Description

[0001] The present invention relates to an aroma device, in particular an aroma device with an interchangeable aroma pack for dispensing a fragrance gas.

[0002] Aroma devices are used in a variety of applications to release fragrant gases. From an environmental perspective, it is desirable for an aroma device to be designed so that the aroma pack is replaceable. The aroma pack contains a volatile, fragrant liquid and has a gas-permeable membrane to allow the fragrant liquid to evaporate.

[0003] Conventional aroma packs have a tearable seal as the outermost layer, which must be manually torn before use to expose the gas-permeable membrane. During this process, fingers can accidentally touch the leaking fragrance liquid. The way these current aroma packs are opened needs improvement.

[0004] Furthermore, when replacing the aroma pack inside the aroma diffuser, the user usually has to remove it directly with their fingers, which can lead to contact with the leaking fragrance liquid. The method for replacing the aroma pack in existing aroma diffusers needs improvement.

[0005] Furthermore, such aroma devices often lack a mechanism for adjusting the evaporation rate, meaning that the evaporation rate of the aroma packet cannot be adjusted after activation; that is, the fragrance concentration cannot be regulated. Known aroma devices are supposed to be equipped with an adjustment mechanism.

[0006] Therefore, the question of how to improve the way an aroma device is used by improving its structural design in order to overcome the aforementioned disadvantages has become a topic that needs to be solved in this technical field.

[0007] Starting from the disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to offer an aroma device to improve the opening method, the exchange method and the volatilization rate of an aroma packet.

[0008] To solve this problem, the present invention proposes an aroma device comprising a front housing, a rear housing, an adapter box, an aroma pack, and an adjustment valve. The front housing includes at least one front opening. The rear housing is connected to the front housing and together they form an insertion opening. The rear housing comprises a back plate and a piercing element, the piercing element movably penetrating the back plate, while the back plate forms several rear gas passage holes. The adapter box is extendable through the insertion opening and inserted between the front and rear housings. The aroma pack is replaceably held in the adapter box. The adjustment valve is slidably arranged on one side of the rear housing and is provided with several adjustment holes. The multiple adjustment holes and the multiple rear gas passage holes form gas flow channels with different openings when the adjustment valve is in different positions.

[0009] One of the advantageous effects of the present invention is that, in the aroma device according to the invention, the aroma pack can be activated by means of the piercing component and fixed by means of the adapter box, in order to reduce situations in which the user comes into direct contact with the aroma pack. Furthermore, the aroma device according to the present invention allows the evaporation rate of the liquid inside the aroma pack to be adjusted via the adjustment valve.

The front panel 14 forms several front openings 140, which in this embodiment are arranged radially from the center outwards and each has a different shape, appearing as a shield shape. However, this does not represent a limitation. The several front openings 140 are permeable to the fragrance and also allow observation of the fragrance remaining in the aroma pack 50. As can be seen from Fig. 2 results in the front panel 14 being provided in a very low area on its inside with a stop block 142 which can stop the adapter box 30.

[0016] Furthermore, the front side wall 12 forms a first opening 120. The first opening 120 is formed on the upper side of the front side wall 12.

[0017] The rear housing 20 comprises a rear panel 21 and a rear side wall 22. The rear side wall 22 is connected to the rear panel 21 and forms a second opening 220 and two sliding grooves 224. The second opening 220 is formed on the upper surface of the rear side wall 22. The two sliding grooves 224 are located opposite each other on both sides of the rear side wall 22. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3, the first opening 120 and the second opening 220 together form an insertion opening P through which the adapter box 30 can be inserted between the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20.

[0018] The rear housing 20 further comprises a piercing element 24 that movably penetrates the rear wall plate 21. In the present embodiment, the piercing element 24 comprises a piercing plate 241 (see figure). Fig. 1) and a print section 243 (see Fig. 3) The piercing plate 241 extends from the front of the piercing component 24 and points towards the adapter box 30, while the pressure section 243 is located on the back of the piercing component 24.

[0019] In particular, the rear housing 20 forms a component receiving hole 214, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the piercing component 24. In the present embodiment, both the component receiving hole 214 and the base body of the piercing component 24 are rectangular. The piercing component 24 is movably arranged in the component receiving hole 214. The upper edge of the piercing component 24 is connected to the upper edge of the component receiving hole 214.

[0020] The rear wall plate 21 forms several rear gas passage holes 210. In the present embodiment, each of the rear gas passage holes 210 is slightly square. They are arranged in a total of four rows (in the vertical direction) on both sides of the component receiving hole 214, with two rows on each side. Each row has a total of six columns (horizontally) at equal intervals. Each column has two rear gas passage holes 210 arranged in the horizontal direction. However, this does not represent a limitation.

[0021] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 1, several lower convection holes 226 are also formed on the underside of the rear side wall 22 of the rear housing 20. The number of lower convection holes 226 can be at least one.

[0022] Out of Fig. Figure 2 shows that a removal notch 212 is also formed on the upper side of the rear side wall 22 of the rear housing 20, through which the user can conveniently remove the adapter box 30. The adapter box 30 is inserted between the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20 through the insertion opening P. The aroma pack 50 is interchangeably housed in the adapter box 30.

[0023] The adapter box 30 has an inner ring wall 31 and an outer ring wall 33. The inner ring wall 31 forms a hollow boundary hole 32, the shape of which corresponds to a projecting section of a receiving sleeve 51 of the aroma pack 50. The outer ring wall 33 surrounds the outer circumference of the inner ring wall 31. Several snap hooks 332 are formed on the inside of the outer ring wall 33, which can engage with the edges of the aroma pack 50 to fix the aroma pack 50 in the adapter box 30.

[0024] If the user wishes to replace the aroma pack 50, they can push it from the front of the adapter box 30 towards the limiting hole 32 so that the aroma pack 50 exits the adapter box 30 to the rear. The adapter box 30 allows the user to easily replace the aroma pack 50 without having to directly handle it. The user can easily remove the adapter box 30 by grasping the outer ring wall 33 through the removal notch 212 of the rear housing 20.

[0025] The adjusting valve 40 is slidably arranged on one side of the rear housing 20 and is provided with several adjusting holes 410. The several adjusting holes 410 and the several rear gas passage holes 210 form gas flow channels with different openings when the adjusting valve 40 is in different positions.

[0026] In particular, the adjusting valve 40 has an adjusting plate 41 and two sliding sections 42. The adjusting plate 41 is in the shape of an inverted U and forms a hollow section 43. The hollow section 43 has a shape corresponding to the shape of the piercing element 24. The piercing element 24 can penetrate the aroma pack 50 through the hollow section 43. A row of adjusting holes 410 is formed on each side of the adjusting plate 41. The two sliding sections 42 are arranged opposite each other on both sides of the adjusting plate 41 and are connected to it, each sliding in one of the two sliding grooves 224 of the rear side wall 22. The adjusting holes 410 of the present embodiment are arranged from top to bottom in a total of five equally spaced rows. Each of the adjusting holes 410 has a rectangular shape, but is not limited to this.

[0027] A mechanism for mounting and positioning the rear housing 20 and the adjusting valve 40 is described as follows. As in Fig. 1 and Fig. As shown in Figure 8, the rear housing 20 has two retaining arms 23 and a positioning projection 232. The retaining arms 23 are perpendicular to the rear wall plate 21 and are located on the inside of the rear side wall 22. The positioning projection 232 is formed at the lower end of each retaining arm 23. Two positioning slots 412 are formed on each of the side edges of the adjusting plate 41 of the adjusting valve 40. The retaining arms 23 clamp the adjusting plate 41. The positioning projection 232 can be selectively arranged in one of the positioning slots 412 to move the adjusting valve 40 into an open position (as shown in Figure 8). Fig. 7 shown) or a closed state (as in Fig. 8 shown).

[0028] When the user uses the aroma device, the aroma pack 50 is first combined with the adapter box 30 by inserting the aroma pack 50 into the adapter box 30 from the back. The adapter box 30, together with the aroma pack 50, is then inserted from above into the aroma device between the front housing 10 and the rear housing 20. The completed state is shown in Fig. 4 shown.

[0029] Fig. Figures 5 to 6 show sectional views of the piercing component of the aroma device of the present invention in an unpressed and a pressed state, respectively. The aroma pack 50 comprises at least one receiving sleeve 51, a tearable membrane 54, and a flexible microporous membrane 55. A stepped section 52 and an outer circumferential section 53 are formed around the receiving sleeve 51. The receiving sleeve 51 contains a volatile liquid. The flexible microporous membrane 55 covers the outer circumferential section 53 of the receiving sleeve 51 and forms numerous gas-permeable micropores. The flexible microporous membrane 55 is made of a flexible material and therefore cannot be punctured by the piercing component 24. The tearable membrane 54 covers the circumference of the stepped section 52 and is located on the inner side of the flexible microporous membrane 55.The tearable membrane 54 is made of a gas-impermeable material, such as aluminum foil or gas-impermeable kraft paper. When unused, the tearable membrane 54 seals the aroma packet 50.

[0030] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 6, when the aroma pack 50 is positioned in the adapter box 30, the user presses the pressure section 243 of the piercing component 24 towards the aroma pack 50, so that the piercing plate 241 of the piercing component 24 is directed towards the aroma pack 50. The piercing plate 241 presses against the flexible microporous membrane 55 and abuts the tearable membrane 54. Due to its flexibility, the flexible microporous membrane 55 does not tear during the pressure process. Subsequently, the piercing plate 241 pierces the tearable membrane 54 of the aroma pack 50 to create a rupture point.

[0031] Fig. 7 and Fig. Figure 8 shows schematic representations of the rear housing and the adjusting valve of the aroma device of the present invention in a permeable state and a closed state, respectively. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 7, gas flow channels with maximum opening are present when the adjusting holes 410 of the adjusting valve 40 are aligned with the rear gas passage holes 210 of the rear housing 20. In the illustration of Fig. 8 The adjusting valve 40 moves downwards to its lower end position, i.e., the pressure section 42 slides to the bottom of the sliding groove 224. In this position, the adjusting holes 410 of the adjusting valve 40 are completely offset from the rear gas passage holes 210 of the rear housing 20, thus blocking each other and narrowing the gas flow channels. In this way, the evaporation rate of the liquid inside the aroma pack 50 can be adjusted. [Advantageous effects of the exemplary embodiments]

[0032] One of the advantageous effects of the present invention is that, in the aroma device according to the present invention, the aroma pack 50 can be activated by means of the piercing component 24 and fixed by means of the adapter box 30, in order to reduce situations in which the user comes into direct contact with the aroma pack. Furthermore, the aroma device according to the present invention allows the evaporation rate of the liquid inside the aroma pack 50 to be adjusted via the adjusting valve 40.
