Abstract
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a furniture or household appliance element according to the preamble of claim 1.
[0002] Such furniture or household appliance elements such as shelves or racks, in which a body part is mounted in a support body so that it can move both rotationally and translationally, are known, for example, from DE 10 2019 132 207 A1.
[0003] In order to carry out the translational-rotational movement of the body part, a guide bearing is arranged here in particular, with which the translational-rotational movement is guided.
[0004] Particularly when arranging a cover support plate that covers both the fixed support body and the body part that can be moved in a translational and rotational manner, it is desirable to precisely define the vertical distance between the base support plate of the support body and the base plate of the body part in order to be able to precisely define desired distances between components of the furniture or household appliance element or to compensate for manufacturing tolerances.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to provide a furniture or household appliance element with which a height adjustment of the translationally and rotationally movable body part is possible in a simple manner.
[0006] This object is achieved by a furniture or household appliance element having the features of claim 1.
[0007] The furniture or household appliance element according to the invention comprises a support body with a base support plate, a top support plate, and at least one side wall. The furniture or household appliance element further comprises a body part mounted for simultaneous translational and rotational movement relative to the support body, comprising a base plate and at least one side wall.
[0008] To enable the simultaneous translational and rotational movement of the body part relative to the support body, a guide bearing is arranged between the base support plate and the base plate.
[0009] The guide bearing has at least one guide cam track and a guide element guided in or on the guide cam track, which are arranged on mutually facing surfaces of the base support plate and the base plate.
[0010] The guide bearing further comprises a linear guide with at least one first rail and at least one second rail which can be displaced relative to the first rail in a translation direction.
[0011] The at least one first rail and the at least one second rail are arranged via a pivot bearing on mutually facing surfaces of the floor support plate and the floor plate.
[0012] The guide bearing has a height adjustment device with a rotating mechanism that can be variably adjusted perpendicular to the plane of the base support plate.
[0013] By providing a height adjustment device, it is possible to easily increase or decrease the installation height of the guide bearing and thus, for example, to precisely adjust the height of a panel image of the furniture or household appliance element relative to an adjacent support body.
[0014] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
[0015] According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the rotating mechanism has a rotating cylinder provided with an external thread, which meshes with an internal thread of another component of the height adjustment device.
[0016] The height adjustment via such a thread adjustment is made very simple by turning the rotary cylinder.
[0017] In a preferred embodiment, the component having the internal thread is attached to the pivot bearing.
[0018] According to a preferred development, the height adjustment device has a flange fastened to the guide bearing, the base support plate or the base plate, in which a planetary gear with an adjusting gear and at least one planetary gear is accommodated, which mesh with the rotary cylinder.
[0019] The provision of such a planetary gear for adjusting the rotary cylinder enables the use of very small adjustment forces, due to the gear reduction of the planetary gear.
[0020] At the same time, the use of such a planetary gear ensures sufficient inhibition of the height adjustment so that it does not change accidentally or only due to weight.
[0021] According to a further embodiment, the component fastened to the pivot bearing by means of the internal thread is designed or arranged as a housing fixedly arranged on the guide cam track.
[0022] According to a first embodiment, this housing is formed in one piece with the guide cam track.
[0023] The one-piece design of the housing with the guide cam track offers the advantage of easier assembly.
[0024] According to an alternative design variant, the component having the internal thread is fastened as a separate component in the housing.
[0025] In a preferred alternative embodiment, the height adjustment device has a housing with an internal thread in which a rotary cylinder designed as an adjustment wheel with an external thread is rotatably received.
[0026] With this variant, too, the use of such a threaded connection makes precise height adjustment possible in a simple manner.
[0027] The housing and the rotary cylinder are preferably supported on mutually facing surfaces of the base support plate or the base plate on the one hand and the guide bearing on the other.
[0028] In order to ensure increased protection against rotation, the height adjustment device has a support disc with web receptacles extending radially to the axis of rotation of the rotary cylinder, into which webs of the housing project radially to the axis of rotation of the rotary cylinder.
[0029] Since the support disc and the housing with the internal thread do not rotate relative to each other, but only move vertically relative to each other, the webs and the web holders secure the support disc as well as the housing with the internal thread against rotation.
[0030] The support disc is preferably attached to the surface of the base support plate, the base plate or the guide bearing on which the rotary cylinder is supported.
[0031] The rotary cylinder and the support disc are preferably attached to the rotary bearing.
[0032] In both of the above-mentioned design variants, the internal thread and the external thread are preferably designed as trapezoidal threads, which enables height adjustment with a smaller adjustment angle than is the case with standard threads.
[0033] According to yet another alternative embodiment, the height adjustment device comprises a plate with a plurality of ramps arranged in a ring shape, on which a counter plate with a plurality of ramps arranged in a ring shape rests, wherein the plate and the counter plate are supported on mutually facing surfaces of the base support plate or the base plate on the one hand and the guide bearing on the other hand.
[0034] Such a ramp arrangement also allows the height of the body part to be adjusted easily by turning one of the plates or the counter plate.
[0035] The plate preferably rests on the pivot bearing and the counter plate on the floor support plate or the floor plate.
[0036] In order to enable a height adjustment of the body part when the body part is installed, according to a preferred embodiment, the flange, the rotary cylinder designed as an adjustment wheel or the counter plate is designed with a tool recess that is aligned with an opening in the base plate of the body part.
[0037] According to a further preferred embodiment, the rotating mechanism of the height adjustment devices has end stops for determining minimum and maximum positions of the height adjustment.
[0038] Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0039] They show: Fig. 1 a schematic perspective view of a furniture element with a first, non-translationally and rotationally movable support body and a translationally and rotationally movable body part in the closed position, Fig. 2 one of the Fig. 1 corresponding representation of the furniture element with the body part moved from the closed position to the open end position, Fig. 3 a detailed view of a floor area of the furniture element with lowered body part, Fig. 4 one of the Fig. 3 corresponding representation with raised body part, Fig. 5 a schematic isometric view of the base support plate of the support body before assembly of the body part with a first embodiment of a height adjustment device arranged on a guide bearing attached to the base support plate, Fig. 6 an isometric individual view of the guide bearing with the first embodiment of a height adjustment device with lowered height adjustment device arranged thereon, Fig. 7 one of the Fig. 6 corresponding illustration with raised height adjustment device, Fig. 8 an isometric exploded view of the first embodiment of the height adjustment device according to. [0040] In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the furniture or household appliance element, the support body, the body part, the guide bearing, the height adjustment device, and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting; i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design, etc.
[0041] In the Fig. 1 to 4, the reference numeral 1 designates an embodiment variant of a furniture or household appliance element according to the invention.
[0042] The furniture or household appliance element 1 shown here as a furniture element has a support body 2 and a body part 3 which is mounted so as to be movable both translationally and rotationally.
[0043] For ease of reading, the furniture or household appliance element 1 is referred to below as furniture element 1. A corresponding household appliance element, in particular a refrigerator or freezer element or a wine cooler element, can be constructed analogously to the furniture or household appliance element 1 shown as a furniture element.
[0044] The support body 2 has at least one base support plate 21 and one cover support plate 22, as well as at least one side wall 23 connected to the base support plate 21 and the cover support plate 22. The front side of the support body 2 is closed, for example, by a pivoting door 24.
[0045] The body part 3 has at least one base plate 31 and at least one side wall 33 connected to the base plate 31, in the embodiment shown here two side walls 33.
[0046] The interior of the body part 3 is divided here, for example, into several compartments arranged one above the other by several shelves 34 fixed to the side walls 33 and a support strut 35.
[0047] The bottom support plate 21 of the support body 2 extends in its length over the entire surface of the furniture element 1. The same applies to the cover support plate 22, which covers both the upper end of the support body 2 and the upper end of the body part 3, as shown in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is shown.
[0048] As in Fig. 5 is shown as an example, a guide bearing 4 is arranged between the base support plate 21 and the base plate 31.
[0049] The guide bearing 4 has, as shown in the Fig. 5 - 9, 11 and 12, a linear guide 6, with a guide rail 61 fastened here to the base support plate 21 via a connecting plate 63 and a guide rail 62 which is displaceable relative to this in a translation direction A and to which a pivot bearing 64 is fastened.
[0050] The guide bearing 4 further comprises a height adjustment device 7, 8, 9 which is variably adjustable perpendicular to the plane of the base support plate 21 and has a rotating mechanism, with which the body part 3, as shown in the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is shown as an example, its height z is adjustable.
[0051] In the in the Fig. In the different design variants shown in Figures 7 to 11, the height adjustment device 7, 8, 9 is always arranged on the pivot bearing 64.
[0052] It is also conceivable, for example, to arrange the height adjustment device 7, 8, 9 directly below the base plate 31, the pivot bearing 64 or directly above the base support plate 21.
[0053] The guide bearing 4 further comprises a guide cam track 5 and a guide element 11 guided in or on the guide cam track 5, which are arranged on mutually facing surfaces of the base support plate 21 and the base plate 31.
[0054] In the embodiments shown here, the guide cam track 5 is arranged on the base plate 31, while the guide element 11 is fastened to the connecting plate 63 of the linear guide 6.
[0055] A first embodiment of a height adjustment device 7 is described below with reference to the Fig. 5 - 8 described.
[0056] The height adjustment device 7 according to the first embodiment variant has a flange 71 that can be fastened to the base plate 31.
[0057] As in Fig. 8, a planetary gear 72 with an adjusting gear 721 and at least one planetary gear 722, in the embodiment shown four planetary gears 722, is accommodated in the flange 71, which mesh with a rotary cylinder 73.
[0058] For this purpose, an internal toothing 732 is formed in the rotary cylinder 73, with teeth extending in the vertical direction z, so that when the adjusting gear 721 rotates, the rotary movement is transmitted to the planetary gears 722 and from there to the rotary cylinder 73.
[0059] The rotary cylinder 73 is screwed into a component which is attached to the rotary bearing 64 and which is provided with an internal thread 75, so that by rotating the rotary cylinder 73 when viewing the Fig. 6 and Fig. 7 the flange 71 can be varied in its vertical height z relative to the guide cam track 5.
[0060] It is also conceivable to attach or form the internal thread 75 in another component of the height adjustment device 7.
[0061] In the preferred embodiment shown here, the component fastened to the pivot bearing 64 is a housing 76 which is arranged in a fixed position on the guide cam track 5 and which is particularly preferably formed in one piece with the guide cam track 5.
[0062] This housing 76 further comprises side walls 761 which serve to vertically guide the flange 71. The flange 71 has, as shown particularly in Fig. 8, in addition to a base 712, side walls 711 extend vertically therefrom and rest against the inner sides of the side walls 761 of the housing 76.
[0063] It is also conceivable to attach the internal thread 75 as a separate component in the housing 76.
[0064] How to continue in the Fig. As shown in Figures 5 - 8, the flange 71 has a plurality of holes 714 which serve to pass fastening screws with which the flange 71 can be fastened to the underside of the base plate 31.
[0065] Centrally in the adjusting gear 721 there is a tool holder 723, which is connected to the Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 shown opening 311 in the base plate 31 and thereby provides easy accessibility to the height adjustment device 7 with a turning tool, for example a polygonal key.
[0066] Thus, through the opening 311 in the base plate 31 and the opening in the flange 71, a polygonal recess can be achieved in the adjustment gear 721, the rotation of which causes the height adjustment of the body part 3.
[0067] How to continue in Fig. 8, the planetary gears 722 are preferably fixed to a cover 74 that can be fixed to the rotary cylinder 73 so that it can rotate about a vertical axis of rotation.
[0068] In an alternative, in the Fig. 9 and Fig. 10, the height adjustment device 8 has a housing 81 with an internal thread 812, in which a rotary cylinder 83 designed as an adjusting wheel with an external thread 832 is rotatably received.
[0069] In the embodiment shown, the internal thread 812 is arranged in a ring plate 811, which can be fastened here in contact with the underside of the base plate 31.
[0070] A rotary cylinder 83 designed as an adjusting wheel with external thread 832 and tool holder 831 is rotatably received in this internal thread 812.
[0071] This rotary cylinder 83 is supported on the rotary bearing 64.
[0072] In order to ensure that the housing 81 is secured against rotation, the height adjustment device 8 further comprises a support disk 82 with web receptacles 823 extending radially to the axis of rotation of the rotary cylinder 83, into which webs 813 of the housing 81 project, extending radially to the axis of rotation of the rotary cylinder.
[0073] In the embodiment shown, the support disc 82 and the rotary cylinder 83 are attached to the rotary bearing 64.
[0074] The webs 813 are preferably formed on the underside of the housing 81 facing the support disk 82.
[0075] Both in the Fig. 5-8 as well as in the Fig. 9 and Fig. In the embodiment shown in Figure 10, the external threads 731 and 832 as well as the internal threads 75 and 812 are preferably designed as trapezoidal threads.
[0076] In the Fig. 11 and Fig.12 shows a further alternative embodiment of such a height adjustment device 9.
[0077] The height adjustment device 9 shown in these figures has a plate 92 with a plurality of annularly arranged ramps 922, on which a counter plate 91 with a plurality of annularly arranged ramps 914 rests, wherein the plate 92 and the counter plate 91 are supported on mutually facing surfaces of the base support plate 21 or the base plate 31 on the one hand and the guide bearing 4 on the other hand.
[0078] In the illustrated embodiment, the plate 92 is attached to the pivot bearing 64. The ramps 922 are formed on a surface 921 facing the base plate 31. The ramps 922 are provided with inclined planes.
[0079] The counter plate 91 resting on the plate 92 can be fastened here in a manner adjacent to the base plate 31.
[0080] The counter plate 91 is also formed with a plurality of annular ramps 914 with inclined planes formed thereon on a surface facing the plate 92.
[0081] In the preferred embodiment shown here, the counter plate 91 has a central region 912 with a tool holder 911, in particular in the form of a polygonal recess.
[0082] Several wings 913 extend radially outward from this central region 912. Ramps 914 are integrally formed on these wings 913, so that inserting the tool into the tool holder 911 causes the counterplate 91 to rotate, thus increasing or decreasing the distance between the central region 912 of the counterplate 91 and the plate 92, thus enabling a height adjustment of the body part 3.
[0083] What all height adjustment devices 7, 8 and 9 have in common is that the minimum and maximum positions of the height adjustment are each ensured by fixed end stops.
[0084] In these embodiments, the height adjustment device (6, 7, 8) is arranged in the lower area between body part 3 and body 2. It is of course also possible to additionally or alternatively provide a height adjustment device in the upper area between body 2 and body part 3.
[0085] The upper height adjustment device can be designed as described in the exemplary embodiments or differently.
