Abstract

Piping system of a tank wagon (1) for liquid carbon dioxide, comprising a liquid line (2) connected to a tank of the tank wagon (1) for conveying liquid carbon dioxide, a gas phase line (3) connected to the tank for conveying gaseous carbon dioxide, a connection connectable to the liquid line (2) for connecting to a plant-side piping system of a loading device and a short-circuit line (4) connecting the gas phase line (3) to the liquid line (2), wherein the short-circuit line (4) is connected to the liquid line (2) in such a way that gaseous carbon dioxide from the gas phase line (3) can be introduced into the liquid line (2) in order to displace liquid carbon dioxide located in the liquid line (2).
