Abstract

The aim is to protect a filter system on cars and aircraft to reduce air pollution. When vehicles and aircraft move, a counter-pressure is created which is dissipated at the fronts. This air passes by cars and airplanes, polluted. We propose to filter this contaminated air through a “funnel system(3)”. The air is directed into air ducts (1) and into the filters (2). The funnels (3) should be attached to the front of the vehicles. The filters(2) can, as required, filter fine dust, CO2, CFCs or other pollutants. As soon as the vehicle starts moving, the polluted air is directed into the filters(2) and thus cleaned. The filters should be easily replaceable. Thus, these vehicles and aircraft contribute directly to improving air quality.
