Description

Technical field

[0001] The invention relates to a sports device, in particular a roller skate. State of the art

[0002] Roller skating is a popular and widespread sport and leisure activity. Roller skates are worn for roller skating. Conventional roller skates typically have a cuff that is rotatably attached to the boot body and secured with a strap. To put on a roller skate, the strap must first be loosened so that the cuff can pivot outwards, creating a larger opening for the foot into the boot body. The strap must then be tightened again to secure the roller skate to the foot. Before the strap is tightened, the cuff cannot be positioned and swings freely. This makes conventional roller skates difficult, impractical, and uncomfortable to put on and take off, and their structure is relatively complex.

[0003] Therefore, it is necessary to provide a novel and advanced roller skate to solve the aforementioned problems. Object of the invention

[0004] The object of the invention is to provide a roller skate whose cuff can be pivoted, adjusted, and positioned, thus facilitating putting it on and taking it off. Furthermore, its construction is simple and requires no additional strap.

[0005] This objective is achieved by the roller skate of the invention, which comprises: a shoe body consisting of a body and a chassis, wherein the body has a joint section and a snap mechanism, wherein the snap mechanism can retract relative to the body into an unlocked position or project into a locking position; a cuff that is articulated to the joint section and can pivot about an axis, wherein the cuff has a buckle hole, wherein the axial direction of the buckle hole is not coaxial to the axis and is offset relative to the axis;and a running element arranged on the chassis, wherein in the locking position the snap mechanism snaps into the buckle hole, thereby positioning the cuff and preventing rotation of the cuff relative to the body, and in the unlocked position the snap mechanism releases from the buckle hole, so that the cuff is released and can rotate relative to the body. Brief description of the drawings Fig. 1 a perspective view of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 2 an exploded view of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 3 an enlarged representation according to Fig. 2, Fig. 4 a perspective view of the cuff of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 Illustrations of the movement of the snap mechanism of the embodiment of the invention, Fig. 7 and Fig. 8 illustrations of the movement of the cuff of the embodiment of the invention. Detailed description of the exemplary implementations

[0006] The following embodiments serve only to illustrate the possible implementation of this invention and are not intended to limit its scope. The term "one" or "at least one" before the nouns mentioned in the article does not restrict the quantity. A "plural" is also possible, as needed. Changes to this number are also within the scope of protection of the invention.

[0007] Fig. Figures 1 to 8 show an embodiment of the invention. The roller skate 1 of the invention comprises a shoe body 10, a cuff 20 and a running element 30.

[0008] The shoe body 10 consists of a body 11 and a chassis 12. The body 11 has a joint section 13 and a snap mechanism 14. The snap mechanism 14 can retract relative to the body 11 into an unlocked position or protrude into a locking position. The cuff 20 is articulated to the joint section 13 and can pivot about an axis A. The cuff 20 has a buckle hole 21. The axial direction of the buckle hole 21 is not coaxial with the axis A and is offset relative to the axis A. This allows the snap mechanism 14 to provide greater resistance and a more reliable locking effect. The running element 30 is arranged on the chassis 12. The running element 30 can be, for example, a row of rollers, two rows of rollers, or a runner. In the locked position, the snap mechanism 14 engages in the buckle hole 21, positioning the cuff 20 and preventing it from rotating relative to the body 11. In the unlocked position, the snap mechanism 14 disengages from the buckle hole 21, releasing the cuff 20 so it can rotate relative to the body 11. This allows for quick adjustment and positioning of the cuff 20, facilitating donning and doffing. Its design is simple and requires no additional strap to secure the position.

[0009] The joint section 13 has an axle hole 131. The body 11 also has a projecting section 15. The sleeve 20 is pivotally connected to the axle hole 131. The snap mechanism 14 is arranged on the projecting section 15. The projecting section 15 provides good structural strength and stable guidance. In this embodiment, the projecting section 15 is a pin that is narrow at the top and wide at the bottom, thereby distributing stress and reducing friction.

[0010] More precisely, the projecting section 15 has a base 151, an end section 152, and a receiving hole 153. The outer diameter of the base 151 is larger than that of the end section 152. The receiving hole 153 is open to the end face of the end section 152, and the snap mechanism 14 is housed within the receiving hole 153. This ensures good structural strength with limited thickness while providing sufficient space for the snap mechanism 14. Preferably, the end section 152 has an elongated oval shape, with its upper end inclined forward to conform to the relative path of movement of the cuff 20, thereby reducing disturbances and ensuring smoother guidance.

[0011] The end face of the end section 152 is covered by a plate 16. This plate 16 has a through-hole 161 that communicates with the receiving hole 153. Part of the snap mechanism 14 protrudes from the through-hole 161 and can snap into the snap hole 21. This plate 16 effectively limits, holds, and guides the snap mechanism 14. The plate 16 is detachably connected to the end section 152, for example by screws, which facilitates maintenance and replacement.

[0012] More precisely, the end face of the end section 152 has two projecting side walls 154. The projecting side walls 154 are located on both sides of the receiving hole 153 and define two notches 155. The plate 16 also has two locking lugs 162. The plate 16 is positioned between the two projecting side walls 154, and the two locking lugs 162 engage in the two notches 155. This provides protection against loosening and rotation, which is advantageous for positioning and assembly.

[0013] The snap mechanism 14 consists of a snap element 17 and an elastic element 18. The snap element 17 has a snap end 171 and a radial outer flange 172. The snap end 171 penetrates the through-hole 161 and can snap into the snap hole 21. The radial outer flange 172 is located in the receiving hole 153 and is blocked by the plate 16. The elastic element 18 is received in the receiving hole 153 and presses against the radial outer flange 172. This ensures that the snap element 17 locks the cuff 20 securely and reliably.

[0014] Preferably, the buckle end 171 has an annular groove 1711. When the snap mechanism 14 is in the locking position, the annular groove 1711 is radially opposite the hole wall of the buckle hole 21, thus providing radial positioning and increasing the ability to withstand lateral shear forces.

[0015] Preferably, the inner surface of the cuff 20 has an arcuate groove 22 that extends around the axis line A and communicates with the buckle hole 21. The protruding section 15 projects into the arcuate groove 22 and can move along it. This allows the cuff 20 to be guided and smoothly pivoted in the unlocked position of the snap mechanism 14. When the snap mechanism 14 is reset, it can quickly and precisely align with the buckle hole 21, thus improving the user experience.

[0016] In summary, the present invention comprises a roller skate comprising: a boot body 10, consisting of a body 11 and a chassis 12, wherein the body 11 has a joint section 13 and a snap mechanism 14, wherein the snap mechanism 14 can retract relative to the body 11 into an unlocked position or project into a locked position; a cuff 20, which is pivotally connected to the joint section 13 and can pivot about an axis line A, wherein the cuff 20 has a buckle hole 21, wherein the axial direction of the buckle hole 21 is not coaxial with the axis line A and is offset relative to the axis line A;and a running element 30, which is arranged on the chassis 12, wherein in the locking position the snap mechanism 14 snaps into the buckle hole 21, thereby positioning the cuff 20 and preventing rotation of the cuff 20 relative to the body 11, and in the unlocking position the snap mechanism 14 releases from the buckle hole 21, so that the cuff 20 is released and can rotate relative to the body 11.
