Abstract
Description
Description and object of the invention
[0001] Champagne / sparkling wine plaques are becoming increasingly popular. They are often rare because they come from special or correspondingly expensive bottles. Such plaques also represent a memento of very special moments of enjoyment. Individual producers are already beginning to customize their champagne caps, creating an ever-growing market.
[0002] The invention relates to a device for displaying sparkling wine or champagne plaques, in particular. They can be easily and securely attached using an integrated magnet. The goal is also to enable the sustainable reuse of the decorative sparkling wine / champagne plaques after the bottle has been opened, for example, for later attachment to metal surfaces such as magnetic walls, refrigerators, etc., similar to a standard adhesive or office magnet.
[0003] The device has a slight curve on the top with four symmetrically arranged slots, onto which the badge can be precisely placed or glued (e.g., with adhesive dots, superglue, or similar). A magnet is also embedded in the device. State of the art
[0004] So far, solutions have involved storing bottle caps purely as collector's items in caskets, boxes, or albums. Champagne plaques are also occasionally reused by gluing a magnet directly to the back of the plaque. However, this requires a lot of DIY work for end users, or they have to purchase pre-made magnets with specific plaques.
[0005] A standalone device or attachment that can accommodate different badges and at the same time contains an integrated magnet does not yet exist.
[0006] Advantages: • No direct mounting or gluing to the sticker necessary • Reusable and sustainable presentation of the badge • Attractive and stable construction • Easy to use • Diverse usage possibilities
Claims
[1] Device for releasably receiving a sparkling wine or champagne plaque, comprising - a receiving part (1) with a support surface (2) on which the badge rests in a form-fitting or force-fitting manner without the badge being altered in its mechanical integrity, and - at least one holding magnet (3) which is arranged on or in the receiving part (1) in such a way that the device with the received badge can be fastened to a magnetic surface by means of magnetic force, characterized by that the plaque is attached to the device without gluing, drilling, scratching or other irreversible fastening means. [2] Device according to claim 1, characterized by that the holding magnet (3) is completely embedded in a receiving recess of the receiving part (1). [3] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bythat the holding magnet (3) is detachably held in the receiving part (1) and can be exchanged for another fastening element. [4] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the receiving part (1) has a two-part housing with a pivoting or pluggable cover (4) that encloses the plaque. [5] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that an elastic, possibly self-adhesive intermediate layer (5) is arranged between the support surface (2) and the plaque. [6] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the holding magnet (3) is located on a flat rear side (6) of the receiving part (1) facing away from the plaque. [7] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the receiving part (1) is made of a non-magnetizable material. [8] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that several holding magnets are arranged distributed over the back of the receiving part (1) in order to achieve a uniform contact force. [9] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the receiving part (1) has an interface-like receptacle for a detachably connectable fastening module, wherein the fastening module is optionally designed as a magnetic, clamping, Velcro or vacuum unit. [10] Device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the receiving part (1) and the holding magnet (3) together form a magnetic overall unit which is designed as an independent module that can be coupled to other holding systems.
