[15] The device according to claims 1 to 14, which has suitable sensors, can determine one or part or all of these facts, the signs of life of him or her or a sign of an evidence or event, such as: how long he or she has not answered his or her telephone calls, or whether he or she himself lifted the telephone and answered or not, or how long he or she himself has not made a telephone call, or how long he or she has not turned his or her lamps on or off, or how long he or she has not opened and closed the door of his or her refrigerator or freezer, is connected and, if necessary, sends the last state of the person, as well as the name and location of the functioning sensors, to the responsible persons and bodies in writing and verbally. [16] The device according to claims 1 to 15, which has suitable sensors, is connected to and, if necessary, transmits the last known state of the person, as well as the name and location of the functioning sensors, to the relevant persons and authorities in writing and verbally. [17] Device according to claims 1 to 16, which has suitable sensors, to find out one or part or all of these facts, the signs of life of him or her or a sign of an evidence or event, such as: how long he or she has not turned off the coffee machine, or how long he or she has not cooked, or whether he or she has a fever, and if so, how high it is, or what his or her blood pressure is, or how long he or she has not turned on the microwave oven and other kitchen appliances, is connected and transmits, if necessary, the last condition of the person, and also the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and bodies in writing and verbally. [18] The device according to claims 1 to 17, which has suitable sensors, has one or part or all of these facts, which determine the vital signs of him or her or a sign of an evidence or event, such as: whether he or she has a fever, and if so, how high it is, or what his or her blood pressure is, is connected and transmits, if necessary, the last condition of the person, and also the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the emergency medical personnel and competent persons and bodies in writing and verbally. [19] The device according to claims 1 to 18, which has suitable sensors, can determine, or have connected to, one or more of the facts that indicate life or evidence of an event, such as: how long he or she has not turned off a microwave oven and other kitchen appliances, or how long he or she has not moved in the house or apartment or room, or how long he or she has not changed the state of his or her radio or recorder or DVD player or CD player or video or television from "on" to "off" and from "off" to "on", and transmits, if necessary, the last known state of the person, as well as the name and location of the functioning sensors or devices, as a message or signal to the relevant persons and authorities in writing and verbally. [20] The device according to claims 1 to 19, which has suitable sensors, determines one or part or all of these facts, the signs of life of him or her or a sign of an evidence or event, such as: how long he or she has not turned on the washing machine, or how long he or she has not turned off the washing machine, or how long he or she has not turned on the dryer, or how long there has been silence in the apartment or house, is connected and, if necessary, transmits the last state of the person, as well as the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and bodies in writing and verbally. [21] Device according to claims 1 to 20, which has suitable sensors, to determine, identify, or transmit the last known state of the person, and also the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and authorities in writing and verbally. [22] Device according to claims 1 to 21, which has suitable sensors, one or part or all of these facts, which determine the signs of life of him or her or a sign of an evidence or event, such as: how long he or she has not turned the taps on or off, or how long the motion detectors have not detected any, or how long the infrared, ultrasound or electromagnetic wave has not detected any, or how long he or she has not showered, or how long the wastewater has not flowed from sinks in the bathroom or kitchen, and so on, is connected and this device transmits, if necessary, the last state of the person, and also the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and bodies in writing and verbally. [23] A device according to claims 1 to 22, which has suitable sensors, can determine one or part or all of the facts that indicate life or evidence of an event, such as: how long he or she has not opened or closed this or other door in the apartment or house or has not passed through it, or how long he or she has not used the sink, or how long he or she has not used the toilet, or how long the various distance sensors have not changed their state, and is connected to these devices and transmits, if necessary, the last state of the person, as well as the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and authorities in writing and verbally. [24] A device according to claims 1 to 23, which has suitable sensors, to determine, identify, or transmit the following facts, which are signs of life from him or her or signs of evidence or events, such as: how long the electronic eyes, photodiode, light diode, or photocell has not detected, or what the temperature of the dwelling is, or what the temperature of the dwelling is, or what the difference is between the temperature of the dwelling and the outside temperature, or whether the fire alarm has worked, or whether the smoke detector has worked, or how long he or she has not used the dishwasher, or whether the microphone has transmitted a “threat and loud voice” to the device, and this threat and loud voice has not been from a television, radio, CD player, video, DVD, or similar device, and this device transmits, if necessary, the last state of the person.and also the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and authorities in writing and verbally. [25] The device according to claims 1 to 24, comprising suitable sensors, has one or some or all of the facts that indicate vital signs of him or her or an indication of an evidence or event, such as: the microphone has transmitted a “sound of coughing like asthma” to the device and this sound of coughing was not from television, radio, CD player, video, DVD, or similar device; or the microphone has transmitted a “scream or screech” to the device, this scream or screech was not from television, radio, CD player, video, DVD, or similar device; or the microphone has transmitted keywords and key phrases such as “help,” “oh,” “poison,” and similar words that one says or screams of pain, fear, or terror to the device, or these keywords and key phrases were not from television, radio, CD player, video, DVD, or similar device.The device or system understands and decides to signal and transmit the latest condition of the person, apartment, house, and institution, as well as the name and location of the functioning sensors, as a message or signal to the responsible persons and bodies in writing and verbally. [26] Device according to claims 1 to 25, which has suitable sensors on each device that he or she has and uses at home, such as a kitchen machine and others, and which, after a while, has not been turned on when it was off, and has not been turned off when it was on, signals to the relevant persons and authorities.
