Guide bearing (4) for guiding a body part (3) that is mounted to be movable both translationally and rotationally, comprising - a first plate with at least one curved guide track arranged on or in it (5), - a guide element (10) guided in at least one guide track (5) and arranged on a second plate, - a linear guide (7) with connecting parts that are movable relative to each other, one of which is arranged on one of the plates and the other of which is mounted on the other of the plates by means of a rotary bearing (6), - wherein the first plate or the second plate can be attached to the body part (3) or is designed as a base plate (32) or top plate (31) of the body part (3), characterized in that - a drive track (52, 11) is arranged on the first plate, on which a drive wheel (91) arranged on the second plate and driven by a drive unit (9) engages or - the guide element (10) is designed as a drive wheel that can be driven by a drive unit (9).
