DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0017] The present invention is described in more detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and exemplary embodiments.
[0018] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, the present invention provides a percussion instrument 100 comprising a hollow housing 1.
[0019] One side of the hollow housing 1 is provided with a round hole for sound production; a light-emitting element 2 is provided in the hollow housing 1; and at least one striking area 3 is also provided on the surface of the hollow housing 1. The at least one surface of the percussion instrument 100 is translucent, as shown in Fig. 1. Translucent surface 11 shown to represent a light color of the light-emitting element 2.
[0020] As in the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 to Fig. As shown in Figure 4, in this embodiment the shape of the impact area 3 can be pentagonal, wherein a sensor switch is provided which is electrically connected to the light-emitting element 2 in order to illuminate and deactivate the light-emitting element 2. As shown in Figure 4, the shape of the impact area 3 can be pentagonal, and a sensor switch is provided which is electrically connected to the light-emitting element 2 in order to illuminate and deactivate the light-emitting element 2. Fig. As shown in Figure 3, contact with the impact area 3 signifies a direct or indirect connection of the sensor switch. In the preferred solution, as shown in Figure 3, the contact area 3 is directly or indirectly connected to the sensor switch. Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the striking area 3 is located in the same position as the sensor switch. For example, the sensor switch is embedded in the striking area 3. In this embodiment, the sensor switch is an infrared sensor switch. The sensor switch has a sensing interval of 5 mm to 50 mm, and the user can calculate the sum of the thickness of the translucent area 11 and the distance between the sensor switch and the translucent area 11 to set the value of the sensor switch itself, ensuring that the light-emitting elements can be controlled to illuminate and extinguish under the condition of determining an effective striking action.
[0021] To visually determine the light color of the light-emitting element 2 during the impact process, the impact area 3 and the translucent surface 11 are preferably arranged in the same orientation within the hollow housing 1. That is, the impact area 3 and the translucent surface 11 are simultaneously in the line of sight.
[0022] As in the Fig. 3 to Fig. As shown in Figure 4, the striking area 3 preferably consists of three parts, namely a first striking position 31, a second striking position 32, and a third striking position 33. The light-emitting element 2 is a light-emitting element with three differently colored beams. In particular, the sensor switch of the first striking position 31 corresponds to the control of the light-emitting element with a first color, wherein the sensor switch of the second striking position 32 corresponds to the control of the light-emitting element with a second color, and wherein the sensor switch of the third striking position 33 corresponds to the control of the light-emitting element with a third color.
[0023] Preferably, the infrared sensor switches are provided at the first striking position 31, the second striking position 32, and the third striking position 33 of the striking area 3, and the translucent surface 11 is located near the front of the striking area 3. When the user strikes the first striking position 31, the second striking position 32, or the third striking position 33 with the palm of their hand, the corresponding infrared sensor switch receives the infrared radiation emitted by the human hand and switches the infrared sensor switch on, causing the corresponding connected light-emitting element 2 to emit light. When the hand leaves the striking position described above, the corresponding infrared sensor switch is switched off, causing the corresponding connected light-emitting element 2 to go out.The infrared sensor switch can quickly detect the user's hand, whether near or far from the action, instantly turning the light on or off, avoiding any delayed illumination or extinguishing. This ensures that learners or other observers can immediately see the colors displayed after striking to determine the position and sequence of the strikes. The translucent surface 11, made of transparent or translucent material, allows the infrared sensor switch to receive infrared rays from the human body. This enables the switch to detect whether the user's palm is near or far from the striking position and then to illuminate or extinguish the light-emitting element 2.
[0024] Preferably, the sensor switch for the first striking position 31, the sensor switch for the second striking position 32, and the sensor switch for the third striking position 33 form a triangle; the sensor switch for the second striking position 32 being located on a center line of the triangle, and the sensor switch for the first striking position 31 and the sensor switch for the third striking position 33 being arranged symmetrically to each other. This makes it easy and flexible to hit the three striking positions successively with different combinations of movements.
[0025] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, in this embodiment the light-emitting elements with three different colored light beams are one-piece light-emitting elements 2. Preferably, the light-emitting element with the first color is a green light emitter, while the light-emitting element with the second color is a red light emitter, and the light-emitting element with the third color is a blue light emitter. For example, the light-emitting element 2 is an array of LED light spheres of three different colors. The red light emitter is an LED light sphere that displays red light, the blue light emitter is an LED light sphere that displays blue light, and the green light emitter is an LED light sphere that displays green light. The LED light spheres for red light, the LED light spheres for blue light, and the LED light spheres for green light are arranged sequentially to form the light-emitting element 2 with a specific shape, and there is the same number of LED light spheres for the three different colored beams mentioned above. The shape of the light-emitting element 2 in this embodiment is square.
[0026] Preferably, to produce a uniform and soft light, the translucent surface 11 of the percussion instrument 100 is a double-sided, frosted acrylic sheet with a thickness of 1 mm to 8 mm. Furthermore, the light-emitting elements 2 are installed in corresponding areas on an inner wall of the hollow housing 1 directly opposite the translucent surface 11. In this way, the light is emitted from the back of the translucent surface 11 and penetrates the translucent surface 11 of the double-sided frosted acrylic with a thickness of 1 mm to 8 mm, thus creating a uniform and soft lighting effect. In this embodiment, the translucent surface 11 is the front of the percussion instrument 100 and the hollow housing 1, and the light-emitting element 2 is installed on the inside of the back of the percussion instrument 100 and the hollow housing 1; the round hole for sound generation is also located on the back of the hollow housing 1. In a preferred solution, the light-emitting element 2 is attached to the circumference of the round hole in order to make efficient use of the surface of the back wall of the hollow housing 1 and to achieve a desired lighting effect.
[0027] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 5, the percussion instrument 100 in this embodiment is also provided with a control circuit that connects the switch to the light-emitting element 2, as well as with a power input connection for connection to a power source, which can be a portable power source or connected to a household power source via a transformer. In particular, the control circuit is attached to the rear plate of the hollow housing 1.
[0028] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the percussion instrument 100 further comprises a resonating string 5 provided in the hollow housing 1 and an adjusting rod 6 on which the resonating string 5 is installed. At one end of the adjusting rod 6 is a rotary knob 8, which is provided on the outer surface of the hollow housing 1. For example, two ends of the adjusting rod 6 rest against the left and right side plates of the hollow housing 1, respectively, and the rotary knob 8 passes through the left and right side plates and is connected to one end of the adjusting rod 6.
[0029] In another embodiment, as in the Fig. 6 and Fig. As shown in Figure 7, the percussion instrument 100 further comprises an adjustment block 12, a return spring 13, a resonating string 5, and an adjustment rod 6 on which the resonating string 5 is installed, all provided within the hollow housing 1. For example, two ends of the adjustment rod 6 abut a left and a right side plate of the hollow housing 1, and two ends of the return spring 13 are fixedly connected to the adjustment rod 6 and the hollow housing 1. Preferably, one end of the return spring 13 is connected to the rear surface 61 of the adjustment rod 6 near the left side plate, and the other end of the return spring 13 is attached to the left side plate inside the hollow housing 1. The adjustment block 12 is provided on the inner surface of the hollow housing 1 and is located near the rear surface 61 of the adjustment rod 6.The adjusting block 12 has the shape of a rectangular body, and its surface facing the adjusting rod 6, as well as its lower surface, form a curved plane. A rotary knob 8, located on the outer surface of the hollow housing 1, is connected to one end of the adjusting block 12. For example, one end of the adjusting rod 12 rests against the left side plate of the hollow housing 1, and the rotary knob 8 extends through the left side plate and is connected to one end of the adjusting block 12. The hollow housing 1 is further provided with a limiting column 14. The limiting column 14 is fixed to the left side plate near the front surface 62 of the adjusting rod 6. When the user turns the rotary knob 8 counterclockwise, the adjusting block 12 connected to the rotary knob 8 is driven to follow the rotation. When the adjusting block 12 is rotated to rest against the rear surface 61 of the adjusting rod 6, the adjusting block 12 causes the adjusting rod 6 to rotate counterclockwise, the curved surface of the adjusting block 12 making the rotation of the adjusting block 12 smoother after it rests against the adjusting rod 6. The resonating string 5 on the adjusting rod 6 also follows the rotation, so that the other end of the resonating string 5, the end furthest from the fixed end, contacts the surface of the translucent area 11 until the front surface 62 of the adjusting rod 6 is stopped by contact with the limiting column 14. When the resonating string 5 contacts the translucent area 11, it causes a rustling sound in the tone produced by the percussion instrument 100.The limiting column 14 prevents excessive rotation of the adjusting rod 6 and excessive rotation of the resonant string 5, which would cause the end of the resonant string 5 to touch the rear surface of the striking area 3 and thus eliminate the effect of generating a rustling sound. Furthermore, the rotation of the rotary knob 8 not only allows the resonant string 5 to make contact with the translucent surface 11, but also allows the adjustment of the length ratio between the other end of the resonant string 5 and the fixed end that touches the translucent surface 11, so that the intensity of the rustling sound can be adjusted as desired. When the user turns the rotary knob 8 clockwise, the adjusting block 12 connected to the rotary knob 8 is driven to follow the rotation. As the adjusting block 12 gradually leaves the rear surface 61 of the adjusting rod 6, the return spring 13 begins to relax from its original tension state, so that the adjusting rod 6 gradually returns to its original position and the resonating string 5 follows the surface of the translucent area 11 and leaves it, so that no more rattling is produced when the percussion instrument 100 is struck. Furthermore, according to the adjustment described above, the adjusting block 12, the return spring 13, and the knob 8 can also be provided in corresponding positions on the right side plate, i.e., one end of the adjusting block 12 rests against the right side plate of the hollow housing 1, and the knob 8 passes through the right side plate and is connected to one end of the adjusting block 12; and the other end of the return spring 13 is attached to the right side plate of the hollow housing 1.If the user needs to make the resonant string 5 touch the translucent surface 11 to produce a rustling sound, the rotary knob 8 can be turned clockwise; if the user needs to make the resonant string 5 leave the surface of the translucent surface 11, the rotary knob 8 is turned counterclockwise.
[0030] Preferably, the number of resonant strings 5 provided on the adjusting rod 6 is two sets, wherein the resonant strings 5 are half-cut resonant strings, one set of the resonant strings 5 being provided on the adjusting rod 6 near a left side plate of the hollow housing 1, while the other set of resonant strings 5 being provided on the adjusting rod 6 near a right side plate of the hollow housing 1. The left and right positioning of the two sets of resonant strings 5 allows them to contact a larger area of the translucent surface 11, thus ensuring more even noise transmission and improving tone variation.
[0031] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 8, strings 9 can also be provided on the back surface of the translucent surface 11 to amplify the rustling sound. In this embodiment, two strings 9 are provided on the back surface of the translucent surface 11, with one end of one of the strings 9 being attached to the center position of the frame above the translucent surface 11 and the other end being attached to the lower left corner position of the frame of the translucent surface 11. One end of the other string 9 is also attached to the center position of the upper frame of the translucent surface 11 and the other end is attached to the lower right corner position of the frame of the translucent surface 11.
[0032] The use of the percussion instrument 100 of the present invention will below be described in connection with the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8 to Fig. 9 described in detail: S1: Switching the sensor switch to a normally open state and connecting the power supply; S2: Striking the striking area 3, so that the light of the light-emitting element 2 is switched on and the color of the light is displayed through the translucent surface 11.
[0033] Step S2 specifically involves striking the three striking areas 3. Specifically, when the first striking position 31, the second striking position 32, and the third striking position 33 are struck simultaneously, the translucent surface 11 displays a white light. When the first striking position 31 and the second striking position 32 are struck simultaneously, the translucent surface 11 displays a yellow light. When the first striking position 31 and the third striking position 33 are struck simultaneously, the translucent surface 11 displays a light blue light. When the second striking position 32 and the third striking position 33 are struck simultaneously, the translucent surface 11 glows with a violet light. When the first striking position 31 is struck with a single point, a green light is displayed; when the second striking position 32 is struck with a single point, a red light is displayed; and when the third striking position 33 is struck with a single point, a blue light is displayed. In this way, a total of seven colors (red light, blue light, green light, white light, violet light, yellow light, and light blue light) guide the user to visually assess the color of the light and strike the corresponding single or multiple points. This allows even people who require multisensory stimulation to learn to play, such as the deaf, to effectively learn the percussion instrument 100 and participate in performances.
[0034] It goes without saying that, as in Fig.Figure 7 shows that in step S2, when the first striking position 31, the second striking position 32, and the third striking position 33 are struck simultaneously, the sensor switch of the first striking position 31 emits a green light corresponding to the LED light sphere that controls the green light. The sensor switch of the second striking position 32 corresponds to the LED light sphere that controls the red light, causing it to emit red light, and the sensor switch of the third striking position 33 corresponds to the LED that controls the blue light, causing it to emit blue light. The three colors red, blue, and green are mixed to form white light and are displayed by the translucent surface 11. When the first striking position 31 and the second striking position 32 are struck simultaneously, the sensor switch of the third striking position 33 controls the extinguishing of the blue light, and the green and red lights mix to form yellow light. When the first striking position 31 and the third striking position 33 are struck simultaneously, the green and blue light mix to form a light blue light; when the second striking position 32 and the third striking position 33 are struck simultaneously, the red and blue light mix to form a violet light.
[0035] Furthermore, the sympathetic string 5 and the adjusting rod 6 with the attached sympathetic string 5 can also be provided in the hollow housing 1, and the rotary knob 8 is provided to be connected to one end of the adjusting rod 6; the adjusting rod 6 is rotated by turning the rotary knob 8 to change the angle of the sympathetic string 5; when striking the striking area 3 in step S2, if the angle of the sympathetic string 5 is such that it touches the striking area 3, the tone emitted by the percussion instrument 100 is also accompanied by a rustling sound; if the angle of the sympathetic string 5 is such that it does not touch the striking area 3, the tone emitted by the percussion instrument 100 is not accompanied by the rustling sound.
[0036] The exemplary embodiments described above represent only some embodiments of the present invention, which are described in a more specific and detailed manner, but are not to be understood as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that a person skilled in the art can make several modifications and improvements, such as combining different features from different exemplary embodiments, without departing from the concept of the present invention, all of which fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
