Abstract

A planetary gear structure for a hub motor, characterized in that it comprises a planet carrier (1), mounting shafts (2) and several planet gears (3), wherein the planet carrier (1) has a first end plate (11) and a second end plate (12), mounting grooves (13) are formed between the first end plate (11) and the second end plate (12), the planet gears (3) can be inserted into the mounting grooves (13) in the radial direction of the planet carrier (1) and are each provided with a through central bore (31), several planet gears (3) are arranged circumferentially distributed at uniform intervals around the central axis of the planet carrier (1), the mounting shafts (2) have first ends (21), middle sections (22) and second ends (23) connected successively in the axial direction, wherein first mounting bores (111) are formed in the first end plate (11) and second mounting bores (121) are formed in the second end plate (12).the first ends (21) are press-fitted with the first mounting holes (111) and are defined as the first fit dimension, the second ends (23) are press-fitted with the second mounting holes (121) and are defined as the second fit dimension, the first fit dimension is smaller than the second fit dimension, the first ends (21) can be installed through the second mounting holes (121) and subsequently through the central holes (31) into the first mounting holes (111), the central sections (22) are arranged in the central holes (31) after passing through the second mounting holes (121), and the second ends (23) can be installed into the second mounting holes (121).
