Claim (main claim): Modular hand support device for sports exercises, comprising a handle element and at least one stand element detachably connected thereto, characterized in that the connection is effected via a mechanical quick-locking mechanism, which comprises a pivotable lever and a tension anchor operatively connected thereto, wherein the tension anchor is configured to engage in a corresponding counter element (tension bolt) and, by actuating the lever, to generate an axial clamping force which fixes the handle element and the stand element against each other.
