Description
[0001] A formwork element (1) for a joint between two concrete bodies is described, optionally with or without a sealing function.
[0002] The purpose of the innovation is to design a formwork element (1) in such a way that it can represent different design geometries in a short time by assembling various components on site.
[0003] Another task of the innovation is to design the formwork element (1) in such a way that it can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner.
[0004] A special feature of the inventive formwork element (1) is that the individual components are connected to each other by means of blind rivets (4).
[0005] Exemplary embodiments of the innovation are shown in the drawings and are described below: Fig.1: The formwork elements (1) are connected to each other at their ends using blind rivets (4). The extensions (2) for geometric modification of the concrete body are connected to the formwork elements (1) using blind rivets (4). For stability, supports (3) are connected to the formwork elements (1) using clamps (6). Formwork element (1), preferably made of expanded metal (alternatively plastic or smooth sheet metal), for producing a joint between two concrete sections, characterized in that the formwork element (1) consists of various components of different geometries, e.g. square, rectangle, trapezoid Cut-off element (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the individual components are connected to each other by means of blind rivets (4). Formwork element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the formwork element (1) can be extended by connecting the individual components and thereby any planned geometry of a base plate can be represented. Formwork element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the formwork element (1) can be combined with commercially available sealing elements, e.g. joint sheets (9), or injection hoses (11) or swelling tapes (10). Formwork element (1) according to one of the preceding claims characterized in that the formwork element (1) can be stabilized with commercially available supports (3).
