The number and specific arrangement of the batteries 1 can be adjusted to the actual circumstances, and is not particularly limited in this embodiment. In conjunction with FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the battery includes a battery cell 13, a housing 12, and a lid assembly 11. the housing 12 is used to receive the battery cell 13, and the lid assembly 11 is connected to the battery cell 13 and the housing 12, respectively. The cover assembly 11 includes a cover plate 111, a current collector plate 112 and a terminal 113. The cover plate 111 is arranged on the underside of the housing 12 and connected to second tabs 132 of the battery cell 13. The current collector plate 112 abuts the top of the battery cell 13 to be connected to first tabs 131 of the battery cell 13. The terminal 113 is passed through the top surface of the housing 12 and electrically connected to the current collector plate 112, with a gap being provided between the top surface of the current collector plate 112 and the bottom surface of the terminal 113. In this embodiment, the first tab 131 is a positive-pole tab and the second tab 132 is a negative-pole tab.In the lid assembly 11 in this embodiment, by the presence of a gap between the current collector plate 112 and the terminal 113, frictions and collisions during assembly and operation are avoided and the working performance and life of the battery 1 are ensured as much as possible. In addition, the number of parts required for the cover assembly 11 can be largely reduced, the manufacturing costs can be reduced, and the dismantling and assembly process can be simplified. With the lid assembly 11, frictions and collisions during assembly and operation can be avoided and the working performance and life of the battery 1 can be ensured as much as possible. In addition, the number of parts required for the cover assembly 11 can be largely reduced, the manufacturing costs can be reduced, and the dismantling and assembly process can be simplified. In conjunction with FIGS. 4 and 5, in this exemplary embodiment, the cover arrangement 11 can further comprise an energy-absorbing structure 114, wherein the energy-absorbing structure 114 is respectively connected to the connection 113, the housing 12 and the current collector disc 112, and wherein the energy-absorbing structure 114 is configured such that a gap is present between the upper side of the current collector disc 112 and the lower side of the connection 113. Moreover, by disposing the energy absorbing structure 114, a certain shock absorbing and cushioning effect can also be generated between the terminal 113 and the housing 12 and the current collector plate 112, thereby improving the durability of the battery 1 against vibration and shock and prolonging the life of the entire battery 1.By way of example, it is provided that the energy-absorbing structure 114 comprises a sealing ring 1141 and a plastic pad 1142, wherein the sealing ring 1141 is located between the housing 12 and the connection 113, and wherein the plastic pad 1142 is located between the housing 12 and the current collector disc 112 and the sealing ring 1141 is guided through the plastic pad 1142. The arrangement of the sealing ring 1141 can also allow sealing between the connection 113 and the housing 12 and ensure the operational reliability of the cover arrangement 11. In addition, the gap between the top of the current collector disc 112 and the bottom of the port 113 is achieved by the mating of the seal ring 1141 and the plastic pad 1142. The sealing ring 1141 may be made of electrolyte-resistant rubber or elastic plastic, for example. In this exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the surface of the plastic cushion 1142 is concave and convex in order to absorb the stresses produced by the plastic cushion 1142 during swelling and thereby reduce the pressure of the stresses on the battery cell 13 and the housing 12. This also allows absorption of the pressure generated by the expansion of the battery cell 13 during charging. For example, it is provided that a plurality of first annular grooves 11421 are provided on an upper surface of the resin pad 1142, the plurality of first annular grooves 11421 being radially distributed at equal intervals to improve the shock absorbing and cushioning effect of the entire energy absorbing structure 114. Similarly, a plurality of second annular grooves 11422 are provided on a lower surface of the resin pad 1142, the plurality of second annular grooves 11422 being radially distributed at equal intervals. The plastic pad 1142 may swell in the electrolyte of the battery 1. The first annular groove 11421 and the second annular groove 11422 may receive the stresses generated by the plastic pad 1142 upon swelling to reduce the pressure of the stresses on the battery cell 13 and the housing 12. In addition, the battery cell 13 may be subjected to expansion during charging, and the expansion pressure of the battery cell 13 may be received by the first annular groove 11421 and the second annular groove 11422.By way of example, it is provided that the first annular grooves 11421 and the second annular grooves 11422 are distributed offset with respect to one another, such that the surface of the plastic cushion 1142 is concave and convex in order to improve the shock-absorbing and cushioning effect of the entire plastic cushion 1142.In this exemplary embodiment, it is provided that the edge of the plastic pad 1142 extends along a direction facing the current collector disc 112 to an insulating section 11423, wherein the plastic pad 1142 can cover the current collector disc 112 via the insulating section 11423, and wherein a side of the insulating section 11423 facing away from the current collector disc 112 abuts against an inner wall of the housing 12. That is, the side circumferential walls of the current collector plate 112 and the inner wall of the case 12 are separated by the insulating portion 11423, thereby avoiding direct contact between the current collector plate 112 and the case 12 and improving the compressive strength of the entire battery 1. The current collector plate 112 is made of aluminum, for example. Here, the cover plate 111 is provided with welding portions 1111 and explosion proof valves 1112, the welding portions 1111 project with respect to the cover plate 111 in a direction facing the battery cell 13, and the explosion proof valves 1112 project with respect to the cover plate 111 in a direction away from the battery cell 13, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 12. That is, the welding portions 1111 are welded to the second tabs 132 of the battery cell 13, and the explosion-proof valve 1112 gives the battery cell 13 an explosion-proof function. By the weld portions 1111 protruding with respect to the cover plate 111 in a direction facing the battery cell 13 and the explosion-proof valves 1112 protruding with respect to the cover plate 111 in a direction away from the battery cell 13 (i.e., a distance h 1 is located between an upper surface of the cover plate 111 and a lower surface of the second tab 132, and a distance h 2 is located between a lower surface of the explosion-proof valve 1112 and a lower surface of the second tab 132, h 2>h 1>0. This allows the force of h 1 generated by the expansion of the battery cell 13 to be absorbed and the difference in height between h 2 and h 1 to be used for collecting the bursting gas, which ensures a stable connection between the cover plate 111 and the second tabs 132 and at the same time prevents self-ignition and explosion of the battery 1 due to excessive internal pressure and increases the safety of the battery 1.By way of example, it is provided that the maximum width of the explosion-proof valve 1112 is less than half the radius of the housing 12 in order to reduce as far as possible the degassing space required for the entire battery module.By way of example, it is provided that explosion-proof valve 1112 is provided with explosion-proof notches 11121, explosion-proof notches 11121 being formed by punching. As a result, if the internal pressure of the battery 1 is too high, the gas in the case 12 can be released along the explosion-proof notches 11121, in order to reduce the damage to the surrounding components of the battery 1 caused by the release of the gas.By way of example, it is provided that a plurality of welding portions 1111 are provided, wherein the plurality of welding portions 1111 are arranged annularly on the cover plate 111 in order to be able to ensure the stability of the connection to the second brackets 132. By way of example, three welding sections 1111 are provided.By way of example, it is provided that the welding section 1111 is of arcuate design, wherein and the maximum length of the superior arcuate section of the welding section 1111 is greater than half the radius of the battery cell 13, in order to ensure the greatest possible contact area between the battery cell 13 and the cover plate 111 and to improve the stability of the electrical connection between the two. In other embodiments, the welding portion 1111 may naturally take other shapes as long as it is ensured that the welding portion 1111 and the second tabs 132 can be stably welded to each other, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.By way of example, it is provided that a plurality of explosion-proof valves 1112 are provided, wherein the plurality of explosion-proof valves 1112 are each arranged annularly on the cover plate 111 in order to improve the explosion-proof performance. By way of example, three explosion-proof valves 1112 are provided.By way of example, it is provided that the welding sections 1111 and the explosion-proof valves 1112 are distributed offset with respect to one another in order to ensure uniform compressive loading via the cover plate 111 and thus to improve the gas flow in the housing 12.In conjunction with FIG. 10, in other embodiments, the cover plate 111 is further provided with a liquid filling opening 1114 for filling liquid or discharging gas.By way of example, it is provided that the liquid filling opening 1114 corresponds to the axis of the battery cell 13, i.e. the liquid filling opening 1114 is located in the middle of the cover plate 111 in order to ensure a uniform pressure load over the cover plate 111.By way of example, it is provided that the cover plate 111 protrudes along the edge of the liquid filling opening 1114 in the direction facing the battery cell 13 in order to form a liquid filling projection and thus to increase the structural strength of the center of the cover plate 111.In conjunction with FIGS. 7 to 9, in this exemplary embodiment, a delimiting portion 1113 is also provided on an outer circumferential edge of the cover plate 111, wherein the delimiting portion 1113 protrudes with respect to the cover plate 111 in the direction facing the battery cell 13 in order to enclose the second tabs 132, i.e. the second tabs 132 are positioned by the delimiting portion 1113. This not only increases the strength of the entire cover plate 111, but also facilitates subsequent precise welding of the second tabs 132 to the welding portion 1111 to prevent the second tabs 132 from being forcibly displaced during the welding operation, which would result in close approach to the inner wall of the case 12, which in turn would result in poor welding, thereby degrading the operating performance of the battery cell 13. The fact that the delimiting portion 1113 can enclose the second tabs 132 also prevents the second tabs 132 from being damaged during the assembly of the battery cell 13.By way of example, it is provided that the surface of the delimiting portion 1113 which is in contact with the second tabs 132 is arranged obliquely, i.e. the cross section of the delimiting portion 113 gradually narrows in a direction from the second tabs 132 to the first tabs 131 in order to improve the retention capability of the second tabs 132 and to avoid displacement of the second tabs 132 to the greatest possible extent. In view of the fact that after the battery cell 13 is inserted through the opening at the bottom of the case 12 into the case 12, the cover plate 111 is to be fixed to the opening and covered, i.e., the outer peripheral edge of the cover plate 111 and the bottom of the case 12 are to be welded together by means of solder, so that a solder portion 14 is formed at the joint between the case 12 and the cover plate 111 to ensure the stability of the connection between the cover plate 111 and the case 12.In connection with FIGS. 10 to 12, it is of course also possible in other exemplary embodiments to provide around the edge of the opening a first chamfer on the housing 12 and a corresponding second chamfer on the cover plate 111. Thereby, when the cover plate 111 is welded to the housing 12 by welding, a bead portion 15 can be formed at the joint between the housing 12 and the cover plate 111, which not only facilitates welding and reduces stress concentration, but also improves the stability of the connection between the cover plate 111 and the housing 12.In the specification, embodiments using terms such as "some embodiments", "other embodiments", and the like are to be understood such that specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics explained by the embodiment or the example are included in at least one embodiment or an example of the present application. In the description, the exemplary explanations of the above terms are not necessarily related to the same embodiment or example. Moreover, the specific features, structures, materials, or characteristics described may be combined as appropriate in one or more embodiments. For example, it is contemplated that the cover plate 111 in this embodiment of the present application is made of nickel-plated low-carbon steel (nickel-plated layer having a thickness of 0.5 μm - 3 μm), stainless steel, or nickel-plated copper.By way of example, it is provided that the housing 12 in this exemplary embodiment of the present application consists of nickel-plated low-carbon steel or of stainless steel.By way of example, it is provided that the second tab 132 in this exemplary embodiment of the present application consists of nickel-plated copper or of copper. The nickel plated layer on the cover plate 111 and the nickel plated layer on the nickel plated case are made of the same material to facilitate welding and reduce the internal resistance of the material. Low-carbon steel substrates have high resistance. By applying a nickel layer on the front and back surfaces of the low-carbon steel substrate, welding with the (nickel plated) case can be facilitated and, at the same time, the resistance can be reduced. Stainless steel has a relatively high resistance, but after being welded to the (nickel plated) housing, can effectively prevent rust of the (nickel plated) housing. Copper substrates have a low resistance. By applying a nickel layer on the front and back surfaces of the copper substrate, welding with the (nickel plated) case can be facilitated. The cover plate 111 is welded to the second brackets 132. The second tab 132 is made of copper, and in order to facilitate welding, the surface of the second tab 132 is also coated with a nickel layer, and the surface of the cover plate 111 is also coated with a nickel layer. Furthermore, nickel contributes to corrosion resistance of the welding point.References included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
