one end on the right side and at one end on the underside of the third section 41c. The first connector 46 is located on the underside of the terminal block 43. A cable 90, which connects the alarm element substrate 41 and the sensor substrate 51 (to be mentioned later), is connected to the first connector 46. The cable 90 has a plurality of wires 90a extending from the first connector 46 and cable connectors 90b to which the tips of the plurality of wires 90a are connected. By connecting the cable connectors 90b to a second connector 53 (to be mentioned later), the alarm element substrate 41 and the sensor substrate 51 (to be mentioned later) are electrically connected via the cable 90.
[0058] The second substrate unit 50 is held by the substrate mounting section 29. The second substrate unit 50 is located on the underside of the third section 41c on the alarm element substrate 41, as well as on a lower side section of the first section 41a and on the right side of the fifth section 41e. The second substrate unit 50 comprises the sensor substrate 51, the refrigerant sensor 52, the second connector 53, and an IC chip 54.
[0059] In the present embodiment, the sensor substrate 51 is a separate body from the alarm element substrate 41. The sensor substrate 51 is arranged separately from the alarm element substrate 41. The sensor substrate 51 is located on the underside of the third section 41c, on a lower side section of the first section 41a, and on the right side of the fifth section 41e of the alarm element substrate 41. The sensor substrate 51 is a square-shaped plate with one plate surface oriented in the front-to-back direction X. One plate surface of the sensor substrate 51 is orthogonal to the front-to-back direction X. In the present embodiment, the sensor substrate 51 is a square-shaped plate with one pair of sides extending from left to right in the Y direction and one pair of sides extending from top to bottom in the Z direction. It is possible that the sensor substrate 51 and the alarm element substrate 41 are formed in one piece.
[0060] The front (+X-side) of the sensor substrate 51 is the mounting surface 51a. The refrigerant sensor 52, the second connector 53, and the IC chip 54 are connected to the mounting surface 51a. The refrigerant sensor 52, the second connector 53, and the IC chip 54 are electrically connected to the sensor substrate 51. The refrigerant sensor 52, the second connector 53, and the IC chip 54 are electrically connected to the sensor substrate 51, for example, by soldering. The sensor substrate 51 is a printed circuit board with a conductor wiring pattern.
[0061] The sensor substrate 51 is held by the main housing body 20. In the present embodiment, the sensor substrate 51 is held by the substrate holder section 29. In the present embodiment, the sensor substrate 51 is held using the substrate holder section 29 by surrounding and holding an outer circumferential edge of the sensor substrate 51 with the holders 27a and 27b and the plurality of ribs 29a, and by the elastic claw 25a and the rigid claw 28a engaging the outer circumferential edge of the sensor substrate 51 from the front (+X-side). The elastic claw 25a engages an edge on the left side of the sensor substrate 51 from the front. The rigid claw 28a engages an edge on the right side of the sensor substrate 51 from its front.
[0062] The supports 27a hold the sensor substrate 51 at an angle on the left side and from the underside. The supports 27b hold the sensor substrate 51 from both the left side and the top. The plurality of ribs 29a formed on a wall located on the underside of the inner circumferential wall 22 hold an edge on the underside of the sensor substrate 51. The plurality of ribs 29a formed on a wall located on the right side of the inner circumferential wall 22 hold an edge on the right side of the sensor substrate 51. The plurality of ribs 29a formed on a wall located on the underside of the partition 26a hold an edge on the top side of the sensor substrate 51.
[0063] The refrigerant sensor 52 is a sensor capable of detecting the refrigerant. In the present embodiment, the refrigerant sensor 52 is a semiconductor refrigerant sensor. It is possible for the refrigerant sensor 52 to be a sensor for refrigerants in a gaseous state. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the refrigerant sensor 52 is cylindrical and extends from the sensor substrate 51 to the front (+X-side). The refrigerant sensor 52 is attached to a lower side section on the left side section of the sensor substrate 51. In this embodiment, when the gaseous refrigerant is in a gaseous state, flowing from the slots 33 into the interior of the housing 10 and coming into contact with the refrigerant sensor 52, it is detected by the refrigerant sensor 52. Thus, for example, by arranging the alarm device 100 at the bottom of the indoor unit in the air conditioner, it is possible to detect the refrigerant that has leaked and is flowing vertically from the indoor unit to the floor using the refrigerant sensor 52.
[0064] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the second connector 53 is attached to a right-hand side section of the sensor substrate 51. The cable connector 90b of the cable 90, which extends from the first connector 46, is detachably connected to the second connector 53. By electrically connecting the first connector 46 and the second connector 53 via the cable 90, the sensor substrate 51 is electrically connected to the alarm element substrate 41.
[0065] The IC chip 54 is mounted on the left side of an upper side section of the sensor substrate 51. The IC chip 54 is a rectangular plate with a surface oriented in the X direction from front to back. The IC chip 54 is located on the top of the refrigerant sensor 52 and on the left side of the second connector 53. When the refrigerant sensor 52 detects refrigerant, the IC chip 54 sends a signal via cable 90 to the alarm element substrate 41, indicating that refrigerant has been detected by the refrigerant sensor 52. When a signal is sent from the IC chip 54 to the alarm element substrate 41, the indicator light 45b illuminates, and a notification is generated from the speaker 42, indicating that refrigerant has leaked.
[0066] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the alarm device 100 comprises the inner element 60, the button element 70, and the transparent element 80. The inner element 60, the button element 70, and the transparent element 80 are located on the inside of the housing 10. The inner element 60 is situated between the alarm element substrate 41 and the cover wall 31 in the X direction from front to back. The button element 70 and the transparent element 80 are situated in the X direction from front to back between the inner element 60 and the cover wall 31.
[0067] The inner element 60 in the present embodiment is an element that has light-blocking properties in order to block light emitted by luminaires 45. The inner element 60 is, for example, made of resin. Fig. Figure 10 is a perspective view showing the interior element 60. Fig. Figure 11 is a perspective view showing the interior element 60 from a different angle than the angle of the interior element 60 from Fig. 10 shows. Fig. Figure 12 is a cross-sectional view showing the interior element 60. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the inner element 60 extends in the Z direction from top to bottom. The inner element 60 comprises a main body 61, a first projection wall 62a, a frame wall 62b, a pair of first light-shielding walls 62e, a second light-shielding wall 62f, a light-shielding tube 63, and a pair of fixed sections 64a and 64b.
[0068] As in Fig. 10 to Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the main body 61 has a rectangular shape extending downwards in the Z direction. One plate surface of the main body 61 is oriented front-to-back in the X direction. The main body 61 has the opposite wall 61a, the stop wall 61b, and an upper side wall 61c. The opposite wall 61a, the stop wall 61b, and the upper side wall 61c are connected in the following order when viewed from the bottom, moving towards the top.
[0069] The opposite wall 61a is a lower side section of the main body 61. One end on the underside of the opposite wall 61a is an end on the underside of the main body 61. The opposite wall 61a has a long rectangular shape in the Z direction from top to bottom, viewed from the X direction from front to back. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the opposite wall 61a is located on the rear (-X-side) of the slots 33 and is oriented towards the slots 33 in the X direction from front to back. The opposite wall 61a is located at a distance from the rear of the second projecting wall 35, which is formed at the circumferential edges of each of the slots 33. An edge on the right side of the opposite wall 61a is located closer to the right side than the majority of the slots 33. An end on the left side of the opposite wall 61a is located closer to the left side than the majority of the slots 33.
[0070] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, one end on the top of the opposite wall 61a is located closer to the top than the ends on the top of the slots 33. The end on the underside of the opposite wall 61a is located closer to the bottom than the ends on the underside of the slots 33. The end on the underside of the opposite wall 61a is located separately from a portion located on the underside of the outer circumferential wall 32 of the cover 30. In other words, an end on the underside of the opposite wall 61a is located separately closer to the top in the vertical direction than a surface located on the underside of an inner surface of the housing 10.
[0071] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the stop wall 61b is connected to the top of the opposite wall 61a. The stop wall 61b is a central part of the main body 61 in the Z direction from top to bottom. The stop wall 61b has a semi-square shape when viewed from the X direction from front to back. A through-hole 61d, which passes through the stop wall 61b in the X direction from front to back, is formed in the stop wall 61b. The through-hole 61d is a cylindrically shaped hole that is formed in a central part of the stop wall 61b in the Y direction from left to right and in the central part of the stop wall 61b in the Z direction from top to bottom. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the stop wall 61b is located between a button main body 72 of the button element 70, which will be mentioned later, and the switching element 44 in the direction X from front to back.
[0072] As in Fig. 10 and Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the upper side wall 61c is connected to the top of the stop wall 61b. The stop wall 61b is an upper side section of the main body 61. One end at the top of the upper side wall 61c is an end at the top of the main body 61. The upper side wall 61c has a long rectangular shape in the Z direction from top to bottom, viewed in the X direction from front to back. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, one end is closer to the top of the upper side wall 61c than the transparent element 80.
[0073] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the first projecting wall 62a projects towards the front (+X-side) of the opposite wall 61a. In the present embodiment, a pair of first projecting walls 62a is provided in the Y direction from left to right, with a space between them. Each of the pair of first projecting walls 62a projects from each edge of both edges of the opposite wall 61a towards the front in the Y direction from left to right. The pair of first projecting walls 62a extends from the upper end of the opposite wall 61a to the lower end in the Z direction from top to bottom. In the present embodiment, the pair of first projecting walls 62a has a long, thin, rectangular shape that extends in the Z direction from top to bottom. The plate surfaces of the pair of first projecting walls 62a are oriented in the Y direction from left to right.
[0074] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the pair of first projecting walls 62a projects from the opposite wall 61a towards the cover wall 31. The pair of first projecting walls 62a is arranged such that a plurality of second projecting walls 35 are arranged between the pair of first projecting walls in the Y direction from left to right. More precisely, the front ends on the front (+X-side) of the pair of first projecting walls 62a are arranged such that ends of first walls 35a are located on the rear (-X-side) of the plurality of second projecting walls 35, and the second wall 35b is arranged between the front ends on the front (+X-side) of the pair of first projecting walls 62a in the Y direction from left to right.
[0075] The pair of first projecting walls 62a is arranged separately from the plurality of second projecting walls 35 in the Y direction from left to right. The ends at the front of the pair of first projecting walls 62a (+X-side) are located closer to the front than the ends at the rear (-X-side) of the second projecting walls 35. Viewed in the Y direction from left to right, the ends at the front of the pair of first projecting walls 62a overlap with the ends at the rear of the first walls 35a, the plurality of second projecting walls 35, and the second wall 35b. In other words, the first projecting wall 62a and the second projecting wall 35 have sections that overlap when viewed in the Y direction from left to right. Ends at the front of the first projecting walls 62a are located at the rear of the cover wall 31 with a gap between them. The ends on the front of the first projecting walls 62a are arranged in the same position in the direction X from front to back as surfaces on the front of the second walls 35b of the second projecting walls 35.
[0076] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the frame wall 62b projects from an outer circumferential edge of the stop wall 61b to the front (+X-side). The frame wall 62b has the shape of a semi-square frame. An edge on the front of the frame wall 62b is closer to the back (-X-side) than an edge on the front of the first projection wall 62a. Ends on the top of the pair of first projection walls 62a are connected to both ends in the left-to-right Y direction by ends on the underside of the frame wall 62b.
[0077] The pair of first light-shielding walls 62e has light-blocking properties to block the light emitted by the light sources 45. Each of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e projects from both ends of the upper side wall 61c in the Y direction from left to right towards the front (+X-side). The pair of first light-shielding walls 62e extends in the Z direction from top to bottom. The pair of first light-shielding walls 62e forms a long, semi-rectangular plate in the Z direction from top to bottom. Plate surfaces of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e are oriented in the Y direction from left to right. Ends at the front of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e are positioned closer to the front than ends at the front of the first projecting walls 62a.Each end of the ends on the underside of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e is connected to one end of both ends in the direction Y from left to right of ends on the top of the frame wall 62b.
[0078] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the transparent element 80 is arranged in the Y direction from left to right between the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e. More precisely, a substrate 81, which will be mentioned later, is arranged from the transparent element 80 in the Y direction from left to right between the front end sections of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e. The pair of first light-shielding walls 62e are spaced at intervals in the Y direction from left to right of the substrate 81 of the transparent element 80. Ends at the front of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e (+X-side) face a surface at the rear of the cover wall 31 in the X direction from front to back over a small distance.
[0079] The second light-shielding wall 62f has light-blocking properties to block light emitted by the light sources 45. As in Fig. 10 and in Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the second light-shielding wall 62f projects from an edge at the top of the upper side wall 61c towards the front (+X-side). One end at the front of the second light-shielding wall 62f is positioned in the same front-to-back direction (X) as the front ends of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, the second light-shielding wall 62f extends in the Y direction from left to right. The second light-shielding wall 62f is connected at both ends to one side of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e, i.e., at both ends on the top side. The second light-shielding wall 62f is a long rectangular plate extending in the Y direction from left to right. One surface of the plate of the second light-shielding wall 62f is oriented in the Z direction from top to bottom.
[0080] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the second light-shielding wall 62f covers one side of the transparent element 80 from the Z direction, i.e., from the top. More precisely, a front section of the second light-shielding wall 62f covers the substrate 81 of the transparent element 80, which will be discussed later, from the top. One end at the front of the second light-shielding wall 62f faces the surface on the rear (-X-side) of the cover wall 31 in the X direction, from front to back, over a short distance. The second light-shielding wall 62f covers one end of a side near the Z direction, from top to bottom, on the surface on the inside of the housing 10, from both ends in the Z direction, from top to bottom of the transparent element 80; thus, one end on the top side covers the top side.
[0081] As in Fig. 10 to Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the light-shielding tube 63 has a tubular shape extending from front to back in the X direction. In the present embodiment, the light-shielding tube 63 has a square tubular shape. Viewed from front to back in the X direction, the outer shape of the light-shielding tube 63 is a long, rounded, rectangular shape extending from left to right in the Y direction. The light-shielding tube 63 is open at both ends in the X direction from front to back. A plurality of light-shielding tubes 63 are provided in the Z direction from top to bottom, with a space between them.
[0082] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 12, the light-shielding tube 63 projects from the upper side wall 61c to both sides in the X direction from front to back. The light-shielding tube 63 has a rear tube 63a, which projects closer to the rear (-X side) than the upper side wall 61c, and a front tube 63b, which projects closer to the front (+X side) than the upper side wall 61c. A dimension in the X direction from front to back of the rear tube 63a is larger than a dimension in the X direction from front to back of the front tube 63b. A dimension in the Z direction from top to bottom of the front tube 63b is slightly smaller than a dimension in the Z direction from top to bottom of the rear tube 63a. One end at the rear of the rear tube 63a is an end at the rear of the light shielding tube 63. One end at the front of the front tube 63b is an end at the front of the light shielding tube 63.The end at the front of the front tube 63b is closer to the rear than the end at the front of the first light-shielding wall 62e and than the end at the front of the second light-shielding wall 62f. The front tube 63b is located in the left-to-right direction Y between the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e.
[0083] Between the two adjacent rear tubes 63a, a connecting rib 65a is formed in the Z direction from top to bottom, connecting the two adjacent rear tubes 63a. The connecting rib 65a extends in the X direction from front to back. One end at the rear (-X side) of the connecting rib 65a is located closer to the front (+X side) of the rear tube 63a than one end at the rear. One end at the front of the connecting rib 65a is connected to the upper side wall 61c.
[0084] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, each of the light-shielding tubes 63 extends from each of the light sources 45 to the transparent elements 80. In the present embodiment, the ends on the rear (-X-side) of the light-shielding tubes 63 are arranged at approximately the same position in the front-to-back direction X as the end faces on the front (+X-side) of the light sources 45. The end faces on the front of the light sources 45 are exposed at the openings on the rear of the light-shielding tubes 63. The ends on the rear of the light-shielding tubes 63 are arranged separately further forward than the alarm element substrate 41. The ends on the front of the light-shielding tubes 63 are in contact with a surface on the rear of each of the transparent elements 80. Each of the light-shielding tubes 63 directs the light emitted by the light sources 45 to each of the transparent elements 80.
[0085] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 10, a pair of fixed sections 64a and 64b project from the main body 61 in the Y direction from left to right. Fixed section 64a projects from the right side of a lower side section of the main body 61. Fixed section 64b projects from the left side of an upper side section of the main body 61. Fixed section 64a is fastened to the fastening device 34a formed on the cover wall 31 by means of a bolt. Fixed section 64b is fastened to the fastening device 34b formed on the cover wall 31 by means of a bolt. Accordingly, the inner element 60 is fastened to the cover wall 31.
[0086] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, a rib 61e, extending downwards in the Z direction, is formed on a surface at the rear (-X side) of the inner element 60. One end at the top of the rib 61e is connected to the rear tube 63a of the light-shielding tube 63, which is located closest to the bottom of the three light-shielding tubes 63. An end at the bottom of the rib 61e is positioned separately closer to the top than an end at the bottom of the main body 61. A pair of ribs 61e is provided in the Y direction from left to right, with a space between them. The pair of ribs 61e is arranged such that the through-hole 61d is located between the pair of ribs 61e in the Y direction from left to right.
[0087] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the button element 70 is located on the front (+X-side) of the switching element 44. The button element 70 is used by the user to press the switching element 44. The user can press the switching element 44 via the button element 70 by pressing the button element 70 from an outer surface of the housing 10 towards the rear (-X-side). The button element 70 is made of plastic, for example.
[0088] Fig. Figure 13 is a perspective view showing button element 70. Fig. Figure 14 is a perspective view showing button element 70 from a different angle than the angle of button element 70 from Fig. 13 shows. Fig. Figure 15 is a cross-sectional view showing the button element 70 in a pressed-in state. As in Fig. 13 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the button element 70 has a mounting frame 71, the button main body 72, a projection 74 and a pair of connections 75 and 76.
[0089] The mounting frame 71 is a long, rounded rectangular frame oriented in the Y direction from left to right. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the mounting frame 71 is located on the front (+X-side) of the stop wall 61b of the inner element 60. The mounting frame 71 extends further forward on both sides in the Y direction (from left to right) than the stop wall 61b. The mounting frame 71 is in contact with a side section of the frame wall 62b, which extends on both sides in the Y direction (from left to right) and is formed on the outer circumferential edge of the stop wall 61b. Accordingly, the button element 70 is positioned in the X direction (from front to back) with respect to the inner element 60.
[0090] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 13, a pair of overhangs 77a and 77b, projecting towards the inside of the mounting frame 71, and a pair of mating recesses 78a and 78b, projecting towards the front (-X-side) from the pair of overhangs 77a and 77b, are formed on an inner edge of the mounting frame 71. The overhang 77a is formed at a corner of the top and on the right side from the inner edge of the mounting frame 71. The overhang 77b is formed at a corner of the bottom and on the left side from the inner edge of the mounting frame 71.
[0091] The mating recess 78a is a cylindrical shape projecting from a lower side section of the overhang 77a towards the front (+X-side). The mating recess 78b is a cylindrical shape projecting from an upper side section of the overhang 77b towards the front. The mating recess 78b fits into the mating hole 31c, which is formed on a surface on the rear (-X-side) of the cover wall 31 from the rear. The mating recess 78b fits into the mating hole 31d, which is formed on a surface on the rear of the cover wall 31 from the rear. By fitting each of the pairs of mating recesses 78a and 78b into each of the pairs of mating holes 31c and 31d, a position of the button element 70 is determined in relation to the cover wall 31 in the Z direction from top to bottom and in the Y direction from left to right.
[0092] The button body 72 is located on a central section in the Y direction from left to right on the inside of the mounting frame 71. The button body 72 is connected to the mounting frame 71 via the pair of connections 75 and 76. As shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the main body of the button 72 has a square box shape that opens towards the back (-X side). As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the button body 72 is arranged between the inner element 60 and the cover wall 31 in the X direction from front to back. The button body 72 is movable towards the switching element 44. In particular, the button body 72 moves backward after being pressed by the user in the direction of the rear. In the following explanation of a relative position relationship, unless otherwise specified, the relative position relationship of the button body 72 is that in which the button body 72 is in a state where it is not being pressed by the user.
[0093] The button body 72 is arranged such that it faces the front (+X-side) of the stop wall 61b. The button body 72 has a connected section 72a and an exposed section 72b. The connected section 72a is a rear side section of the button body 72. The connected section 72a is located on an inner side of the mounting frame 71. The connected section 72a is in contact with the frame rib 38a, which is formed on a surface on the rear (-X-side) of the cover wall 31. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the button body 72 from protruding from the first opening 31a to the front.
[0094] The exposed section 72b is a front side section of the button main body 72. The exposed section 72b is connected to a front face of the connected section 72a. The exposed section 72b protrudes closer to the front face than the mounting frame 71. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 13, a dimension of the exposed section 72b in the left-to-right direction Y is smaller than a dimension of the connected section 72a in the left-to-right direction Y. A dimension of the exposed section 72b in the top-to-bottom direction Z is smaller than a dimension of the connected section 72a in the top-to-bottom direction Z. An outer edge of the connected section 72a, viewed in the front-to-back direction X, is located closer to the outside than an outer edge of the exposed section 72b.
[0095] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the exposed section 72b is fitted from the rear (-X side) into the first opening 31a formed in the cover wall 31. The exposed section 72b closes the first opening 31a. A surface on the front (+X side) of the exposed section 72b is open to the front of the housing 10 via the first opening 31a. Accordingly, a portion of the button body 72 is open to the outside of the housing 10 via the first opening 31a. In the present embodiment, a surface on the front of the button body 72 is located at the same position as a surface on the front of the cover wall 31 in the X direction from front to back.
[0096] The projection 74 extends from the button body 72 towards the switching element 44. In the present embodiment, the projection 74 extends towards the rear (-X-side) from a surface on the rear of the exposed section 72b out of the button body 72. The projection 74 is inserted through the through-hole 61d formed in the stop wall 61b and faces the switching element 44. More precisely, the projection 74 is inserted from the front (+X-side) through the through-hole 61d and faces the switch body 44b of the switching element 44. One end at the rear of the projection 74 faces the switch body 44b from front to back in the X direction by a distance. The projection 74 is closer to the rear than the stop wall 61b. As shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 14, the projection 74 has a cylindrical shape that opens towards the rear. The projection 74 is formed integrally with the button body 72 and moves in the X direction from front to back when the button body 72 moves in the X direction from front to back. In other words, the projection 74 is movable towards the switching element 44 in a similar way to the button body 72.
[0097] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 13, each connection of the pair of connections 75 and 76 is connected to the mounting frame 71 and the button body 72. The pair of connections 75 and 76 is elastically deformable in the front-to-back direction X. The pair of connections 75 and 76 deforms in the front-to-back direction X when the button body 72 is pressed in the front-to-back direction X. After the button body 72 has been pressed, the elastically deformed pair of connections 75 and 76 returns to its original shape after the applied force is removed from the button body 72. Accordingly, the button body 72 moves forward and returns to its original position.Connection 75 is connected to a lower side section of a side on the right side from the inner edge of the mounting frame 71 and to an upper end of an edge on the right side from connection section 72a in the button body 72. Connection 76 is connected to an upper side section of a side on the left side from the inner edge of the mounting frame 71 and to a lower end of an edge on the left side from connection section 72a in the button body 72.
[0098] The connection 75 comprises a first extension 75a, extending to the left side from the lower side section of the right side outwards from the inner edges of the support frame 71; a second extension 75b, extending to the upper side from an end on the left side of the first extension 75a; and a third extension 75c, which is connected to an upper end of the connected section 72a, extending to the left side from an end on the upper side of the second extension 75b. The first extension 75a is located on the underside of the overhang 77a. The second extension 75b is located on the left side of the overhang 77a.
[0099] The connection 76 comprises a first extension 76a, extending to the right side from the upper side section of the side on the left side from the inner edges of the support frame 71; a second extension 76b, extending to the underside from an end on the right side of the first extension 76a; and a third extension 76c, connected to a lower end of the connected section 72a, extending to the right side from an end on the underside of the second extension 76b. The first extension 76a is located on the upper side of the overhang 77b. The third extension 76c is located on the right side of the overhang 77b.
[0100] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 15, when the user presses the exposed section 72b of the button body 72 towards the rear (-X side), the button body 72 and the projection 74 move together to the rear. Accordingly, the projection 74 is in contact with the switch body 44b, and the projection 74 pushes the switch body 44b out from the rear. Therefore, it is possible to push the switching element 44 by moving the projection 74 towards the switching element 44. It is also possible for the user to press the button body 72 towards the rear until the section 72a of the button body 72, which is connected to the button body, is in contact with the stop wall 61b from the front (+X side). In a state where the button body 72 is pressed until the connected section 72a makes contact with the stop wall 61b from the front, the switch body 44b is pushed in by the projection 74 to the rear, and the switching element 44 is in an operating state. Accordingly, the stop wall 61b is in contact with the switch body 72 in a state where the projection 74 presses the switching element 44.
[0101] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the transparent element 80 is located on an upper side section of the housing 10. The transparent element 80 is a transparent element capable of transmitting light emitted by the light sources 45. In the present embodiment, the transparent element 80 is a semi-transparent element. The transparent element 80 can also be a fully transparent element. For example, the transparent element 80 is made of resin. The transparent element 80 is located in the front-to-back direction X between the light-shielding tube 63 and the cover wall 31. The transparent element 80 covers the second opening 31b, which is formed on the inside of the housing 10 in the cover wall 31.
[0102] Fig. Figure 16 is a perspective view showing the transparent element 80. Fig. Figure 17 is a perspective view showing the transparent element 80 from a different angle than the angle of the transparent element 80 in Fig. 16 shows. As in Fig. 16 and Fig. As shown in Figure 17, the transparent element 80 is a long, rounded, semi-rectangular plate oriented in the Z direction from top to bottom. One plate face of the transparent element 80 is oriented in the X direction from front to back. ... Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the transparent element 80 has a base 81 and a projection 82.
[0103] Base 81 has a long, rounded, semi-rectangular shape oriented in the Z direction from top to bottom. One plate surface of base 81 is oriented in the X direction from front to back. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the base 81 is held against an inner side of the mounting rib 36. An edge on the underside of the base 81 is held by the first rib 36a. An edge on the left side (-Y side) of the base 81 is held by the second rib 36b. Accordingly, the transparent element 80 is positioned in the Z direction from top to bottom and in the Y direction from left to right with respect to the cover wall 31.
[0104] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, the base 81 is arranged in the X direction from front to back between the cover wall 31 and the light-shielding tube 63. The base 81 is in contact with the cover wall 31 and the light-shielding tube 63. The base 81 is pressed against the cover wall 31 from the rear (-X side) by the light-shielding tube 63. This prevents the transparent element 80 from shifting in the X direction from front to back.
[0105] As in Fig. 16 and Fig. As shown in Figure 17, a hole 81a is formed in the base 81, which penetrates the base 81 in the X direction from front to back. The hole 81a is an elongated hole extending in the Y direction from left to right. Two holes 81a are provided in the Z direction from top to bottom, with a space between them. The two holes 81a are formed at equal intervals, approximately one-third of the way along the total length of the base 81 in the Z direction from top to bottom. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, each of the two light-shielding ribs 37, which are formed on a surface on the rear (-X-side) of the cover wall 31, is inserted through each of the two holes 81a in the X direction from front to back. One end on the rear side of the light-shielding rib 37 projects further towards the rear than a surface on the rear side of the base 81. The end on the rear side of the light-shielding rib 37 is located between the front ends of the front tubes 63b of the adjacent light-shielding tubes 63 in the Z direction from top to bottom.
[0106] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 16, a pair of engagement grooves 81b and 81c are formed at the base 81. The engagement groove 81b extends from a left side section at an edge on the top surface of the base 81 to the bottom surface. The engagement groove 81b penetrates the base 81 in the X direction from front to back. The engagement groove 81c extends from a right side section at an edge on the bottom surface of the base 81. The engagement groove 81c penetrates the base 81 in the X direction from front to back. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 9, the fourth rib 36d of the retaining rib 36 is inserted into and engages with an inner surface of the engagement groove 81b. The fifth rib 36e of the retaining rib 36 is inserted into and engages with an inner surface of the engagement groove 81c. By engaging surfaces on the inner surface of each of the engagement grooves 81b and 81c in the Y direction from left to right, the fourth rib 36d and the fifth rib 36e prevent the transparent element 80 from shifting in the Y direction from left to right.
[0107] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 16, the projection 82 extends from the base 81 to the front (+X-side). The projection 82 has a long, thin, rectangular shape extending from left to right in the Y direction. A plurality of projections 82 are provided in the Z direction from top to bottom, with a space between them. In the present embodiment, three projections 82 are provided. One of the three projections 82 is located closer to the top than the two holes 81a. Another of the three projections 82 is located in the Z direction from top to bottom between the two holes 81a. The remaining projection 82 is located closer to the bottom than the two holes 81a. In other words, the two holes 81a are formed in sections located between the projections 82 that are adjacent in the Z direction from top to bottom from the base 81.
[0108] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, each of the three projections 82 is inserted into an inner surface of each of the three secondary openings 31b formed in the cover wall 31. In the present embodiment, each of the projections 82 is fitted into the inner surface of each of the secondary openings 31b. Each of the projections 82 closes each of the secondary openings 31b. A surface on the front (+X-side) of each of the projections 82 projects beyond each of the secondary openings 31b to the front of the cover wall 31. Accordingly, a portion of each of the projections 82 projects beyond each of the secondary openings 31b to the outside of the housing 10. A surface on the front of each of the projections 82 is arranged at the same position as the surface on the front of the cover wall 31 in the X direction from front to back.
[0109] Light emitted from each of the light sources 45 enters the interior of the base 81 of the transparent element 80 by passing through an inner part of each of the light-shielding tubes 63. Light entering the interior of the base 81 from each of the light sources 45 passes from the interior of the base 81 into the interior of each of the projections 82 and is emitted from surfaces on the front of each of the projections 82 to the outside of the housing 10. Accordingly, it is possible for the user to visually confirm the light emitted from each of the light sources 45 from the outside of the housing 10.
[0110] According to the present embodiment, the inner element 60, which is located on the inside of the housing 10, comprises the opposite wall 61a, which is arranged to face the slot 33, and the first projecting wall 62a, which projects from the opposite wall 61a towards the cover wall 31 and extends downwards in the Z direction, i.e., a direction of extension in which the slot 33 extends. The second projecting wall 35, which projects towards the opposite wall 61a from an edge lying from left to right in the Y direction (a cutting direction), a circumferential end of the slot 33, and extends downwards in the Z direction, is formed on a surface on the inside of the housing 10 in the cover wall 31, the cutting direction intersecting the Z direction from top to bottom. The first projection wall 62a and the second projection wall 35 have sections that overlap in the Y direction when viewed from left to right. As in . Fig. As shown in Figure 8, it is possible to construct a labyrinth structure with a wall extending from front to back in the X direction using the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a, and the second projecting wall 35 at a location opposite the slots 33 on the inside of the housing 10. Accordingly, even if a liquid such as water or the like enters the interior of the housing 10 through the slots 33, it is easy to block the liquid using at least part of the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a, and / or the second projecting wall 35, and it is possible to prevent the liquid from reaching electronic components inside the housing 10. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a malfunction in the electronic components housed inside the housing 10.
[0111] On the other hand, even when the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a, and the second projecting wall 35 are provided, it is easy for the refrigerant in a gaseous state to flow into the interior of the housing 10 from the gaps between each of the aforementioned walls, thus easily reaching the refrigerant sensor 52. This makes it possible to prevent the refrigerant sensor 52 from being obstructed from detecting the refrigerant. In particular, in the present embodiment, as mentioned above, since it is possible to make it difficult for the liquid, such as water, to reach the electronic components housed inside the housing 10 using the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a, and the second projecting wall 35, it is easier to make the slots 33 larger than usual.Accordingly, it is possible to make the openings of the slots 33 relatively larger to facilitate the flow of refrigerant inside the housing 10 to the refrigerant sensor 52 via the slots 33, while simultaneously preventing liquids such as water from reaching the electronic components inside the housing 10. Therefore, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent a decrease in the refrigerant detection accuracy by the refrigerant sensor 52, while simultaneously preventing malfunctions in the electronic components inside the housing 10.
[0112] In the present embodiment, the “electronic parts housed inside the housing 10” comprise various parts that configure the first substrate unit 40 and various parts that configure the second substrate unit 50.
[0113] In the present embodiment, the fluid, such as water or the like, which is blocked by the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a, and the second projecting wall 35, flows due to gravity along each of the walls to the underside and is drained from a lower end of the slots 33 to the outside of the housing 10. In the present embodiment, since the slots 33 open in the vertical direction towards the underside, it is easier to drain the fluid, such as water or the like, flowing vertically towards the underside from the lower ends of the slots 33 to the outside of the housing 10.
[0114] According to the present embodiment, the second projecting wall 35 comprises a first wall 35a, which projects towards the opposite wall 61a from an edge of the circumferential edge of the slot 33 located in the left-to-right direction Y, and a second wall 35b, which projects in the left-to-right direction Y from a point in the projection direction of the first wall 35a and faces the slots 33. In this way, it is easy to block the liquid, such as water or the like, entering through the slots 33 using the second wall 35b of the second projecting wall 35, and it is possible to prevent the liquid, such as water or the like, from reaching the electronic components inside the housing 10.
[0115] According to the present embodiment, the second wall 35b projects in one direction such that it approaches the refrigerant sensor 52 from left to right in direction Y. As in Fig.As shown in Figure 8, the gaps between the circumferential edges of the slots 33 and the tips of the second wall 35b open towards the side in the left-to-right direction Y where the refrigerant sensor 52 is located. Accordingly, in contrast to the gaps being open towards the side facing away from the refrigerant sensor 52 in the left-to-right direction Y, the refrigerant entering the interior of the housing 10 in a gaseous state from the slots 33 can easily flow towards the refrigerant sensor 52. Therefore, it is possible to prevent liquids such as water from reaching the electronic components inside the housing 10 by using the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a, and the second projecting wall 35, and it is possible to appropriately prevent the refrigerant in a gaseous state from reaching the refrigerant sensor 52 with difficulty. In this way it is possible to appropriately suppress a reduction in the detection accuracy of the refrigerant by the refrigerant sensor 52.
[0116] According to the present embodiment, a plurality of slots 33 and second projecting walls 35 are provided in the left-to-right direction Y, with gaps between them. A pair of first projecting walls 62a is provided such that the plurality of second projecting walls 35 are arranged between them in the left-to-right direction Y. In this way, even if a liquid, such as water or the like, enters from the slots 33 and flows over the second projecting walls 35 on both sides in the left-to-right direction Y, it is possible to block the liquid, such as water or the like, in the left-to-right direction Y using one of the two first projecting walls 62a. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately prevent the liquid, such as water or the like, from reaching the electronic components inside the housing 10.Since the slots 33 are provided in multiples, it is possible for the refrigerant to easily flow through the slots 33 into the interior of the housing 10. Accordingly, it is possible to appropriately suppress any reduction in the refrigerant detection accuracy by the refrigerant sensor 52.
[0117] According to the present embodiment, one end on the underside is arranged separately closer to the top in the vertical direction of the opposite wall 61a than a surface located on the underside in the vertical direction from the surface inside the housing 10. In this way, the liquid, such as water or the like, which flows towards the underside in the vertical direction due to gravity after being blocked by the opposite wall 61a, the first projecting wall 62a and the second projecting wall 35, flows through the gap between the opposite wall 61a and the surface inside the housing 10, and it is possible to easily drain the liquid, such as water or the like, to the outside of the housing 10 from the slots 33.In the present embodiment, since the first projecting wall 62a and the second projecting wall 35 extend in the vertical direction (direction Z from top to bottom), it is easy for the liquid, such as water or the like, which is blocked by the various projecting walls, to flow to the bottom in the vertical direction, and it is easy to discharge the liquid, such as water or the like, to the outside of the housing 10 via the slots 33 from a space that is located closer to the bottom than the opposite wall 61a.
[0118] According to the present embodiment, the inner element 60 has a stop wall 61b located between the button body 72 of the button element 70 and the switching element 44. The projection 74 of the button element 70 is guided through the through-hole 61d in the stop wall 61b, which is configured to face the switching element 44, and is able to press the switching element 44 by moving towards it. The stop wall 61b is in contact with the button body 72 in a state in which the projection 74 presses the switching element 44. When the user presses the button element 70, it is possible to hold the button body 72 from the rear (-X side) using the stop wall 61b. This prevents the button body 72 from being pressed and moved to the rear more than necessary. Therefore, it is possible to prevent excessive force from being exerted on the switching element 44 by the projection 74, and it is also possible to prevent excessive force from being exerted on the alarm element substrate 41 to which the switching element 44 is attached. In this way, damage to the switching element 44 and the alarm element substrate 41 is prevented.
[0119] In the present embodiment, the inner element 60 has a function of preventing liquid, such as water or the like, from reaching the electronic components, and it has a function of preventing the button element 70 from being pressed more than necessary. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent an increase in the number of components of the alarm device 100 while achieving the effects of the two aforementioned functions.
[0120] According to the present embodiment, the inner element 60 has the light-shielding tube 63, which extends from a light source 45 to the transparent element 80 and directs the light emitted by the light source 45 to the transparent element 80. In this way, the light-shielding tube 63 prevents the light emitted by the light source 45 from being emitted to the outside of the housing 10 from anywhere other than through the second opening 31b, which corresponds to the light source 45. Accordingly, it is possible for the user to easily visually confirm the light emitted by the light source 45 from the outside of the housing 10.
[0121] According to the present embodiment, the transparent element 80 has a base 81, which is arranged between the cover wall 31 and the light-shielding tube 63, and a projection 82, which extends from the base 81 and is inserted into the inner side of the second opening 31b. The base 81 is connected to the cover wall 31 and the light-shielding tube 63. In this way, it is possible to press the transparent element 80 firmly against the cover wall 31 using the light-shielding tube 63 of the inner element 60. Accordingly, displacement of the transparent element 80 in the X direction from front to back by the inner element 60 is suppressed.By inserting the projection 82 through the inside of the second opening 31b, the projection 82 hooks onto a surface on the inside of the second opening 31b, and it is possible to prevent a displacement of the transparent element 80 in the direction Z from top to bottom and in the direction Y from left to right.
[0122] According to the present embodiment, several of the light sources 45, the light-shielding tubes 63, and the second openings 31b are provided with intervals between them in the direction Z from top to bottom. The inner element 60 has a pair of first light-shielding walls 62e, between which the transparent element 80 is arranged in the direction Y from left to right. In this way, the light entering the transparent element 80 from the light source 45 is prevented from being emitted in the direction Y from left to right by means of the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e. Each of the light-shielding tubes 63 also prevents the light emitted by each of the light sources 45 from mixing with each other.Accordingly, it is possible to direct light emitted by each of the luminaires 45 appropriately to each of the projections 82 located on the inside of each of the second openings 31b. Therefore, it is possible for the user to visually confirm the light emitted by each of the luminaires 45 from the outside of the housing 10 without further ado.
[0123] According to the present embodiment, the inner element 60 has a second light-shielding wall 62f that covers the transparent element 80 from one side in the direction Z from top to bottom. The second light-shielding wall 62f is connected at both ends on one side in the direction Z from top to bottom to the pair of first light-shielding walls 62e. In this way, light entering the transparent element 80 from the light source 45 is prevented by the second light-shielding wall 62f from being emitted on one side in the direction Z from top to bottom. In the present embodiment, light entering the transparent element 80 from the light source 45 is prevented by the second light-shielding wall 62f from being emitted towards the top.In this way, it is possible to direct the light emitted by the various light sources 45 more appropriately to each of the projections 82 located on the inside of each of the second openings 31b. Therefore, it is possible for the user to visually confirm the light emitted by each light source 45 from the outside of the housing 10 without further ado.
[0124] According to the present embodiment, the second light-shielding wall 62f covers one end on a side near the direction Z from top to bottom of the surface on the inside of the housing 10, and from both ends in the direction Z of the transparent element 80. In this way, it is possible to appropriately suppress light emitted from the end on the side near the direction Z from top to bottom of the surface on the inside of the housing 10 from both ends in the direction Z from top to bottom of the transparent element 80 to the outside of the housing 10 using the second light-shielding wall 62f.
[0125] Even if light were to emerge from one end of the opposite side in the direction Z from top to bottom of the surface on the inside of the housing 10 from both ends in the direction Z of the top of the transparent element 80, it would be difficult for the emitted light to reach the surface on the inside of the housing 10, and thus it would be difficult for the emitted light to escape to the outside of the housing 10. In this way, even if a light-shielding wall covering the end of the opposite side in the direction Z from top to bottom of the surface on the inside of the housing 10 from both ends in the direction Z from top to bottom of the transparent element 80 is not provided in the inner element 60, it is still difficult for the light emitted by the luminaires 45 to escape to the outside of the housing 10 from anywhere other than the second opening 31b.In the present embodiment, the transparent element 80 is covered from below by the first rib 36a, which is formed on the cover wall 31. In this way, it is possible to prevent light entering the transparent element 80 from reaching the underside by using the first rib 36a.
[0126] In this embodiment, the inner element 60 has the function of preventing liquids such as water or the like from reaching the electronic components, as mentioned above, and it also has the function of appropriately directing light emitted by the light sources 45 to the outside of the housing 10. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress an increase in the number of components of the alarm device 100 while achieving the effects of the two functions mentioned above. As already mentioned, in the present embodiment, the inner element 60 also has the function of preventing the button element 70 from being pressed more than necessary. Therefore, it is possible to achieve these three functions with a single inner element 60.
[0127] According to the present embodiment, each of the light-shielding ribs 37 formed on the cover wall 31 extends from the front (+X-side) out of the base 81 of the transparent element 80 through each of the holes 81a formed between a pair of projections 82 in the Z direction from top to bottom. The light-shielding rib 37 projects further forward on the rear (-X-side) than the transparent element 80. The rear end of the light-shielding rib 37 is located between a pair of light-shielding tubes 63 in the Z direction from top to bottom. Accordingly, any light passing through an inner surface of each of the light-shielding tubes 63 and entering each of the transparent elements 80 is blocked by the light-shielding rib 37, and the mixing of light is prevented. Therefore, it is possible that each light emitted by each of the luminaires 45 is emitted individually via each of the projections 82 and each of the second openings 31b to the outside of the housing 10.
