[0001] The invention relates to a wearable, therapeutically applicable wristwatch for supporting mental stress. It combines sensory stimulation (scent, haptics, tactile stimulation), electrical stimuli, a configurable mood module, an app connection, and an integrated compartment for storing medication or skills aids. 2. State of the art

[0002] Devices that provide either digital support (e.g., self-help apps) or physical calming aids (e.g., aromatherapy products, fidget toys) are known in the state of the art. However, an integrative, wearable solution that addresses multiple senses, offers digital support, and is easy to use in everyday life is lacking. 3. Object of the invention

[0003] The objective of the invention is to provide a multifunctional, wearable device that can stabilize and support people with mental health problems in their daily lives. Physical stimuli, digital tools, and emergency solutions should be individually combinable and discreetly deployable. 4. Description of the invention

[0004] The wristwatch according to the invention has the following features: - A flexible, skin-friendly wristband (e.g. made of silicone or biopolymer) with two integrated compartments on the side: ◯ A compartment for replaceable fragrance patches containing essential oils or aromatic substances. • A tactile compartment for holding tactile materials such as fabric, rubber, foam rubber or faux fur. - Additionally, a lockable compartment integrated beneath the watch case, accessible by flipping the watch case upwards. This compartment serves as a secure storage compartment for skill aids (e.g., sour candies) or medications (e.g., single-dose rescue medication). - Structured surfaces (e.g. knobs, grooves) on the bracelet to stimulate the sense of touch. - A rotating mechanical mood dial on the top of the watch case is labeled with color symbols, emotions, or smileys. It serves for manual mood assessment and as a tactile activity element (fidget). - The watch case contains micro-electrodes that generate short electrical micro-pulses for targeted stimulation at the push of a button. - An LED display and a vibration module for visual and haptic feedback. - A USB-C charging unit with internal lithium polymer battery - Bluetooth module for connection to a smartphone app. 5. Description of the accompanying app

[0005] The app is available for iOS and Android and offers the following features: - Mood diary - Skills area with mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, SOS help, nature sounds, music and small games - GPS-supported emergency function with location and possible contacting of predefined contacts. - Medication management and reminders. - User profiles for individualization according to clinical picture or target group. 6. Advantages of the invention - Combination of physical and digital support for crisis management. - Discreetly carry emergency aids thanks to the integrated compartment under the watch. - Daily self-observation via mood wheel and digital evaluation. - Unobtrusive, suitable for everyday use and high acceptance thanks to modern design. [4] Clock with rotating mood wheel for haptic activity (fidget element) and manual mood assessment. [5] Watch with electrical impulses for targeted stimulation in cases of psychological stress (The watch can, if desired, emit gentle electrical stimuli to interrupt thought spirals.) [6] Watch with Bluetooth function for pairing with a therapy app.
