Fig. 5 is a view showing a state in which a through hole corresponding to the rib formed on the second magnet fixing portion is formed in a second magnet, and Fig. 6 is a view showing a state in which the vibration generator is attached to a lamp housing in the lamp for a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 7 is an enlarged view of the vibration generator in Fig. 6, and Fig. 8 is a view showing a state in which the first module and the second module of the Fig. 6 shown vibration generator are separated. Fig. 9 is a view showing a state in which the vibration generator is attached to an outer lens in the lamp for a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, and Fig. 10 is a view showing a state in which the first module and the second module of the vibration generator are in Fig. 9 are separated.
[0035] With reference to Fig. 1 to 10, a lamp 10 for a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as a "lamp") according to the present disclosure may include a lamp housing 100 having an interior space configured to accommodate a light source, and an outer lens 200 coupled to one side of the lamp housing 100 and configured to cover the interior space. Specifically, the outer lens 200 may be fixedly coupled to the lamp housing 100. The light emitted from the light source may propagate outward through the outer lens 200, so that predetermined light distribution patterns and illumination images can be formed.
[0036] In this regard, the lamp 10 according to the present disclosure can not only generate predetermined light distribution patterns and illumination images like the lamp in the related art, but also generate a sound. Specifically, the lamp 10 according to the present disclosure can emit a sound by vibrating the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200.
[0037] To achieve the above-mentioned objective, the luminaire 10 according to the present disclosure may include a vibration generator 400 attached to the luminaire housing 100 or the outer lens 200. The vibration generator 400 may be configured to emit a sound by vibrating the luminaire housing 100 or the outer lens 200. Fig. 6 to 8 show states in which the vibration generator 400 is attached to the lamp housing 100, and Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 shows states in which the vibration generator 400 is attached to the outer lens 200. The vibration generator 400 may be accommodated in the interior space formed in the lamp housing 100.
[0038] With reference to Fig. 1 to 5, the vibration generator 400 may have a structure in which a plurality of modules are coupled together. More specifically, the vibration generator 400 may include a first module 410 and a second module 420 arranged to face the first module 410. Referring to Fig. 3 to 8, the first module 410 may be attached to one side of the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200, and the second module 420 may be coupled to the first module 410. That is, according to the present disclosure, as described below, the second module 420 may be relatively attached to the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200 using the first module 410.
[0039] Again according to Fig. 1 to 5, the first module 410 may include a first magnet 412. The first magnet 412 may be a permanent magnet. Furthermore, the second module 420 may include a second magnet 422 provided to face the first magnet 412. The second magnet 422 may be a permanent magnet. More specifically, the first magnet 412 and the second magnet 422 may be arranged to exert a repulsive force between them. The second module 420 may further include a second magnet mounting portion 424 configured to receive the second magnet 422, and a coil element 426 provided on one side of the second magnet 422 and received in the second magnet mounting portion 424. As shown in Fig. 1 to 5, the coil element 426 may, for example, be provided to surround an outer periphery of the second magnet 422. According to the present disclosure, at normal times, a constant distance is maintained between the first module 410 and the second module 420 by the repulsive force between the first magnet 412 and the second magnet 422. In the case where an electric current is supplied to the coil element 426, a force applied between the first module 410 and the second module 420 is changed over time by an electromagnetic force, so that the first module 410 vibrates. Therefore, when the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200 to which the first module 410 is attached vibrates, a sound may be emitted from the lamp 10.
[0040] As in Fig. 1 to 5, the first module 410 may further comprise a first magnet attachment portion 414 to which the first magnet 412 is attached. For example, the first magnet attachment portion 414 may have an approximately circular plate shape. In this case, as shown in Fig. 6 to 10, the first magnet attachment portion 414 according to the present disclosure may be bonded to the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200. For example, the first magnet attachment portion 414 may be firmly coupled to the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200 using an adhesive or an adhesive tape. A structure in which the second module 420 of the vibration generator 400 is attached to the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200 will be described in detail below.
[0041] According to Fig. 3 to 5, a through-hole 422a may be formed in the second magnet 422 of the second module 420. A rib 424a may be provided on the second magnet fixing portion 424 of the second module 420 and protrude to be inserted into the through-hole 422a formed in the second magnet 422. The through-hole 422a and the rib 424a may be configured to locate the second magnet 422 at a precise position by aligning the relative positions between the second magnet 422 and the second magnet fixing portion 424. Specifically, a size of the rib 424a may correspond to a size of the through-hole 422a.
[0042] According to Fig. 6 to 10, the first magnet attachment portion 414 of the first module 410 may include a first module sidewall 414a protruding from the lamp housing 100 or the outer lens 200 and configured to define a space configured to receive the first magnet 412. Fig. 6 to 8 show states in which the first module side wall 414a protrudes from the lamp housing 100. Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show states in which the first module side wall 414a protrudes from the outer lens 200.
[0043] The second magnet attachment portion 424 may have a configuration corresponding to the first module sidewall 414a. More specifically, the second magnet attachment portion 424 may have a second module sidewall 424b extending toward the first magnet attachment portion 414.
[0044] In this case, according to the present disclosure, a first screw thread portion 414a-1 may be formed in the first module sidewall 414a, a second screw thread portion 424d may be formed in the second module sidewall 424b, and the first screw thread portion 414a-1 and the second screw thread portion 424d may be screwed together. That is, according to the present disclosure, the first module 410 and the second module 420 may be firmly coupled to each other by being screwed together. Fig. 6 to 8 show states in which the first module 410 and the second module 420 are screwed together so that the vibration generator 400 is firmly coupled to the lamp housing 100. Fig. 9 and Fig. 10 show states in which the first module 410 and the second module 420 are screwed together so that the vibration generator 400 is firmly coupled to the outer lens 200. In addition, for example, Fig. 6 to 10 show states in which the first screw thread portion 414a-1 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the first module side wall 414a and the second screw thread portion 424d is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the second module side wall 424b.
[0045] With continued reference to Fig. 6 to 10, the first magnet fixing portion 414 may further include first protruding coupling portions 414b that protrude outwardly from the outer peripheral surface of the first module side wall 414a, and the second magnet fixing portion 424 may further include second protruding coupling portions 424c that protrude from the second module side wall 424b toward the first magnet fixing portion 414. In this case, the first protruding coupling portion 414b may be fixedly coupled to the second protruding coupling portion 424c. For example, as shown in Fig. 6 to 10, a recess 424c-1 having a recessed shape may be formed in the second protruding coupling portion 424c, and at least a part of the first protruding coupling portion 414b may be inserted into the recess 424c-1. In the case where the first protruding coupling portion 414b and the second protruding coupling portion 424c are firmly coupled to each other as described above, the first module 410 and the second module 420 can be rotated relative to each other after the first module 410 and the second module 420 are screwed together, thereby effectively preventing the screw connection from being loosened. Fig. For example, FIGS. 6 to 10 show states in which the recess 424c-1 has a hole shape. It can be assumed that a portion of the second protruding coupling portion 424c has an open shape, and a portion of the first protruding coupling portion 414b is fitted into the open portion.
[0046] Fig. 11 is a view for explaining another example of the vibration generator provided in the lamp for a vehicle according to the present disclosure, and shows the first magnet fixing portion of the first module, and Fig. 12 is a view for explaining another example of the vibration generator provided in the lamp for a vehicle according to the present disclosure, and shows the second magnet fixing portion of the second module and the first module.
[0047] According to Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, the first screw thread portion 414a-1 and the second screw thread portion 424d may be formed discontinuously on the inner peripheral surfaces or the outer peripheral surfaces of the first module sidewall 414a and the second module sidewall 424b. More specifically, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 11, the plurality of first screw thread portions 414a-1 may be provided along the circumferential surface (e.g., the outer circumferential surface) of the first module sidewall 414a and spaced apart from each other, and the plurality of second screw thread portions 424d may be provided along the circumferential surface (e.g., the inner circumferential surface) of the second module sidewall 424b and spaced apart from each other. In this case, the plurality of first screw thread portions 414a-1 and the plurality of second screw thread portions 424d may be screwed together one-to-one.In the case where the plurality of first screw thread portions 414a-1 and the plurality of second screw thread portions 424d are provided along the circumferential surfaces and are spaced apart from each other as described above, the first protruding coupling portion 414b may be provided in a region between the two first thread portions 414a-1 that are spaced apart from each other, and the second protruding coupling portion 424c may be provided in a region between the two second thread portions 424d that are spaced apart from each other. Specifically, during the process of performing the screw coupling, the screw coupling may be completed before the first screw thread portion 414a-1 faces another second screw thread portion 424d after the first screw thread portion 414a-1 passes over a second screw thread portion 424d.In this case, it is possible to minimize an extent to which the first protruding coupling portion 414b and the second protruding coupling portion 424c interfere with each other during the screw coupling process.
[0048] In doing so, with continued reference to Fig. 11 and Fig. 12, a smooth curved surface region may be formed in a portion of the first module sidewall 414a between two adjacent first screw thread portions 414a-1 (i.e., one or more adjacent pairs of the plurality of first screw thread portions 414a-1), and a smooth curved surface region may be formed in a space of the second module sidewall 424b between two adjacent second screw thread portions 424d (i.e., one or more adjacent pairs of the plurality of second screw thread portions 424d). In this case, the first screw thread portion 414a-1 and the second screw thread portion 424d can be screwed together smoothly and without interference.
[0049] Fig. 13 is a view for explaining a connecting member of the vibration generator of the lamp for a vehicle according to the present disclosure, and Fig. 14 is a view for explaining the second magnet fixing portion of the Fig. 13 shown vibration generator.
[0050] According to Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, the second module 420 of the vibration generator 400 may further include a connecting element 428 that is electrically connected to the coil element 426. The connecting element 428 may be configured to supply an electrical current to the coil element 426 or to receive an electrical signal from the coil element 426. The connecting element 428 may be, for example, a circuit board or a wire with electrical conductivity.
[0051] In this case, according to the present disclosure, an insertion hole 424-1 may be formed in the second magnet fixing portion 424. More specifically, the connecting member 428 may be configured to pass through the insertion hole 424-1. That is, according to the present disclosure, the connecting member 428 may be configured to penetrate the second magnet fixing portion 424. In the case where the connecting member 428 is provided to penetrate the second magnet fixing portion 424 through the insertion hole 424-1, as described above, it is possible to prevent the connecting member 428 from interfering with the first magnet fixing portion 414 during the screw coupling process. Therefore, more specifically, the insertion hole 424-1 may be formed in a region of the second magnet fixing portion 424 that is as far away from the first module 410 as possible. As shown in Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, the insertion hole 424-1 may be formed, for example, in a region of the second magnet fixing portion 424 that is spaced apart from the first module 410 in a direction in which the first magnet 412 faces the second magnet 422. That is, in the case where the first module 410 and the second module 420 are arranged in an up / down direction based on Fig. 13 and Fig. 14, the insertion hole 424-1 may be formed in an upper surface of the second magnet fixing portion 424.
[0052] Fig. 15 is a view for explaining another example of the vibration generator provided in the lamp for a vehicle according to the present disclosure, showing the second module, and Fig. 16 is a view showing a cross-sectional structure of the Fig. 15 shows the vibration generator.
[0053] According to Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, the second magnet fixing portion 424 may be divided into a plurality of regions. More specifically, the second magnet fixing portion 424 may include a first frame 424x configured to receive the second magnet 422 and the coil element 426 and open to the first module 410, and a second frame 424y provided to surround the first frame 424x and configured to fix the first frame 424x to the second frame 424y. However, the configuration in which the first frame 424x is fixed to the second frame 424y does not mean that the first frame 424x and the second frame 424y are configured as separate components. That is, the first frame 424x and the second frame 424y may be integrated. However, even if the above two components are integrated, the two components may be distinguished by shape features, which will be described below.
[0054] According to Fig. 15 and Fig. 16, a portion of the second frame 424y to which the first frame 424x is attached may have a shape that protrudes further toward the first module 410 than a peripheral portion of the second frame 424y. The configuration in which the second frame 424y has the above-mentioned protruding shape is provided to configure a predetermined distance between the first magnet 412 and the second magnet 422 so that a sufficient repulsive force is applied between the first magnet 412 and the second magnet 422.
[0055] For example, the second module side wall 424b may be provided in the second frame 424y, and the first frame 424x may protrude further in the direction of the first module 410 than the second module side wall 424b.
