Abstract
Description
[0001] Conventional mountings, especially for medical equipment such as tourniquets, usually consist of a pocket with a closure flap, a tubular insert made of elastic material, or a mounting using straps.
[0002] Insert pockets with a flap protect the tourniquet from external influences such as dirt, thus preserving its vital function. However, the flap hinders quick access. Tubular inserts usually only allow for use from one side. Insertion from both sides is prevented or made more difficult, for example, by the toggle fastening of the tourniquet. Strap attachments offer little to no protection from external influences, which can lead to malfunction.
[0003] Depending on the design, one-handed, quick operation, e.g. after injury to one of the hands or arms, is difficult to impossible.
[0004] The invention is based on the problem of creating a safe, protective and easy-to-use receptacle that allows quick access to, for example, a tourniquet or similar item.
[0005] This problem is solved by the points listed in the claims.
[0006] The invention makes it possible to store, for example, a medical product such as a tourniquet, protected from external influences, while still ensuring quick, safe access even for those with limited motor skills. An internal locking mechanism prevents the tourniquet from falling out and allows it to unfold automatically, thus enabling immediate access.
[0007] One version of the invention is based on the Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 to Fig. 4 are shown. They show: Fig. 1 the rolled-up and closed bag without contents Fig. 2 the rolled-up and closed bag including sample contents Fig. 3 the front of the unrolled bag without contents Fig. 4 the back of the unrolled bag
[0008] In the Fig. Figure 1 shows the rolled-up bag, without the tourniquet (7) inserted for visibility. The bag is closed with the fastener (5). Using the attachment system (2), the bag can be attached to and detached from common equipment systems in a modular fashion.
[0009] In Fig. 2 is the one in the Fig.One rolled-up pouch, including a tourniquet (7), is shown. The tourniquet (7) is held in position by the locking mechanism (4) when inserted into the pouch. This allows it to be rolled up securely and functionally. Furthermore, the locking mechanism (4) ensures that the contents (7) remain connected to the pouch when the opening device (6) is used, preventing them from accidentally falling to the ground. The locking mechanism (4) also allows the tourniquet (7) to unfold without any further steps, thus ensuring the fastest possible deployment. Reference symbol list 1 Basic body 2 fastening system 3.
